• Soorianand (8/5): It's a good place to stay as long as you leave enough time to get in and out due to busy road traffic. - The staff, specially Mr Darmendra and Mr Rehan were very caring and helpful! The reception staff were actually very nice just like those in the restaurant! Only the location which is a bit far form most places I needed to go to. It's also on a very busy road which makes getting in and out time consuming!

• Adam (10/5): Amazing stay! - Such a great place to stay. Huge rooms, really great breakfast. Pool was an added bonus. Room service brought great food directly to the room. Good spots to eat near the apartment. Would highly recommend to anyone staying for short term or long term. Staff helped book a cab to the airport, 20 min drive with no problem. Very happy with our stay! Couple friendly as well!

• Priti (9/5): Pleasant stay at Lalco Residency - breakfast was super filling - bread and egg omelette, chole bature, bread pakora, dosa chutney, fruits, fruit juice, coffee, tea. I stayed there for 3 nights, breakfast each morning was well cooked and delicious. i had to call reception multiple time for installing washing machine in the room. They eventually did install but it would have been great if it was already there in the room.

The housekeeping staff were extremely polite and did an amazing job keeping everything clean and organized. The food was also very tasty and enjoyable throughout the stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

• Suvra (8/5): I like the facility for its security, excellent staff and delicious food. - Breakfast options are good and delicious. Friendly and caring staff. Clean and comfortable environment. The apartment was daily maintained by housekeeping. High speed Wi-Fi available. Security at its best. Reception staff are very cordial, cooperative and professional. Overall its a wonderful place surrounded by park and gated community. By default the facility did not have washing machine, hair dryer, oven or microware, gas stove, bowls and cooking utensils which were provided by default during my earlier stay. This is a service apartment and these basic amenities should be provided. I was informed that I need to place a request.

Fairly clean and comfortable We were given a microwave and hair dryer after enquiring on the second day. The microwave was old and dated. Shampoo dispenser in the second bathroom did not work. No soap or scrubs in the kitchen. Common toilet bowl was stained (not dirty, just stained). Lighting could have been better with side table lamps instead of bright LEDs.

I checked in for 2 days and went on a cruise. I had left my luggage to be collected upon return as i stayed for another night. Upon return, there was an alcohol bottle that was stolen from my luggage and the staff pretends as if they have no clue.

• Umangi (6/5): Enjoyable for the length of stay we were there - - Location was ideal - Staff were very attentive and friendly - Lalco cafe food was really tasty & reasonably priced. - Very little to no hot water - No towels in the room, had to ask for them - Prices on the menu didn't include tax, so the total on the receipt ended up being more than we expected. It would be really helpful if the menu showed full price (with tax included) so there are no surprises when paying.

While hotel staff were accommodating, they were not able to resolve the issue during my stay which caused frustration and stress for the entirety of the stay. Just to request a date change was so complicated and they kept blaming booking.com, while booking blamed the hotel. I am still waiting for a 400$cad reimbursment.

Most likely requires some internal fix ups in the bathroom like paint, door chips etc. Initially our aircon and fans had some issues but these were fixed immediately. Might be good to have some pre-maintenance checkups after each stay.

The pool had so many rules you couldn’t really use it with kids and the staff in that section were not very helpful or friendly. Some small issues with the room, the toilets didn’t smell great.

• Garg (5/5): Sewage stench from toilet flush ruined an otherwise pleasant stay - Apartment was roomy. It was clean upon check-in. Water purifier in the kitchen was very helpful. On-site dining with included breakfast was very convenient. Staff was generally responsive Building refines and recycles dirty water for toilet flushing. However, refinement of the dirty water is not being handled properly. The whole toilet and the connected room have very strong stench of sewage after each flush. Staff provided extra air freshners to mitigate the stench.

Property needs serious upgrades regarding everything.. its furniture, maintenance and cleanliness needs vast improvement. Even saw some cockroaches. No hangers in cupboards, no clean drinking water was available.. had to ask for bottled water !
• Steve (9/5): My stay in Mumbai - The accommodation itself was excellent, a real feeling of space and not feeling like a hotel. The restaurant was the above excellent and provided food to your taste and desires. Real issue. The reason I booked this accommodation was because it had a swimming pool. It did.... BUT it wasnt close to the accommodation and didnt feel as if it belonged to it. The so called sunbeds as pictured didnt exist, only two broken wooden seats. The pool looked undesirable.

• RANI (6/5): Feeling of a nice and cosy home - fully serviced, spacious, good service, helpful staff, feels like home with spacious space. Bhavesh at reception was very helpful. Even booked a cab quickly for us. He is very polite and professional a boon to the organisation. Breakfast was nice, variety every day and tasty. Good service too. The housekeeping were good but were forgetting towels each time the room was done. We had to ring the reception and get it replenished. I recommend Lalco team to ask their maintenance to check these minute details before check in to avoid unnecessary inconvenience to their clients during the stay. The flat was very spacious and well equipped but needed renovation as ac needed maintenance, the master bedroom ac needs repairs, bathroom sink won’t drain water. Batteries were not replenished, we had to get it done.
