- Williston Figure Skating Club (10/5): -
- K5346RKisabelleg (4/5): Bad maintenance - When I arrived the elevator was broken and no assistance was offered to bring my luggage upstairs. Also, there is no electricity in the lamps or outlets by my bed. No water in the rooms. Front desk was nice when checking in. And other staff has been nice.
- Wendy (7/5): -
- Tina (4/5): - The room was very clean and the place was nice. I changed my dates thru Expedia and they confirmed it on the phone with the hotel and sent a confirmation but the hotel staff wouldn't honor it at first. They said they couldn't change the date even though they confirmed it through Expedia and told me i would not be able to change and wpuld not get my money back and this is why they didnt like booking thru 3rd party vendors such as Expedia. I had to make other arrangements for the first night of my stay and the hotel still charged me for it.
- Vivian (8/5): It was fine. - Didn’t eat there. I don’t like hotel breakfasts.
- John (10/5): -
- Claude (10/5): - Safe and quiet. Professional staff. Children disliked that the swimming pool was not open to swimming.
- Alyssa (6/5): - The property and the room are absolutely beautiful and clean.. The biggest downfall was how loud the people below us were. At 1 am there was screaming, items crashing and sounding as if they were breaking things. I had 2 kids with me and that woke them up. Not sure if that is a usual occurrence or not but that did suck. The hot tub also had quite a few dead flies and was allegedly broken. Otherwise breakfast was good.
- Chris (10/5): - Very nice.
- Lynette (7/5): - Clean and efficient Breakfast skimpy
- chelseyh677 (10/5): Top Hotel in Williston for Families - Our family stayed over the weekend and the staff and hotel was nothing but amazing. Rooms were spotless and brand new. Breakfast was great and included. Kids loved the pool area, and we were able to BBQ with the family right outside the pool area.
- Barbara (7/5): -
- Kenneth (10/5): - No problems. Room was great, People friendly. Breakfast did suck though
- Katie (6/5): - I loved how clean the place was and how spotless the rooms are! Are someone in the hospitality industry, I know its not easy work and things can be missed, however not one thing was ovwr looked as far as that goes. However, my biggest issues was that check-in is at 3pm, I arrived and checked in around 3:05. I proceeded to go to my room only to see that the room is propped open and not ready, so I went downstairs just to give them a little more time....well fast forward to 3:45, I head back up stairs only to see that they had JUST started cleaning my room. I went down to the front desk to let them know and see if i can get a different room, she proceeds to look at me funny and tells me to hold on. I continue to wait and went back to the front desk and she said "sorry for the inconvience." So i head back up to my room only to see the door open and check my card only to realize she changed my room and failed to communicate that. Then I get charged $50.54 more than i was suppose to be charged. Needless to say, I will never stay here again.

- gary (10/5): - The front desk staff (from early morning, daytime, night, and weekend) was very friendly and very helpful. Exceptional. The breakfast was excellent. Better than when I had stayed there a couple of years ago.
- Natasha (9/5): Superb -
- Shelli (10/5): - Breakfast was great, pool area was nice and clean.
- Christopher (2/5): - Never stay here
- Anne (10/5): - Lady at check-in was very welcoming and friendly. Nice, spacious bathroom and dining/lounge area is comfortable and inviting.
- Jed (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mario (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kevin (10/5): - Nice place
- C7475LLjuditht (10/5): Just what we needed! - Clean rooms, excellent front desk staff and very welcoming! Would recommend over many here in town. Many here are unsafe, ran by uneducated inexperienced people and have no real concept of hospitality! Stay away from the dumps by walmart, lol. Extremely nasty!
- Cheryl (9/5): Superb -
- BRENDA (10/5): - Staff was friendly property was clean and quiet
- Mcpherson (9/5): Superb - Room was clean and the breakfast was good When taking the kids swimming the pool water was to cold and they didn't swim any time at all
- bryan (8/5): - Good location for our purpose
- Calvin (10/5): Exceptional -
- bryan (10/5): - Great property
- Bradley (7/5): Good -
- margaret (10/5): - Clean, quiet and comfortable
- Beau (10/5): - Very nice and clean hotel.
- Linda (10/5): - Great place to stay as one of our stopping points while driving for 2 1/2 days! Great service, quick check in. Always a great experience at Hampton Inn!!!
- Alison (8/5): Very good -
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great! - Breakfast was Amazing!
Room was clean. Pool was nice. Staff very friendly.
- Jay (7/5): Good -
- William (4/5): Won’t spend that money in Williston and find another place that is cheaper - Location. Was good. Our room was not clean. Sheets had a gross stain on and done kind of fluid stains on the wall by the lamp. For the price in Canadian funds as a traveller it was not what the rate should have imposed.
- Robert (6/5): - The price for the motel was way too outrageous. It was just a basic motel and I have to pay $200 just to sleep in the bed and have a average breakfast not worth more than 120 bucks.
