- Martin (9/5): Gutes Airport Hotel - Sehr große komfortable Zimmer. Sehr freundlicher Service. Ca. 15 min zum Airport. Die Gegend fühlt sich sehr sicher an. 3 min. zur Metro. Das Airport Shuttle fährt erst ab 06:00 Uhr morgens und das Frühstück startet auch erst um 06:00 Uhr. Für europäische Verhältnisse ist der Frühstück schlecht für amerikanische Verhältnisse okay.

- Sanne (7/5): Prima voor een nachtje over in LAX op weg naar NL. - Dat het dicht bij de luchthaven was. En dat het eten op de kaart goed was! Kok DJ heeft met liefde die ene avond voor ons gekookt én ons bediend! Basic gerechten, maar boven verwachting lekker. Dat was fijn, want we hadden geen zin om er weer op uit te gaan met de taxi en er zit verder niks in de omgeving, behalve een paar fastfoodrestaurants. Ook was de kamer ruim en hadden we twee dubbele bedden en een slaapbank tot onze beschikking, heel fijn met onze twee pubers. Het was best een saai en oninspirerend hotel, weinig gezelligheid. Ook vonden we een paar zwarte haren in de badkamer (wij zijn allemaal blond!), maar verder was het wel schoon.

We were able to get into a room around 10:30 am, were offered breakfast upon arrival, and were able to store our luggage and use the pool. The hotel was sparkling clean, looked brand new, and everyone we encounter was friendly, helpful, and kind. Shoutout to Rachel at the front desk and the ladies in the breakfast area who went above and beyond for us!

The breakfast wasn’t extensive but something for everyone and it was free. Also close to LAX with a free transfer. The hotel is located in a business area - full of company headquarters. There are restaurants dotted around but not in walking distance. Really need a car.

I called to the front desk and it was handled promptly and efficiently. I will be back and I recommended this hotel to all of my traveling friends.. Also they have soo many amenities gym, pool , fire pit. Parking wasn’t horrible .

The swimming pool was absolutely freezing. The hot tub was run over by bubbles and was slightly green colour. The water in the shower was only luke warm and not hot. I was disappoined the hotel did not look like in the pictures.

- scott68hawaii (8/5): Good enough if you need something close to LAX - This is a good hotel close to LAX. It’s a good, economical choice if you need a place close to the airport, but away from the “busier” side of the LAX airport, and close to good places to eat and shop. The rooms are comfortable and have the basic amenities and every three days housekeeping. The walls are thin so it’s noisy with just people coming and going. Another plus is the free breakfast, and a shuttle to the airport that you need to arrange in advance. Overall the staff is adequately courteous and helpful. Some of the front desk folks seem pretty inexperienced, and it’s always curious as to what all of them are staring at constantly on those screens - like constantly. It’s nearly impossible to reach them by phone from the room. We did book a “private room” and their patio for some group activities for this trip and room access was challenging (seems only a few have the combination to the room door - and notably not the front desk). The fire pits didn’t work outside (either properly or at all) for all three days we booked there - yet we paid the full rental fee. Finally, the evening “chef” who doubles as the “bartender” (yes he has a chef coat on and stares at this phone rather than tending the bar), is extremely rude, and to be avoided during your visit at all costs. Go across the way to the AC hotel for a better bar experience. So paying for F&B here is not a good move.

The air conditioner in room fefextice and when i went to inquire they knew about the issue and offered to change rooms. ( belts or pully slipping). Then TV kept freezing and “engineer came ro fix” unpluged and plugged back in and it temporarily fixed untill you went to change channels. They know problems exist. Hot tub and pool not up to par, not again

- Diane (5/5): Very misled - Close to LA airport The hotel website and descriptions are misleading. We specifically chose this property for 2 reasons: Following a 10 hour flight, our arrival time would be after 9pm so we wanted the advertised 24 hour restaurant and bar facility. This is not available at all. We ended up with crisps etc from the vending machine. I asked the front desk why this misleading information wasn’t amended only to be told that they had tried but were unable to update it! The swimming pool is advertised as heated. It was not and again it was a specific reason for our choice of hotel as we wished to swim and relax in the morning before our next flight departed late in the afternoon. The pool was basically unusable.

- Morihiro (9/5): シャトルバスの乗り場案内を直してください - 部屋の広さ シャトルバスが空港の出発階から出ると説明がありましたが実際は到着階でした。 また出発階は2階と説明がありますが、 3階となります。その辺が不親切なのが残念です。 早く直すのを希望します。
- MICHEL (7/5): Ca aurait été une très bonne expérience sans cet individu à qui on a confié le bar et restaurant. - Hôtel de bonne qualité à proximité de l'aéroport. Chambre silencieuse et propre. Personnes de la réception très sympathiques. Navettes à l'aéroport seulement sur demande, temps d'attente assez long. Une seule personne pour le bar et le restaurant, personne par ailleurs absolument détestable.

- KATERIN (10/5): Descanso total después de muchas horas de vuelo! - La cama es muy muy cómoda! El personal del front desk nos atendió en español y nos ayudo reservando un tour de un día por la ciudad. Para alguien que viaje solo, la zona puede ser un poco solitaria en horas de la noche.
