Coffee machines need to be taken out. Either machine does not work or you have to wait for the water to heat up or the grounds jam the machine so it does not work. Need to have bath Matt's for the floor.

Considering the location this is a little more expensive than it should be. On the basis of this stay we changed hotels for our return trip. The Best Western in Richmond was far better.

When we entered the bedroom, we noticed the door was already opened, there was a plactic bag over the smoke detector and a light tabacco smell inside. We reported it to to reception.

I was there recently for one night and was impressed by the cleanliness of the whole hotel (even in lobby, entrance and elevators) and the rooms were impeccable. The breakfast was hot and wonderful! The cinnamon rolls were delicious. Hotel manager was awesome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Richmond, IN.

It seems like construction workers were maybe staying there and I’m thinking that’s where a lot of the dirty footprints in the main area and stains on the shower curtain came from. There were also crumbs left on our floor and what looked like dust on the night stand. I take cleanliness seriously so it did bother me but compared to some places this place was still fairly clean. We had family staying in another room and they didn’t have these issues. There is a lot of highway noise that didn’t bother us, but it is good to know if you are a light sleeper. We didn’t have time to use the amenities, but the pool looked clean the the fitness center was kept pretty warm (75 with 65% humidity). There are a lot of places to eat in the area and it was conveniently located near the highway. The beds were comfortable and we couldn’t hear the neighbors or people above us even though I think the place was pretty full judging from the buses outside. Overall it depends on what you are looking for in a stay- it’s a bit of a mixed bag.

• Shawanda (10/5): Definitely Recommend - I love the update on the rooms and the beds are so comfy and rooms are clean if I come back I will stay again I came this time to lay my oldest brother to rest.
• shannon (8/5): - This was our 2nd stay here. It is Convenient for food, shopping, highway access, family friendly, great breakfast options, pool for kids( they lived in there), helpful staff, great sized rooms, comfy beds….. I’m sure I forgot something but we will be back AGAIN’
