The shower of my room didn’t have hot water, the walls were dirty, they used a cheap aroma that smelled terrible, it was very noisy at night, the room had a high window without shade and the street light came through at night. I had booked four nights and had to pay in advance. I found another hotel and checked out from Aromax after the second night. The owner did not want to refund the money in spite of learning about the terrible experience I had.

- Alejandro (7/5): Fue una buena estancia y regresaría en otra oportunidad. - La ubicación es inmejorable en un sector de la ciudad, alejando del ruido y la vida nocturna. Es perfecto para salir del caos pero aún estar muy cerca del sector turístico de El Poblado y alrededores. La habitación muy oscura, puesto que es interna y la iluminación natural es pobre. Las lámparas y bombillo de la habitación no es buena, por lo que se siente un sensación de encierro. Algunos funcionarios en recepción hicieron mucho ruido en vídeo llamadas, hablando por teléfono y recibiendo visitas de personas ajenas al personal de hotel. La tranquilidad y silencio del lugar, se vio opacado por esta razón.

- Daniel (3/5): - Tiene un lobby y recepción amplio, abierto y con buena vista. Una persona del personal fue bastante grosera en mi estadía. El baño asignado en el cuarto estaba dañado y su solución fue darme un balde y un trapero para yo destaparlo. Al pedirle que me cambiara de cuarto su respuesta fue negativa sin hacer las averiguaciones pertinentes. Afortunadamente posterior a esto me hicieron el cambio de cuarto pero una fue muy mala experiencia. Se puede escuchar todo por fuera de los cuartos lo cual dificulta dormir bien.

- Jorge (9/5): Pequeño hotel en medio de la naturaleza - Es un hotel con un concepto en armonía con la naturaleza, la sensación campestre hace que el descanso sea perfecto, el desayuno es agradable, la relación calidad precio es perfecta. Deberían capacitar un poco mejor al personal de recepción, para que sean más amables y menos cortantes en el trato, en especial si son extranjeros, ya que las personas colombianas y si son paisas, son muy amables, siempre esperamos recibir este trato.

El baño no tiene agua caliente. No heater water in the shower. I ask a the front desk and she said that I have to let the water runs for a little bit but I never get warm or hot water.

Going down is not the problem is trying to walk up that might be a little tough, but taxis and other transportation will get you there no problem.

Hay muy buenos restaurantes muy cerca en la zona, y se puede caminar delicioso. Mi estancia fue para recuperarme de salud y para descansar básicamente, por lo que estuve mucho acostada y viendo TV, el cual me pareció muy pequeño.

Noa toco cambiarnos de habitación porque no salía agua caliente. Cuando nos hicieron el cambio, encontré ropa interior femenina en la ducha de otra persona. Se escuchaba cuando la gente caminaba en los pasillos y la pintura estaba en mal estado. Se nota la falta de mantenimiento.

- Daniel (5/5): Avoid this place - The hotel is in a good location and has great potential. The staff is wonderful. Desperately needs help and some investment by the owners. So many problems. There is mold in every room and on the ceilings (see pics). There is not sufficient hot water (I had 2 hot showers in 7 days). The bedside lamp had a short in the wiring. The safe in our room didn't work even when they gave us new batteries. I could go on and on. It seems like just about everything in the hotel is broken! I would not stay here again. We wanted to leave after the first night and find a different place but you prepay upon check-in. We would recommend to anyone that they spend a little more money and find a more decent hotel.
- Stéphanie (1/5): Disapointing - The pillows. The room they gave me it was dirty with hair everywhere and when I told the recepcionist that the room is dirty, she didn’t believe me. Then, she offered me another room that was ugliest and dirty too, so I had to go back to the first room because she could’t offer me another solution. She saw how was the room and she cleaned it.
