La temporada que fuimos habían obras en la calle, se que no es culpa del establecimiento, pero incordiar un poco de resto todo excelente.

• FERNANDO (7/5): Good for a quick stay in Seville - Location is good. Garage, restaurants and supermarkets around helped lots. A bit noisy building. Well equipped but nothing beyond the basics.

O tratamento dado ao meu pet foi muito bom. Atendimento dos funcionários é ótimo. Todos muito educados, atenciosos e simpáticos. É a segunda vez nesta hospedagem e não tenho nada a reclamar. Eu recomendo! Gostei de tudo.

• Anne (9/5): Een aan te raden hotel! - Mooi en ruim appartement vlak bij het centrum. Helemaal ok, hoewel, bijna helemaal ok. Het inductiefornuis deed het niet en repareren was er niet bij. Een minpunt, al hebben we niet gekookt vanwege het goede uit eten in Sevilla Keuken is wat goedkoop van materiaal: deurtje los, ander deurtje klemt, inductie deed het niet. Verder alles ok.

• CELINE (6/5): - L'emplacement est idéalement situé dans un quartier proche du centre ville. Le logement est spacieux et le literie confortable. Le parking est étroit, une porte des meubles de la cuisine ne tient pas, le lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas correctement. Le logement est mal isolé d'un point de vue phonique. On a entendu les autres résidents dans l'escalier à une heure très tardive ainsi que des bruits de chaise dans la nuit.

• ROBERT (8/5): Nice but some difficulties. - Location, size of apartment We couldn't get the car out of the garage because the door wouldn't open even when we walked all the way around and went outside and put the code in that was frustrating, we had to buy coffee pods for coffee that's kind of cheesy. A free water in the fridge had already been opened and was half empty.

• RealFood (7/5): Bon emplacement, déception pour le reste - L emplacement et le parking Mauvaise insonorisation, l appart n a d'ouverture que sur un patio intérieur sans âme, avec des passerelles métalliques d'où les bruits. Le petit dej est compris mais loin d'être satisfaisant, les boissons chaudes sont en supplément. A notre arrivée on nous informe que le prix du parking est plus élevé que ce qui était prévu lors de la réservation.

• Maria del Mar (8/5): Ubicación espectacular y apartamento muy cómodo - Estaba muy limpio y al apartamento no le faltaba detalle. Nos dejaron entrar antes por estar disponibles las habitaciones. Check out a las 12 pm es genial. La ubicación es estupenda. Un solo baño en el apartamento grande que es para 5 adultos, el champú del baño estaba roto y el colchón del sofá cama ya está un poco viejo. Si llevas un coche grande en el parking es complicado para aparcar. Nos dieron la plaza del final. Plazas muy estrechas y justas. Nos rozaron el coche.

• Blanca (6/5): Normal - La ubicación Tienes que limpiar la cocina antes de salir y tirar la basura. Dejamos una bolsa de papel con restos de etiquetas y papeles y nos pusieron mala cara. Solo había un espejo en una habitación a parte del que hay en el baño, lo cual es un poco cutre para un apartamento de 5 personas.
• Andrea (6/5): Bien - La ubicación Teníamos reservados 3 apartamentos y uno de ellos, tardaron dos horas y media en darnos el apartamento porque estaban limpiando, lo dijimos en recepción y nos dijeron que el check-in no tenía una hora fijada de entrada si no, que era a partir de las 16:00h y eso no lo indica en ningún momento en la reserva ya que el check-out sí que tiene que ser a las 12:00h sin ninguna flexibilidad. En los apartamentos que nos alojamos, eran para 5 personas y solo había dos rollos de papel por apartamento y son pocos para 2 noches. Por último, también notamos falta de espejos en la casa.

They offer paid parking which is convenient anyhow since there is nowhere in the street where you could park. Also, there are outside stairs everywhere which is so good - efficient and safe too. The apartment has got two windows but they all face the building indoors, for this reason, the apartment is rather dark and with no actual air circling around.

Hemos guardado el coche en el parking y nos hemos movido a pie por la ciudad disfrutando del ambiente y la buena temperatura que nos ha hecho. El personal que estaba en recepción muy amable y atento. Volveremos sin duda!! La habitación es pequeña, pero no está mal. Lo peor son las almohadas, que son muy bajitas, (al menos para nosotros). Nos levantábamos con dolor de cuello.

Le petit déjeuner qui n’en est pas un.

Me pidieron pasaporte sanitario y registros de vacunas me la hicieron muy difícil para quedarme con mi perro nunca me había pasado algo así en otros hoteles. Ignacio de recepción un mal educado nos puso todo tipo de problemas por el perro. Los demás días Ignacio de recepción muy poco amable y antipático una excepción ante la amabilidad de la gente en Sevilla. Finalmente, el baño de la habitación expelía mal olor. Último detalle cuando a Ignacio le pedimos su nombre nos dio otro, Claudio, nos enteramos de su nombre por otra vía. Todo mal con este personaje de recepción que puede llamarse Ignacio o Claudio.
