- Verified traveler (4/5): Gespenster - Das Zimmer 204 liegt im ersten Stock zur Straße hin. Unter dem Fenster treffen sich die Raucher und die Straße ist gut befahren. Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, wird es immer Sommer auf bei offenem Fenster ziemlich warm. Gut ist das Badezimmer, fürchterlich gespenstisch jedoch die Leuchtreklame, die aussen an der Fassade montiert ist.

- Joseph (8/5): - Een prettig hotel met nette kamers en vriendelijk personeel. De ligging is een ideaal uitgangspunt voor het ondernemen van dagtochten. Daarnaast is de locatie van het hotel uitermate geschikt om 's avonds op loopafstand van het hotel te dineren of een terrasje te pikken. Het ontbijt in het hotel was prima, behoudens de aangeboden jus d'orange (vieze geur).

- Hendrik (10/5): - Sauberes Zimmer und Hotel. Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage mittelmäßig am Rand eines Industriegebietes.
- Tobias (6/5): - Größe des Zimmers in Ordnung. Leider keine Klimaanlage oder Safe vorhanden. Zimmer recht abgewohnt und nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Frühstück war in Ordnung, für jeden etwas dabei. Das Rührei war bemerkenswert gut. Leider war der Frühstücksraum insgesamt recht verschmutzt, da dort offenbar nur unregelmäßig gewischt wird.
- Norbert (8/5): - das W-Lan im Zimmer grenzte eher an ein Lotteriespiel. Wenn man einmal Zugang zum W-Lan erhielt (was sporadisch schon einmal gelang), flog man innerhalb der nächsten 2-3 Minuten wieder heraus. Selbst das Abrufen von e-Mails war unmöglich. Darüber hinaus gab es im Bad viel zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten für z. B. eine Kulturtasche. Frühstück war sehr gut mit sehr aufmerksamen Personal. Alles in allem jedoch ein schöner Wochenendaufenthalt mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

- Peggy (8/5): Immer wieder gerne - Wir buchen regelmäßig, wenn wir in Arnsberg sind, dieses Hotel. Die Nähe zur Neheimer Innenstadt und die gute Verkehrsanbindung sind hier Entscheidungskriterien. Auch die Kaffeeflat in der Lounge sind weitere Extras.

Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen. Da habe ich mich nicht ran getraut dank des Zimmers.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Überforderung trägt den Namen Ibis Arnsberg - Noch nie habe ich so viele überforderte Mitarbeitende in einem Hotel erlebt. Mehrfach war sowohl vorab als auch im Nachgang telefonischer Kontakt mit dem Hotel nötig, weil Informationen nicht bearbeitet und untereinander weitergegeben wurden. Hatte etwas von versteckter Kamera. Zimmer in Ordnung, Frühstück schlecht.
- Renate (6/5): Leider nicht ganz zufrieden - Wir hatten ein großes Behinderten Zimmer. Allerdings war das Toilettenpapier aufgebraucht und der Duschbad - und Händewaschmittelspender war leer. Außerdem wurde unser Zimmer nicht gesäubert nach der 1. Nacht und ich habe dann abends für uns neue Handtücher von der Rezeption holen müssen. Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal freundlich.

- Dr Reini Michael (8/5): - Typisches Buisnesshotel, wird aber auch von Urlaubern im Sauerland oder Radfahrern frequentiert. Zimmer zur Straße hin sind laut. Das Frühstück variiert nicht. Es gibt jedan Tag das Gleiche. Wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat ist es ein gutes Mittelklassehotel. Die Lobby ist schön gestaltet.

Gutes Frühstück mit reichhaltiger Auswahl. Personal äußerst freundlich. Zimmer und v.a. Die Betten sind top. Hotel ist empfehlenswert, in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum

Ein ziemlich unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter fertigte uns ab, Infos nur auf Nachfrage, genervt, weil wir angeblich zu spät waren (19.15 Uhr), obwohl nirgends ein Hinweis zu finden war, dass wir früher hätten einchecken müssen. Uneinsichtig, bei Klärungsversuch. Die Mitarbeiterin am Sonntag Morgen und die Mitarbeiterinnen beim Frühstück waren dagegen sehr, sehr freundlich und zugewandt, genauso, wie ich es bisher in allen IBIS Hotels erlebt habe.

