• Cecília (8/5): Ótima opção - Localização perfeita, funcionários maravilhosos, café da manhã muito variado e saboroso, banheiro grande com espaço, tinha até geladeira no quarto. Somente por ser de madeira o teto e solo tivemos azar que a pessoa de cima caminhava muito pesado e se escutava, inclusive quando despertou as três da manhã para ir ao banheiro. Mas caminhava como um elefante. Uma das noites não escutamos nada.

Morgenmaden var rigtig god og personalet var meget søde og venlige. Kommer helt sikkert igen. Der var intet jeg ikke kunne lide.

• Anne (5/5): Dieses Hotel ist, trotz der zentralen Lage, keine Option für einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt. - Die Lage ist unschlagbar - einfach mittendrin Der Frühstücksraum war für die Anzahl der Gäste zu klein. Die Bestuhlung war sehr eng. Wartende Gäste in den Gängen ließen ein gemütliches Frühstück nicht zu. Schlecht organisiert. Eier gibt es keine, die Instand-Rühreimasse zähle ich nicht als Ei, da sie ungenießbar war. Die Teppiche im Treppenhaus waren in den Ecken grau vor Staub, nostalgisch war das nicht, sondern sehr schmuddelig. Es gibt wohl keinen Staubsauger. Das Hotel hat seinen Charme, aber die Organisation sollte schon mit der Zeit gehen.

La struttura rispecchia perfettamente il fascino tipico delle case di Colmar, con un’atmosfera autentica e curata anche negli interni. La camera era molto grande e confortevole, la colazione varia e abbondante. Il vero punto di forza, però, è stato lo staff: gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliatissimo!

• Maria (7/5): Central but poor facilities - Location, breakfast, cleanliness. The room I was given was not the one on the photos of the booking. A room at the very top furnished cheap with no real aircon and no WiFi, though stated in the description. Would not recommend it for summer. It will definetely be very hot. And if you open the window, you cannot sleep well because of the street noise. Moreover, the room has the stairs inside, which is not convinient, and there was not a word about it in the description.

Очень внимательный и доброжелательный персонал , номер чистый и уютный , хоть и маленький, но шикарный балкон с видом на достопримечательности !!! Очень довольны , что выбрали именно этот отель !!! Цена и качество соответствуют , мы прекрасно выспались , ночью тихо при открытом окне со свежим воздухом !!! Рекомендуем этот отель и непременно вернемся снова и снова именно в него ! Рядом много кафе , ресторанов , и буданжерия ! Мы остались очень довольны от пребывания в этом месте !

Pas de colombages. Et la personne de l'accueil nous a rétorqué qu'il fallait prendre la chambre 26. Pas très sympathique comme accueil.

Le bemol serait la petite note pour la facturation de dosettes de café ou thé en supplément avec just un kit le jour de l'arrivée et ne pas en remettre les jours suivants. Vu le prix de la chambre avoir un stick de café par jour ne parait pas etre du luxe.

Thankfully we were about to check out else we would not have stayed any longer.
