Went down to get another room, the new room I received smelled like urine. They advertise having a SPA area, but it is a serious let down. They were nice enough to validate my request to bring down my 2 nights to 1 nights without extra costs.

Food delivery quite easy to get as there is a takeaway lock box outside the hotel (a lifesaver). We were there just to work remotely the last week before our Christmas holiday. I have to say I was a bit disappointed by the wifi speed since we were there to work. Due to COVID restrictions the breakfast buffet changed to a set meal that was delivered to our hotel room. The set meal (although we got to choose one of three options) was disappointing because we paid extra for breakfast. The heating was broken but to be fair they warned us in advance and brought us a space heater. Overall, it was fine for a few days but too expensive per night for the quality of room, wifi, and breakfast we received.
