Kettle and Fridge a must. We had a junior suite when we were shown it, it was a ground floor with terrace and private pool we like a balcony ,so asked if it was possible to have a room with one. The staff were fantastic and we got upgraded to a garden view suite with private pool. The rooms were serviced daily. Staff all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good supported by a comprehensive buffet and egg bar. Also loved bespoke coffee and tea choices, family had really good lattes and flat whites. Ideal place for your trip to Ubud. The communal pool was a good size plenty of fresh towels. Nice bar area for cocktails and beers. The staff were excellent all round really helped us in organising a taxi to ferry 7 of us to the local must sees also suggesting places to visit. Great place to stay Cant think of anything to dislike

- Nicholle (7/5): Lovely staff, accommodation and location. - I am coeliac and the staff were extremely accommodating and informative to my needs, without being asked. The room was lovely and location was great. The breakfast and afternoon tea were lovely. Great coffee. It was hard to sleep as floors above us were very noisy throughout the night and early morning hours. The pool was hard to get in and out of as the steps are very deep and no grab rail to assist. My sister needed help every time due to bad knees.

Qualité du petit déjeuner Emplacement dans une rue très commerçante mais bruyante la nuit avec la musique des restaurants. heureusement cela ne va pas au delà de minuit. Grande piscine commune et les suites possèdent un accès partagé à de petites piscines plus privées. Il n'y a pas de porte dans les suites, l'entrée se fait par la baie vitrée. Le système de fermeture me paraît un peu trop léger en terme de sécurité.

This year they have me a gift and had decorated my room with a welcome back sign and flower bath. This extra touches are so special. Nothing it’s a lovely hotel. - Michael (9/5): Beautiful oasis in a busy location - From the road this place looks like any other hotel on a busy road but get past the front entrance and it opens into a tranquil resort of villas, trees and even a river. It’s spectacularly beautiful and quiet. Our villa was 2 bed with a private infinity pool, it was amazing, so clean and so private as well. We saw a few monkeys but they never came close, they hid in the trees. Staff were great and helped with our luggage (we were at the very back of the resort so it was a long and steep trek, poor guys). The location to the town is perfect. Out the front door and surrounded by shops and restaurants, you can stroll to the Palace and market easily. The breakfast was fine but didn’t wow me. There was a fairly good selection of food but some of it looked as if it had been put out a few days in a row. The walk to our villa was a trek with over 100 steps, but we were at the back of the whole resort. Fortunately we are only 40 but an elderly person would struggle in that location. The taxi men out the front. Aggressive and harassing. Gets tiresome after being asked 30 times if you want to use their service.

My friend has mobility issues with her knees and they automatically offered to change our room to one with less stairs. The staff are very attentive and accomodating. The suite rooms are very large with comfortable big beds and massive bathroom with bath tub. We had a shared pool (with 1 other room). Breakfast was good and they do free afternoon tea everyday as well as yoga class once a week. The gardens and pools are lovely, it’s a very peaceful and relaxing vibe. The location is perfect, very close to everything. Would definately stay here again.

Breakfast is excellent - plenty of choice and able to cater for GF. Great pool. The hotel is on a busy street but is quiet and peaceful once you enter the gate. Free shuttle is a bonus I stayed 4 nights and throughly enjoyed it. The tiles on the bathroom floor are very slippery so a bit of caution is needed.

Love the size of the villa and grounds and the pool was AMAZING. Buffet breakfast provided many great tasty options and they even had an eggs station for omelets. Outdoor tub was a nice touch and partial outdoor shower and toilet/bathroom. The bugs but expected in the jungle.

The food is high quality, and the afternoon tea served at the breakfast restaurant is also very enjoyable. The staff are wonderfully friendly, respond promptly, and the complimentary Tuesday yoga class is better than many paid sessions. The pool in the pool villa is very well maintained, and the sound of the river flowing below the villa is incredibly charming. Housekeeping and turndown service exceeded my expectations in every way.That said, the buildings are a bit old, so small gaps in the doors can allow insects to come in, and the outdoor bathroom may feel a little uncomfortable to use at night. Depending on your perspective, though, this rustic feeling can actually be part of the charm. Overall, it is a place I would happily recommend to both friends and family.

- Naomi (10/5): I absolutely loved my stay at KajaNe Mua. A big thank you to all the staff. - KajaNe Mua was by far one of the best hotel I've stayed in. The service from all the staff was amazing. The suite we were upgraded to was big, modern and very clean. We were surrounded by nature right by the river and had a private pool. The sound of the water was so soothing throughout the night. I don't think I've ever slept better! The breakfast, especially the mini vegetarian tacos was the best. I have nothing bad to say about this place. I'll definitely be back for a longer stay. Pack lots of mosquito repellent if you're prone to mosquito bites. The hotel provided some repellent and the mosquito coil and they lit it up in the evenings.

- taradickerson (10/5): Gorgeous oasis in busy Ubud! - This is a truly magical hotel paradise in the middle of busy Ubud! From the minute I checked in until I was given a wonderful breakfast box for my ride to my early departure flight in Densapar, I was treated like a queen! All staff members were kind and thoughtful! I especially want to thank Dideck for making me feel like a celebrity during my stay. My private villa was absolute heaven with its private pool, outdoor bathtub and comfy bed! I felt very safe and secure even as a single female traveler! The complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea were an absolute treat! So delicious and what a beautiful variety of options! The location is awesome and there is a free shuttle at your disposal for when you don’t want to walk! What a wonderful surprise this was for my short stay—- wish I could have stayed longer! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything!
- Daniel (10/5): Awesome team, great location, would definitely return! - The team were sooo good! They gave us a free cake and upgrade for my birthday. They were so helpful and even dropped us off at our restaurants for dinner. Rooms were tidy and large, pools were nice. Little bit of a longer walk from the suites but staff helped us with bags. Mosquitoes at night but staff lit some repellant incense every night.
- Rita (9/5): 100% recommend - Great pool Great location Amazing breakfast Very nice room and clean Beautiful big gardens were you can walk along and relax Free shuttle to anywhere in the city at any time Although the location is perfect if you want to be near everything, it is on the main road, so the traffic was terrible and every time I went outside, I felt in the middle of the mess That been said, the hotel is very private and I couldn't tell it was so central once you were inside. So I guess it really depends on what you want

- Meghan (10/5): Beste Lage - Geniale Lage! Super schöne Anlage und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Super war das Hotel Shuttle das kostenfrei genutzt werden konnte. Der Pool ist sehr großzügig und generell ist es super ruhig auch wenn unmittelbar auf der Monkey Road gelegen.
- Sandra (9/5): Good I’d stay n here again. - It was lush and green. Lovely pools and some great areas to relax and take photos . We had the private pool but shared with 3 other rooms. It was quiet so we pretty much had it to ourselves however it could probably be a bit weird if all 4 rooms used the area at once. There is a beautiful resort pool anyways so you’d have that option We had twin beds. The rooms were comfortable enough however the nets around the beds although they looked cute kind of got annoying. I’d ditch them

The breakfast has a variety of menu and they offer free tea with snacks for all the guests which I had never seen any of the hotels. The staff are very courteous and polite. Overall I just loved the room and the service. Anyone looking for a good place to stay this hotel in Ubud is recommended
