- Mary Ann (6/5): The staff are really nice, warm and accommodating but I really complain about the aircon which is not functioning well a - The staff are 100% very attentive to my needs. They are so warm and accommodating. The property is a walking distance to the mall and the church. The property appears to be clean and well maintained but the structure is not properly well kept as there is a foul smell coming out of the toilet like a drainage smell. Also,while sleeping, a cockroach crawled on my head and kept me awake all night.

- Maria (5/5): Overall, satisfactory stay. - Spacious and clean rooms as well as the receiving area (living room) and mini-kitchen. The “IMBURNAL” smell coming from the comfort room which is very near the bedroom is quite disgusting. I developed headache from this smell.

Some things inside the apartments need repairing I.e the shower was hanging off the wall. Some other little issues here and there but on the whole a very good place I would recommend it to others

- Lea_pearl (8/5): PEACEFUL STAY WITH SOME MINOR ISSUES - I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s in a quiet location, far from the busy city center, which was exactly what I was looking for. The peaceful surroundings made it a great place to relax, and for the price, it was excellent value. Overall, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly, quiet getaway away from the hustle and bustle, this is a good choice. Just be prepared for some minor inconveniences. There were a couple of downsides. The shower button was quite hard to turn on, which made using it a bit frustrating. Also, I noticed some mosquitoes inside the room, which was inconvenient.

- Edwin (6/5): Average condotel near the Metro Supermarket. - One unit has common entrance and area with 3 separate rooms where one of those is my room at the 3rd and top floor. No elevator. Small room with separate both/toilet/sink and bedroom. Noisy AC and lacked cleaning as barely cold temp. Room with electric kettle and very small bed table. 32" TV but was busted and non operational. I got the room with breakfast which is a plated breakfast and adequate. Staff at front desk were friendly though and helpful and checkin and out was fast. Location was good as just across the big Metro Supermarket. Location was a plus. WiFi is okay. Doubtful if I will be back.

- Thessa (10/5): Exceptional - The room is clean and big. There is no extra study table 😁 unlike the previous rooms before, where we can eat, or since Im doing some task, i cannot write or do my things, since no table. We did eat instead at the bed carefully to avoid stains.

I have totally very bad experience the room have so much ants 🐜 bugs from the fire alarm the bugs have a nest when I turn on air conditioner a lot of flying insects. I was very disappointed of my stay and very devastated at the same time. Terrible service 👎 They referred us to another hotel but I wasn’t happy after all.
