• Gunalan (8/5): - Very good location in Hatyai, walking distance to Lee garden and kim yong market. And the staff was very good and friendly. Even I get early check in because I reach earlier than check in time. WiFi signal very poor, no toothbrush and toothpaste was provided.

• Guide57591583222 (6/5): Dated but comfortable - The hotel is large and a very dated but clean and comfortable. We booked a balcony but had to carry out the big heavy chairs outside so we could enjoy it. A small table and chairs out there would have been useful. They seem to be upgrading areas like the reception which is lovely and modern so hopefully in time they will do the rest. We booked this hotel because someone on TripAdvisor had said the breakfast buffet was the best they’d had in Thailand but unfortunately tourism had dropped off when we arrived and we were just offered a set menu from the a la carte menu which comprised of a drink, toast with butter and jam, fresh fruit and a main. Which was perfectly adequate but no cereals and only 2 fruits (watermelon and one other). It was way too much for us and we wasted so much which I hate doing. Even when I asked for a small portion it was still too much. As I said it was adequate but a buffet would had had a lot more choice. Can’t be helped I guess if you don’t have the guests. The shower was hot and good. The bedding clean. Staff were attentive and polite.

• Ernest (8/5): - The hotel looks like it was recently renovated, the room I sayed was big and had a huge balcony with a great view to the city and sourroundings. The location is very good, close to many night markets, restaurants and bars. I would like to have a provisoned mini bar, but there is only an empty fridge.

• Bo (10/5): Two days in Hat Yai - Nice and clean hotel, big room, comfy bed. Facilities to make tea/coffee and fridge in the room. Helpfull staff in reception.

• 315laures (6/5): Well located but slightly noisy - Lobby looks modern and spacious. Rooms are comfortable enough and also clean if slightly dated. Shower has very good water pressure. Downside, our room was quite noisy- big dual carriageway outside and single glazing even the AC did not drown the traffic noise.

Everything I needed was nearby, which made it very convenient. The price was reasonable, and the overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable The hotel was located at a busy junction, which made it very noisy at night. The constant traffic sounds were a nuisance, and I had trouble sleeping because of it.The weather was quite hot during my stay, and the shampoo provided by the hotel made my hair feel very dry, which added to the discomfort.

First room after the complaint by my wife around 11:30 pm the staff on duty was very impatient and answered very loudly should not do anything. After I complained again the staff changed the room to another floor but the second room was also as noisy as the first one. The maintenance guy claimed that the noises coming from the air-conditioning condenser. However, car's and motorbike noises have also been heard. The hotel room Windows not sound proofs.

• Nine (6/5): Hotel credit card machine not working and staff not speaking english - Nice location , near rail station and kin market. At night there is a night market 10mn walk. The room felt chic , fridge and very good air con. The sink is separated from toilet and shower , which is good. Very noisy street , traffic goes on late at night. We were on the 6th floor. Reception staff do not speak english. Very frustrating. I wanted to pay my room with my bank card , none of my 5 cards worked , my husband tried his bank card , didnt work either.We asked to speak to a manager to check their credit card machine, no one came .I checked my online banking , none received notification of a refusal. I asked to change the machine language to english , the staff said he couldnt .He sent us to get cash from a cash machine .My card worked perfectly fine. So if you want to stay at this hotel , be ready to bring lots of cash .This is unacceptable for a big hotel like this to have a credit card machine that doesnt work , I told the staff to check their internet connection for their machine. Obviously I was the one at fault , he never thought that it was not normal that none of my card worked with their machine but I managed to get cash from the bank machine. Also get english lessons for your staff. Very disappointing for a start .

• Nik (2/5): bad customer services, no ironing facilities and not worth the price of the room - The location is good as it is near to Kim Yong Market and Lee Garden Market. The staff at the reception counter is not attentive at all. We arrived Hatyai in the morning, left our luggages and being promised to check in at 2pm. We arrived the hotel at 2.15pm and being asked to wait for 30 minutes for the room to be ready. However, after 30 minutes, the staff asked us to wait for another 30 minutes and its already pass 3.30pm. When we pushed the staff, she immediately gave other room to us, but when we go up the room is yet to be ready. We need to go down again and being given another room. We only checked in at 4.15pm. Then we realised there is no free iron in the room. We call the receptionist and she said the iron services need to be paid. When we wend the clothes for ironing and asked the clothes to be ready by night, they said the staff already went back and our clothes can only be ready by the next morning. We are okay with that with condition that the clothes to be sent by 8am and the receptionist said the clothes can only be sent by 9am. We are very dissapointed as we already have plan at 8am. The receptionist is really bad.

• Jbwsiam (9/5): Great Place! - I was surprised by how good this hotel was. There was plenty of parking, the staff where very nice, the room was large and well designed, the shower had good pressure and hot water. They would be good to change the shower head to something more modern, though. The restaurant was excellent. I don't know why that surprised me as this is Thailand, after all. But I was not expecting such great food. The waitresses were funny and attentive and very pretty so we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly sitting there by the lake and swimming pool. We had a bottle of gin we brought and there was no corkage fee which was nice of them. I wish we would have stayed another night but we didn't have time. Bed could have been softer, but it was fine.

• Gordon (9/5): Good location - The hotel is very centrally located and is about 10 minutes from the train station. The rooms are large but a bit dated, the higher rooms have a great view over the city. It is very close to a couple of markets. I would stay again if I go back.
