- Sarah (9/5): - Путь от вокзала к отелю лежит вдоль озера. Вид из окна на горы. Просторный номер. Новая стильная мебель. Чисто. Очень приятное пространство. Разнообразный вкусный завтрак. Я не сразу нашла вход в отель, навигация привела меня к входу в ресторан. Я заказывала полупансион- это значит, включены завтрак и ужин. Когда я пришла на ужин в зал ресторана отеля, где был шведский стол, то там сказали, что брони нет и отправили в зал ресторана, где надо отдельно платить за ужин. Я была очень уставшая, не голодная, мой английский язык не достаточно хорош, чтоб вести разборки и споры, поэтому я обошлась без ужина.

Tenían a disposición traslado privado a la estación de trenes, así como el ticket para transporte público (que además incluía el acceso al teleférico Diavolezza). Con paraderos muy cercanos para tomar buses. El personal muy atento. La habitación ofrecía gran confort, espaciosa, limpia y acogedora. Ha sido una increíble estadía. No tengo sugerencias ni reparos.

Lage gut Zimmer sauber Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist einfach auch wenn nichts fehlt. Betten sind eher klein. Preis Leistung stimmt irgendwie aber nicht auch weil der spa Bereich weiterhin geschlossen ist und trotzdem der voll Preis aufgerufen wird. Zudem ist das Hôtel teilweise noch eine Baustelle

Decor in bedrooms not consistent with hotel; very basic furnishings which did not meet 4star billing. Lovely breakfast but buffet evening meal was not good value for money. Food and drink prices need to be better advised. Can be a shock if new to Swiss prices
- XIAONA (4/5): A stay that fell short of expectations despite the beautiful setting and high hopes. - Location, hotel free shuttle bus to train station. We booked Hotel Laudinella with genuinely high expectations. St. Moritz is an expensive destination, so the pricing was understandable, and the hotel’s five in‑house restaurants were a key reason for choosing it. We assumed this reflected strong quality and guest care. However, our stay on May 14th — a public holiday with unusually bad weather — turned out more disappointing than expected. Arriving before check‑in, we went to the restaurant for a late lunch, but no staff acknowledged us for a long time after passing us menu by the table, not even with water or a greeting. We eventually left, and noticed another family also waiting without service. Holidays and poor weather can challenge operations, but basic hospitality should still be consistent. Check‑in was smooth, yet the front desk felt stiff and inexperienced, offering only reactive responses. Given we were staying just one night on a snowy public holiday, proactive guidance would have been helpful. The spa was under renovation, and the alternative suggested — a nearby community pool — was not free as stated. The room was very simple for the price. The view was lovely, but the interior felt plain. In our Modern Family Room, the sofa bed collapsed when I lay on it after checked in the room, revealing dust inside. Service did respond quickly and fixed it efficiently. The bathroom ventilation fan was also loud and couldn’t be turned off, though I was too tired to call again. We left the next morning feeling the experience did not match the cost or the hotel’s reputation. Weather and the holiday may have contributed to challenges, but for one‑night guests, the lack of preparation, accuracy, and proactive service made the disappointment understandable. Difficult circumstances are often when a hotel has the best chance to impress — unfortunately, that opportunity was missed.

Die Bilder auf Booking entsprechen nicht die Realität, es waren sehr alte kleine Zimmer und eine schreckliche Dusche. Die ganze schöne Bilder von den Restaurants machen kein Sinn wenn nur einen Art Fast-Food Restaurant offen hat. Dieses Restaurant war außerdem sehr voll und Laut. Alles andere dann was man in dieser Preisklasse erwarten darf.

- Russell (6/5): - Cosy atmosphere, clean and clear signage to tell you where to go Unfortunately after clear communication we'd be arriving by train at a certain time, and a shuttle bus was booked, noone was there to pick us up. We even had a taxi driver call to figure out what was wrong. In the end we took the taxi and arrived there on our own means. We then were told to book a table for dinner via reception. They had confirmed it was all booked. Arrived at dinner in the hotel and no reservation made. The maitre'd said they'd speak to reception later about this but he'd find us a table. Lastly, we ordered extra pillows via reception and after waiting over an hour we had to re call reception again to find out where they were. The hotel has great bones but reception needs a reset. The expectations did not meet what was delivered.

