• Iulia (7/5): Good location - The location is very good, a few steps away from the city centre and main attractions. Easy to reach from and to the airport. The breakfast is very good and the persons working in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The personal from reception not very friendly or helpful. When I told them that my room wasn’t properly cleaned when I checked in they “kindly” the room will be clean next day, when I was supposed to check out. The bad is tiny and not very comfortable and, as I said the room wasn’t properly cleaned.

Am solicitat telefonic cu o zi inainte de a ne caza o anumita camera ( unde am mai stat de 3 ori in ultimul an ) , dar solicitarea nu a fost onorata.Doream camera cu vedere la catedrala.

• Graham (8/5): We liked Cluj Napoca, and our visit was made more enjoyable by staying at the Hotel Beyfin. - Good location - an easy stroll into the old town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good - lots of options, savoury & sweet, and kept well stocked. It is a small, but quality hotel, that is efficient and well run. Disappointed the roof top terrace was closed. Apparently, it has great city views, but we never got to find out.

• BABEȘ (1/5): Groaznic. Nu recomand. La aceste preturi exista in Cluj locuri de cazare mult superioare - Micul Dejun ok. Amplasarea ok, chiar in centru. Atat pe plus. Restul, total nesatisfacator. Personalul de la receptie iti da impresia ca-ti face o favoare daca te serveste. Total neospitalieri. Nu stiu sa dea explicatii, atitudine total neserviabila. Nu au nicio legatura cu industria ospitalitatii. Nu au ce cauta in HORECA. Gresie sparta in baie pe jos. Desi am optat pentru camera lux, spatiul este foarte mic. Am cerut pat dublu. De fapt au fost doua saltele puse una langa cealalta printre care ramanea spatiu foarte inconfortabil. Desi scrie ca parcarea este inclusa, se plateste separat un loc de parcare intr-un subsol mic.

• Annett (8/5): Eine bessere Vorabinformation wäre schön gewesen. - An der belebten Hauptstraße kann man nicht halten. Deshalb haben wir hinter dem Hotel geparkt. Dort gibt es aber zum Glück eine Tiefgarage, über die wir leider erst beim Einchecken informiert worden. Wir waren recht spät, mussten vor Ort aber feststellen, dass beide Restaurants geschlossen waren. Wir hatten die Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht und bekamen eine Email , um unser Frühstück zu reservieren, was wir auch taten. Vor Ort stellten der Rezeptionist fest, dass wir das Frühstück doppelt gebucht hatten und beteuerte uns, das doppelte Frühstück zu löschen. Da es sich um eine automatische Email handelt, bekomme die jeder Gast. Beim Auschecken mussten wir aber darauf hinweisen, dass wir das Frühstück nicht extra bezahlen, weil es im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen ist.

• Danut (10/5): Un Sejur Excelent in Cluj Napoca. - O locatie excelenta in Piata Unirii din Cluj Napoca. Camera avea vederea catre piata, cu statuia lui Avram Iancu si Catedrala. Curatenie si liniste. Mic dejun excelent, tip bufet, bogat si variat. Personal extrem de amabil. Nimic de reprosat. Am inteles ca hotelul este intr-un proces lent de modernizare si conformare la standardele unui hotel de 4*, astfel incat sa fie pus in functiune si restaurantul precum si terasa. Noi am avut un sejur excelent.

• Lisa (10/5): Perfect retreat in a central location. - This is the third time I have stayed at this property. The location is central only 15 mins (ish) by bus from the airport similar time for taxi (traffic dependent). Tea and coffee making facilities, minibar and fridge in the room. Rooms are clean and spacious and quiet.

• PHILIPPE (8/5): Premier séjour à Clujna. - Pour un déplacement professionnel de 2 jours: emplacement idéal en cente ville pour les taxis, et pour profiter le soir. Une vue dégagé et superbe sur les monuments. Un personnel qui est réactif et attentif, des chambres bien chauffées, une bonne literie et un petit déjeuner bien fourni. A part quelques les sirennes de police à 06h00, rien de particulier.

• SARA (9/5): Cluj Napoca città meravigliosa - Bel hotel in centro a Cluj, camere molto grandi e silenziose anche se davano sulla strada principale. Anche il bagno e la doccia molto grandi, letto comodissimo e colazione abbondante. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Parcheggio comodo in garage privato. Consigliato L'arredamento anni 90, forse è un po' da rimodernare.

• elena (9/5): tutto perfetto - La professionalità dello staff e l'ottima organizzazione, con il check-in online prima del nostro arrivo: tramite il sito dell'hotel è stato possibile richiedere lo shuttle privato dall'aeroporto solo due ore prima del nostro arrivo. Il kit di cortesia completo di tutto, e gli asciugamani sempre puliti. Anche la colazione ottima e abbondante. Tutto perfetto!