- Derek (9/5): Superb -
- Wandean (6/5): - I booked a room with 2 queen beds and was given a room with a king bed instead. It was very late when we checked in so I didn’t try to change rooms because I had been traveling for 12 hours and was completely exhausted. It took the night shift person forever to come check me in and appeared to have been sleeping. This property is in serious need of updating and cleaning.
- Cherie (8/5): - It was as nice as to be expected with only one employee working both the front desk and the breakfast area. Luggage cart had a broken/flat tire and water on the floor.
- Hutton (6/5): Clean and quick check in. - Clean and good location off the highway. We DIDN’T like that we were not able to take food or drinks into the pool area. I can see glass, but we couldn’t even have a pizza in there. Never been to a hotel that didn’t allow it. With the kids it was a bummer. Wouldn’t stay with kids again if we had other options.
- Audrey (10/5): - The accessibility was an added bonus.
- Jennifer (10/5): Great stay, not inexpensive - The beds were comfortable and the proximity to the airport was great! The food was fantastic although a little expensive. Overall it was a great stay
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was a very nice hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. The beds are a little on the hard side and the outside automatic sliding doors were broken and one had to push them open by hand and close them.
- Peter (8/5): - Fantastic staff. Breakfast and fitness centre were great. Pool area was under construction.
- Craig (6/5): - No closet to hang my suit. Drapes were in poor shape, so hard to block out inwanted light.
- Linda (8/5): - The beds could of been softer. The ventillation system was noisy. No clock or alarm clock. The microwave was junk.
Bigger TV. Better breakfast.
- Melissa (8/5): Very good -
- Bscal605 (10/5): Always great - We really enjoy our stays at Hampton Inn. We travel to Williston pretty often for work and have stayed here and a few other places. This is #1 in Williston and we will continue to stay here and hold our meetings here. Cleanest hotel in Williston
- Erin (10/5): - Just a nice classy place!! Great location!
- 967floydh (10/5): Go To In Williston - This is our go to hotel in Williston for myself and my co-workers. We stay every week, rooms are always clean and we really enjoy the social evenings chatting with Jemma, Brennan and Nala. Food in the evening is tasty, and the beer is always cold.
- ericgD6939UW (2/5): Totally Unresponsive Mangement. - We checked in with the digital phone app, however when we got to the room we heard noises inside and someone flushed the toilet. Returned to the desk to get another room. When we got to this room the toilet was running. We called the front dest and they said they did not have anyone available to fix the issue. They offered a different room or to give us a discount that the manager would take care of in the morning. Since it was late and we unpacked we opted for the later. In the morning the front desk had no idea of our issue and said management would contact us later. Two days later the manager had not called. The staff said they were texting the manager. We called again and the assistant manager offered us points which we declined since we will never stay at a Hampton again at this point. Still have not received a call. We will contact the credit card company and decline the charge - maybe this will get their attention! Avoid at all cost!
- Loren (8/5): - Room was good. Breakfast not so good
- Richard (10/5): - Nice hotel with friendly staff!
- V9723KHjuanl (2/5): Good Luck with get your room cleaned - There is no system to clean your room. They ask you to request when the room is to be serviced and even if you do half of the time they don't clean it or replace towels. I was unlucky to be around during the remodeling of the parking lot. A crew jackhammered until late not letting guests rest. I asked the front desk to get the operation suspended, but no action was taken and the noise continued until 10 pm.
- Jordan (6/5): - I specifically called to make sure pool and hot tub were working because of past reviews. They guaranteed me water problem had been Addressed and were. The hot tub I found out was not and hadn't been in years. They did nothing to make it right.
- Meyers (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lisaka2566 (10/5): Stayed in Williston ND for it was the closest to Bainville Mt for half brothers funeral & scattering of asses - The motel were my husband & I stayed was very clean. The staff was helpful & courtesy upon checking in & checking out. I will recommend any of my family or friends to stay at your property. Pool was great in temperature hot tub was temporarily closed. All in all we greatly enjoyed our stay & will come back again one day from Columbia Falls Mt
- Carl (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and roomy.
- randall (10/5): - good location, staff very helpful
- Robert (9/5): Superb -
- Maureen (10/5): - Wonderful facility. Clean, staff was helpful, place to walk my dog.
- 364karih (10/5): Great stay - Clean hotel, friendly staff, bed comfortable, good breakfast, had gluten free Udis bagels. Perfect stay for our drive back home from glacier. Nice work out room. Hot tub out of order but that was ok, it was hot and pool was open. Right next door to famous Dave’s
- Jerine (9/5): Superb -
- Viola (9/5): Great location, clean and good breakfast buffet. - Location and cleanliness
- S6173QNjohnn (8/5): Recent 3 night stay - The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and evening reception exceeded my expectations. Your room will only be serviced upon request. Ask for a top floor room, the floor traffic in the room above you can be rather loud.
- Kyle (9/5): Superb -
- Kenneth (10/5): Awesome - The Staff NA
- Cindy (10/5): Very well maintained, clean and like new hotel - Nice hotel... fairly new and the facilities were clean and well maintained. Very welcoming and helpful front desk staff. Room was really clean and everything worked great. Beds were comfortable and pillows soft. Parking was good. Breakfast was good. Nice shower and bathroom arrangement. Dog friendly. Everything was great.