The fire in the bar area was really cosy and the hotel has a 'boutique' feel to it. Red wine was excellent! Breakfast served a wide selection of food options. We very much enjoyed our stay. For some the location might be an issue, though buses are available. Situated at the far end of the lake in St Moritz Bad we got in our 'steps' after a long train journey which is a 25 minute walk along the lakeside. It's the quieter area of St Moritz but only a short walk up to St Moritz Dorf. Found the hotel to be great value and would book again.

- Marianne (6/5): Alles in Allem ok. - Schöne Lobby mit Kaminfeuer - Lese Ecken Super Konzert am Ostermontag Leider hat die Qualität der Küche nachgelassen. Sowohl in der Pizzeria als auch am Frühstücksbuffet. Über Ostern waren am Frühstücksbuffet die Speisen falsch deklariert (Bündnerfleisch, Mortadella - aber effektiv war Salami und Aufschnitt da) am Osterdienstag hat es dann plötzlich funktioniert. Im 6. Stock führt der Notausgang in ein Treppenhaus im Rohbau ohne Licht.

- Martina (10/5): - It was a perfect stay with a view at mountines, good breakfast and good option for shuttle, but also the bus stays in front of hotel. Hotel has really beautiful Wellness so i recommend it! Definitely recommend the hotel!

- Maria Francesca (7/5): Pasqua a S.Moritz - Posizione ottima, ben servita e comoda per chi va a sciare, ma anche per partire per escursioni. 4 proposte di ristoranti in loco così da non dover neanche uscire alla sera quando si è stanchi Staff non ben coordinato: nelle nostre camere mancavano le ciabatte e gli accappatoi, il secondo giorno non hanno cambiato il tappeto del bagno né controllato le buste del caffè. La pulizia abbastanza sommaria per la polvere presente anche se la nostra ala in effetti non era ancora terminata (vedi foto) e sarebbe stato corretto avvisare gli ospiti in anticipo. I segni di usura in ascensore non si possono vedere in un 4 stelle!

- Adriatik (8/5): a - Hotel Laudinella it was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent, Hotel was very big, and our room was excellent. Everyome that worked in reception were very kind to us, and helped us with everything. What we didn’t like it was that we made the reservation with half-board of hotel, and they had something that give you a menu and u can choose, but the menu was separated of us halfboard, and everytime we went to eat we had to talk with staff to change our menu and give us what it was included. I think it would be best if they separated the table so the waiter would know if it’s their guest who stays in the hotel, and other guest that come just for restaurant. Overall the food was good, you had a lot of things that you can choose.

- Ondřej (10/5): - Výborná poloha s pěší dostupností na lanovku Signál. Nové sauny a venkovní vířivka. Velmi dobra kuchyně a příjemný personál v restauracích. Recepční požadovala 30chf na osobu za vstup do wellnes. Druhý recepční nám později při rezervaci dal poukaz na 3 hodiny zdarma.

- Alen (7/5): Nice week end in Moritz - Great lobby and entranece, stuff very supportive, nice and welcoming. The restaurants and bars are really great and we had good fun. Not sure if we got unlucky, but rooms and corridors kind of dirty feeling/old... cleaning ladies did a great job but the structure need some upgrade consdering price per night and how nice is the lobby. SPA to be paid on top (not advised on booking time), and available for free on the sister hotel in front of the street (Reine Victoria), Sauna was proper dirty, clothes and towels everywhere... can do better a 4 star ?

- Dmitry (8/5): Good place for stay. Lift not far. Cool view from spa. - Quite well designed. Good location Renovation and construction was not fully completed. They could have cleaned a bit better the construction trash on the roof since it is quite ruining the vibe and view when you go to spa . As well the quality of materials in elevators need to be changed. Overall very good experience there but those small things are easy to fix and people are catching those moments with the view and would be good to fix those asap
- Vivien (9/5): Great stay, lovely hotel and great location with excellent food choices and a cozy fireplace! - Food on Premises is excellent, all the restaurants were amazing and very tasty and good selection. Breakfast was excellent as well. I loved the fireplace and the bar had also good selection of drinks. They went the extra mile and held a mini-concert at the bar. We had an amazing stay over the holidays and would return again anytime. Highly recommended! The only throwback for me was the lack of complimentary spa, at least a sauna would have been nice to use after skiing. They have a spa facility but wasn't included in our room, sadly. We could have paid though. So I guess it is only a matter of my preference.
