• Vikram (1/5): I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I will not be staying in this property ever again. - The hotel has a good location and view. After checking in, the room assigned to us was stuffy and full of flies. This was changed to a different room when we requested. On returning to our room on the second night, we saw that monkeys had wrenched open the window (lock was not working!) and vandalised the room (including peeing on the floor). While house keeping had noticed this incident, they waited till we returned to our room at 11pm to clean the room on our request. The restaurant food is terrible and again has cleanliness issues (full of flies). My partner was sick on the 3rd night of our stay. The room we were in had missing fire evacuation notices. I have stayed in this hotel last year and I now see a marked down turn in the cleanliness, service and facilities available. Very poorly managed property.

• monikamathisuryan (8/5): Overall stay and property is good but staff is really a disappointment - Property is very good and infact we are a regular to accord . I really like the place. We recently stayed at your luxury villa and spent approximately ₹30,000 including food and services. Unfortunately, the experience this time was very disappointing due to poor service and lack of professionalism from the staff. Despite calling room service three times, no one answered. When a staff member eventually came, we requested the removal of leftover food plates that had been sitting for a full day. He mentioned that the kitchen team would handle it, but no one came until our checkout. We had even separated the food waste and placed the plates outside the room for convenience, yet this was completely ignored. Additionally, when contacting the restaurant, the staff member who answered was unable to communicate in Tamil or English, which we understand can happen in a diverse workplace. However, her behavior was extremely rude. Even after attempting to communicate in Hindi, she abruptly disconnected the call without completing the order. This level of service is highly disappointing and not what we expect from a property of this standard. Basic courtesy, cleanliness, and responsiveness are essential in hospitality, and unfortunately, these were lacking throughout our stay. We hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your service standards to avoid such experiences for future guests. The staff in reception are good but room service and restaurant totally I disappointment

• Prem Anand (1/5): Don't prefer this property only by watching influencers videos..not worth stay!!! - Location Zero cleanliness, no lift, poor food, the briyani they served is awful..the play area is completely damaged and not worth for playing. They just do cover-up videos for social media. Total disappointment. They bring all the influencers to promote their property but except staff good behaviour, nothing is true as said in the videos. Will not recommend and prefer for my future stay. The furnitures inside the rooms are very pathetic and old property.

• Shikhar (9/5): Awesome stay - We stayed at Accord Hotel, Ooty in January with our family and had booked two rooms. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The property itself is really good, very well maintained, and thoughtfully designed for families. The staff deserves special appreciation — everyone was extremely polite, courteous, and genuinely helpful. They did everything a good hotel should do to make guests feel comfortable. The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. After spending the day sightseeing around Ooty and returning tired in the evening, coming back to the hotel felt relaxing and peaceful. Good food, a comfortable room, and a calm environment — exactly what you expect from a quality stay. The hotel also has a good gym, which was a pleasant surprise. In the evenings, there were activities like campfires and singing shows, which added a nice vibe to the stay. There is also a dedicated play area for children, which made it even better for families. Throughout our stay, we never once felt uncomfortable. Everything was smooth, relaxed, and well managed. This is what a good hotel should do — let you forget all worries, relax, eat well, and sleep peacefully — and Accord Hotel did exactly that. We are taking back very happy memories from this stay and would definitely recommend this property to families visiting Ooty. Would love to stay here again. Some sewer smell from the washroom. But staff did what they could do.

• Ajay Raja (10/5): One and only best hotel in OOTY peak - The location was absolutely stunning and left us amazed! The rooms were large, clean, and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed every meal – the ale carte dinner menu offered a great variety, and everything tasted delicious but also reasonably priced. The buffet breakfast was equally impressive, with a wide spread to choose from. The service and hospitality from the staff were more impressive – always friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking space available, which made parking things very convenient. Almost every evening featured some form of entertainment like campfire, DJ nights, live singing, and more – always something fun to look forward to. One of the most memorable experiences was their charming Tea Kadai – the variety of teas, snacks, and the famous Ooty Varkey were simply unforgettable and still make my mouth water! The resort also offers a range of sports and recreational activities including badminton, cricket, basketball, football, table tennis, PlayStation gaming, indoor games for kids, and a dedicated play area. We always made it a point to return to the hotel by 5 PM just to make the most of these wonderful amenities. Overall, it was an excellent and peaceful stay filled with memorable experiences…! The restaurant was nice and kids friendly food was always available. The highlight is the view from the hotel dine in area and beautiful lawn with multiple indoor/outdoor activities. High tea in the evenings is the best time to enjoy the view with a cup of tea. Room service was top notch and quick to respond. Special Thanks to the team ( Sivakumar & Gautham) conducting fun activities and indoor/activities, they were very kind and helpful. Thanks to the reception team and special mention to the receptionist Rithu mam for her kind service and hospitality.

The cold was good (10 deg C) at night was cool. My room had a forest view though which we saw a Bison calmly feeding on the grass (Great view - Check Pictures) medium size property, all guests turning out same time for breakfast or dinner is difficult for the staffs to organize and manage things. Rooms are built not facing valley, though the valley view is possible but all room layout are facing forest (Which is also good)

• Raghavendra (9/5): Very Pleasant stay in Ooty @ Accord. Keep it up. - Very nice breakfast spread. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean and maintained well. The location being a little away from the city center was very peaceful with awesome views of the valley. No lifts is a concern especially when you have to carry your luggage and especially when you have senior citizens travelling with you. Room stay cost can be moderated a bit as well.
