• Diana (9/5): - Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Wellnesshotel war rundum gelungen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der moderne Spa-Bereich mit vielfältigen Saunen, die professionellen Massagen und die liebevoll gestalteten Ruheräume. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ruhig und komfortabel – ideal für erholsame Nächte. Auch kulinarisch wurden wir verwöhnt: das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, frisch und mit vielen regionalen Spezialitäten Weniger positiv aufgefallen ist uns allerdings der Service an der Bar: obwohl wir mehrfach direkten Blickkontakt hatten, wurden wir lange ignoriert und nicht bedient. Auch beim Frühstück fehlte es etwas an Aufmerksamkeit. Trotz dieser Punkte überwiegt der positive Gesamteindruck – wer Entspannung, gutes Essen und ein schönes Spa sucht, ist hier definitiv gut aufgehoben

• Stephan (9/5): Sehr schönes, komfortables Hotel an traumhafter Lage und sehr nettes, aufmerksames Personal. - Sehr freundliches Personal und Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr schöne, gut eingerichtetes Zimmer. Klimaanlage fehlt, was bei sehr heissem Wetter nicht optimal ist.

The location close to our points of interest, the view, the mosquito net, the bath with TV, the separate WC, the silence. One more hour to check out, great! no much attention to kids, no spa kit for them (e.g. sleepers), no welcome mini cakes like in other similar hotels, no real flowers in the room, no special kid chocolate or smtg, basic bacis basic toilet kits, no sparkling water in the room, no possibility to control the AC, was too hot for me in the night. No WIFI in the TV, no chance to watch my netflix. No night re-do of the room. In other suites, even cheaper than those in CH, I got all the above. Breakfast ok. Restaurant good.

Room was spacious with my 9 yr old sleeping in the sofa bed in the living area. Everything was spotlessly clean, nice internal decor, attentive staff. Spa was good, clean, not too busy (end May), plenty of space to swim, lounge around, go to jacuzzi, couple of saunas, steam room, cold showers. Everything works, and temperature was good all round. Hot and cold in all the right places. Breakfast was good, but could have more variety that said, it's not a busy hotel so I was happy enough. Grounds to walk around, very quiet, well maintained. Overall, it left me with the impression - just how the Swiss would do hotels.

• Bruno (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel itself it's very welcoming, decor, staff, ambience, it's really a pleasant place. The spa it's very well preserved and clean, and has everything one could ever need to relax and have a good time. The room was super clean and comfortable, the attention to details like little gifts or personalized welcome cards were the cherry on top! The restaurant it's also a must, very good food and professional staff. Breakfast was on point, a lot of variety and was the perfect way to end our visit to such a lovely place. Will definitely return, its simply one of the best hotels I've ever been!

• andrea (2/5): - Schade hat mann uns, wegen den Preise Essen nicht Informiert . Die Poelnta war schrecklich schlecht als italiener erwarte ich eine Richtige Polenta für diesen horente Preise . Wir haben den halben Tag verloren aber uns wurde 2 volle Tage verrechnet für ein 4 1/2 Sterne hotel finde ich hätte mann und etwas engegen kommen können.

• leonhD4785XS (10/5): Lovely hotel, fantastic facilities, excellent spa and delicious food served with a smile every time. - This is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are really spacious and the beds are comfortable, the weather was very warm so the rooms would have benefited from air conditioning. There is a small but well appointed gym on the top floor with nice views over the golf course. The spa and pool wellness area is excellent, I used the pool and hot tub every morning. We had an event, the meeting rooms were perfect. The staff were all great, kind and helpful. On to the food, everything was prepared, cooked and presented to very high standards, I tried many dishes during my stay, everything was beautiful.
• NicolaB465 (8/5): Excellent food, family friendly; small room for improvement - We've spent one night in this hotel with our 3-year-old son. Our junior suite was huge but as a family we missed a bit a door to close and to separate living room (="bedroom" of son) from our sleeping area. But since we knew in advance of this fact, it's nothing I can critizize but rather a recommendation for the future. The huge bathtub in the middle of the room is lovely and the balcony offers a great view of the golf court and the nature. Only real donwside was the temperature in the room at night: it was very hot and if you don't want to turn on the aircon (facing the bed of the little one), there was no chance of cooling down. The dinner at the fine dining restaurant was outstanding - and compared to other places with this price level everything was very family friendly. Children even get a small gift and special menu (also for breakfast they are treated with special care). Definitely something worth mentioning!

Zimmer mit Durchgangstüre zu anderem Zimmer erhalten, wo durch andere Gäste gebucht war obwohl andere Zimmer im Hotel frei gewesen sind. Der Zimmerwechsel musste durch Aufpreis gebucht werden. Barkeeper war sehr gut. Frühstück durchschnittlich.

Rooms are very spacious and with all the amenities you might need. Good coffee machine and excellent layout. The wellness experience is very good and the swimming pool is large enough. Nice gym that allows for different workout routines. The food is one of the highlights. Both the breakfast and the dinner were outstanding. Very pleasantly surprised by the authentic staff, no pretentiousness which is very important to me, yet truly professional and on top of their game. Well done and keep the good work!