- Jan Gorm (2/5): UN SCANDALE - Nous sommes présentés à l'hôtel après 08 heures de conduite la dame de l'accueil nous a demandé notre pass sanitaire avec les 2 injections ! Nous avions mon mari et moi-même un test PCR valide qui ne lui a pas suffit ! Elle nous a éconduit comme des malpropres et sans ménagement, sur la manière, j'irai presqu'à penser que cela me rappelle des souvenirs sombres de l'histoire.... Et de plus elle a ironisé en nous avouant que si notre séjour avait eu un caractère professionnel elle nous aurait pas demandé le Pass ! Quelle hypocrisie ! Nous n'irons plus jamais dans cet hôtel

- Desi (10/5): - Super Hotel mit nettem Personal. Das Hotel sieht gut aus und ist modern eingerichtet. Die Geschäfte erreicht man innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu fuß. Zum Frühstücken mussten wir rüber in das andere Gebäude, was uns nicht gestört hat,da es direkt auf der anderen Seite der Straße ist. Frühstücksbuffet super lecker und die Sachen die angeboten werden sind frisch. Unten in der Lobby kann man sich bequem hin setzten und bis 22 uhr kostenlos Kaffee oder Tee trinken. Auch finde ich die Aktion toll, das man ankreuzen kann, wann die putzfee nicht kommen braucht, für jeden Tag wo sie nicht putzen muss oder die Handtücher auswechseln muss, gibt es einen Chip für den Getränke und Snack automaten. Wir würden auf jedenfall wieder das Hotel buchen.

Mein Zimmer wurde mir bereits fest zugeteilt, obwohl ich gerne ein Zimmer auf den oberen Etagen gehabt hätte. Hinzukommt, dass man verdutzt auf meine Frage reagierte, ob ich bitte eins der Zimmer von den oberen Etagn bekommen könnte. Ebenso verdutzt hat die Dame an der Rezeption geschaut, als ich nach Eiswürfel gefragt habe. Eine patzige antwort und freche Blicke gaben mir das Gefühl falsche Fragen gestellt zu haben, wer ist hier der Gast? Die Zimmer sind relativ sauber bis auf ein Paar Haare im Waschbecken. Zu meiner Enttäuschung gab es nur ein Handtuch im Bad! Doppelzimmer belegt!! Das WIFI Internet absolut katastrophe, so gut wie kein Speed daher nur für maximal Whatsapp nutzbar, wenn überhaupt. Insgesamt mehr erwartet, schade.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Frühstücksbuffet bereits um 9:30 Uhr leer. Es wurde auch nur schleppend aufgefüllt. Beide Kaffeeautomaten ohne Funktion. Es war eindeutig zu wenig Personal vor Ort.
- Jonathan (10/5): Quality Did Far Exceed the Price - The hotel was new. Last time I was in Arnsberg 2 years ago this hotel wasn't there and oh my god it was cheap. Couldn't believe what I paid for three nights. Usually this pricing level would make me nervous, and yes this hotel is not the height of luxury, but the quality did far exceed the price. Ok no bar and no restaurant, but plenty of public parking and a very large comfortable bed
- Duncan (8/5): Good hotel - Very good. Rooms are stylish and quite roomy. However they do need AC. In the hot summer months leaving the window open invites noise from the now busy street below. Breakfast is fine - quite limited and boring, but fine.
- Manny (4/5): Lesser of two evils. - The room was very clean but rather small and odd. A bit shocking considering my friend paid for the exact same room and his was much much bigger than the walk in closet mine was. The toilet was in the shower as if it were a camper which I find disgusting and considering this was a resevation for 2, only one towel. I was thinking it was a hotel, not a hostel. The unforgiveable sin was no air conditioning. On the streetside of the building. No attempt to crack the windiws at least left the room boiling. Opened the windows fully to cool the room off but it had been baking all day so everything was saturated with heat. Upon bed time, it was still hot in the room so then I had to make a choice, keep the windows close to mitigate the street noise and sweat all night therefore not get a good nights sleep, or leave the window open so it was cool enough to sleep but get woken up by every roudy drunk, car or random sound echoing down the alley of buildings. I chose to keep the windows open bc it was soo hot. Either way, I didnt get a good full nights sleep beofre the TM event today and Im gonna pay for it. My friends room bc it was bigger cooled off much better. Mine remained hot. Next time...well, no never again.

- Steve (8/5): - Overall a good place to stay, I will stay there again for this area. room is a little small if you have a longer stay, not much of anywhere to put your clothes. hard to sit at the desk as the night stand is in the way of the chair pulling out.