- oilandgasSafety (10/5): 5 STAR in Williston ND - This is now our companies GoTo hotel in Williston. The staff at the desk are always welcoming and friendly. Rooms are some of the cleanest I’ve seen, well maintained and they do a great job. We love the cookies and the large lobby is great for us to get together each evening and have our team debrief while enjoying a drink and some food. The chicken satays and salad they had were actually very delicious. We really enjoy our stays here in Williston
- L8126IVgregt (2/5): Worst hotel in williston. - If you are a chain smoker pick the 4th floor. If you like 1/2 used shampoo and conditioner bottles that are sticky you will feel at home. If you need lighting you will have to drag out the night stands and plug them in . Because the rest of the lights need bulbs. If your a diamond member you will have to ask for you member welcome pack. And get ready to pay almost 3 times the rate from the previous week. Don't ask for help at the front desk they don't even want to greet you. And don't expect any help from the manager they won't get back to you. Make your stay in williston more enjoyable by avoiding this hotel.
- OnAir765861 (10/5): West Coast 2023 - We stayed at this lodging on our return trip from the west coast. It was in a good location. The king suite was roomy with a nice sitting area and a tv that could swivel to watch from the bed or couch. It had two sinks which was nice.
There were cookies in the evening and the pool was warm, but the hot tub was not working. One of the lights by the couch was missing the light bulb. The breakfast was good, but for some reason there was no yogurt, which most hotels have.
I would definitely recommend staying here if in the area, as Hampton Inn's always seem more comfortable than other chains.
- Jenna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gary (10/5): - Clean and quiet room.
- Michael (1/5): Bad -
- Ida (8/5): It was a good stay. Was turned off by a staff's attitude but I had a relaxing weekend. - Breakfast was not very hot customer service by 1 staff member was unsatisfactory
- Tess (10/5): Quiet - Very clean neat tidy, great breakfast... Entering into the location the first time at night is tricky with snow banks, could tell which road led to hotel...
- Mary (10/5): A very nice place to stay. Home away from home. - Breakfast was great, bed comfortable, suite was spacious, staff was friendly and accommodating. toilet above was a little loud, pool could have been a little warmer since the hot tub was not working. I should have signed up with Hilton honors before using booking.com as third party booking is not allowed.
- Mallory (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -
- Jaxunger (10/5): Exceptional - The staff, location and cleanliness. The lack of maintenance given to the place. The elevators seemed to need work, the hottub was broke down and the ventilation in the fitness room was crud.
- Danielle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Melissa (10/5): Great place to stay! - Very nice hotel. Large room. Clean facility. Friendly staff.
- Scott (10/5): Nice hotel - Very nice and clean hotel
- Michael (9/5): Superb -
- Sean (8/5): Very good -
- TAGDLG (10/5): Wonderful Service - After a night in another hotel in town, we decided we needed to move hotels. We decided to try the Hampton Inn and were not disappointed. Judy at the front desk was awesome and made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped on property. All of the staff were great and the property is clean and well kept. Thank you for a great stay!
- Anonymous (10/5): just needed a good night sleep and that I got. nice breakfast in the morning. - convince nothing
- Michelle (7/5): Good -
- Erin (8/5): - Great staff
- Ryan (10/5): Nice! - Good! Clean, comfortable, quiet!
- James (10/5): -
- billn635 (10/5): Friendly staff, good stay overall - Easy and friendly check in was treated to an upgrade room which is much appreciated being a diamond member. Room was clean and comfortable.
Small pool and workout room opens early. Typical Hampton breakfast. In the evening there is beer and snacks.
Stuff that ruffles your feathers: you get exactly two bottles of water or your choice of a snack at check-in no more water after that that's kind of crazy. Your room does not get cleaned unless you specifically ask I don't think cleaning rooms everyday will ever come back to hotels.
- Eric-Bodie (10/5): A great manager makes the difference - Our group of 8 stayed at the Hampton Inn in Williston ND for a week while we conducted training in the area. Judi the Hotel manager was always there to greet us and made us all feel at home. Her and her staff ensured we were always taken care of. I highly recommend this establishment if your are staying in the Williston area.
- April (10/5): Great stay - We love this hotel! Every time we are in Williston this is where we stay. It is always clean and the employees are super friendly and helpful. We do think the mattresses are a little firm but still comfortable.
- troyr535 (10/5): Extremely large, clean rooms with exceptional front desk assistance! - While looking to stay overnight before a next-day doctor's appointment, we were pleasantly assisted by Judy and ultimately accommodated with two suites on the 1st floor - one with a handicap-accessible bathroom. Both rooms were very clean and spacious which allowed us to enjoy our night's stay! Extra credit to Judy for her cheerful, caring, patient help with out reservations and stay!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Grear - It was great. Quick trip but all in all a fine place.
