RICHARD (8/5): - The Hotel has so much potential to be better. Unfortunately Thailand as a whole do not cater very well for tourists. Bedding, seating is so low to the ground no good for tall tourists or anyone with bad backs or hips.Struggled to get out of pool because lack of steps on ladder and the beds were terrible,sunken mattresses.
Klaus (6/5): - I booked a sea view room, not sure if the view see pictures has anything to do with sea view. The pool I had to share with the pitchens, not that pleasant either. The breakfast menu shows about 10 choices , only 2 were available The staff was trying to deal with the issues by keeping to smile
Jörg (2/5): Hotel ohne Service und grauenhaftes Frühstück - Es gab nur zwei Personen (Arbeitszeit von 14-22 Uhr) die englisch verstehen und sprechen konnten. Das Frühstück war kein Frühstück, es war eine Zumutung. Musste sogar selber gewisse Dinge für das Frühstück einkaufen. Jeden Tag nur altes Toast mit Marmelade und ein wirklich kaltes Spiegelei, ist kein Frühstück. Und dies jeden Tag.

Anni (8/5): Godt hotel tæt på stranden, dejlige værelser. - ligger lidt langt ude i Jomtien, manglende madrasser på liggestole, derfor ikke egnet for slanke mennesker. Stor morgenflaskerne buffet, men primært for asiatiske gæster. Vandflaskerne stuepigerne lægger på køl, er til betaling, hvilket du først gøres opmærksom på ved udcheck, derfor i princippet ikke gratis vand på dette hotel, bondefangeri. Tlf. morgenvækning fungerer ikke, stol kun på dig selv.
Martin (4/5): Clean and tidy bud beds extremely uncomfortable - the staff recommended i did not have breakfast at the hotel so i can't comment about it...it's really just a place to sleep that is on the beach and has all the public transport available...but the staff were great..just so uncomfortable and the shower constantly wet the bathroom floor
Soren K. (4/5): I am not impressed! - Room was clean and reception friendly, BUT: Breakfast was not impressive (bread and cookies were vast but not fresh, marmelade was pure "chemistry"). Fittness was terible, 5 out of 5 devises vere broken/malfunctioning, and nobody was able to repair them. No chair in the room, despite a chair being shown on the picture at the reservation.

Brad , Darwin . (2/5): Not good - Paid over $330 a night for 5 nights, $1700+. Wotif web site stated breakfast included, checking in I was told no breakfast. Strike 1. Hotel would not supply more than 1 key card per room, even though multiple people staying in the room. Strike 2. On the last day returned to the hotel around 4.30pm , only to be told we had to change rooms because maintenance men had been in the apartment ripping up floor tiles in the middle of the kitchen . When we left the apartmen that mornig there was no stand out problem with the floorig. On the last night of our holiday the last thing we wanted to do was pack up & move 2 adults ,2 teenage daughters & 1 2 year old grandson. Big strike 3. NEVER AGAIN

Albert (6/5): Upcoming great boutique hotel in Jomtien Beach - This facility has all the essential facilities to become a fantastic boutique hotel in Jomtien Beach. It has 2 outdoor pools and the guest rooms on the Ground Floor have balconies which are connected to the pools, i.e. you can be in the water in 0-2 seconds. The rooms are spacious, I had a car rental and the hotel has a very big well lit underground car park and the restaurant in the hotel lobby serves tasty local and western dishes at a very reasonable price. However, the "soft" side from Front Desk staff, to Housekeeping to the Waiter and Waitress at the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired but with the right training and development I have no doubt this hotel will become one of the better, if not the best, boutique hotel in Jomtiem Beach in no time. As it now stands, the hotel is a great value for money but if you want to be totally pampered, I'm afraid its not quite there yet.

Verified traveler (6/5): Pricey for the experience - Disappointing. The bed clothes are man made fibre and do not allow for sweating. Horrible. Noisy telephone on corridor for maids rang regularly from 8 to 5. So destroyed all chance of rest. Have they not heard of pagers or radios ? Breakfast poor for westerners. Good for far eastern people. I did feel that the staff did not know how to run a hotel. Most sitting around chatting sound their hair.
Anssi (8/5): Hyvä kokonaisuus - Olimme 9 yötä hotellissa. Hotelli vastasi aika hyvin Hotels.com:n sivuston kuvauksia. Aamiainen ja henkilökunnan palveluhalukkuus olivat hyvät. Sijainti oli rauhallinen ja ranta vieressä, helposti pääsi lavatakseilla lähemmäs menomestoja. Läheltä löytyi silti joitain ravintoloja ja ruokakauppoja. Ainoat selkeät heikkoudet olivat hotellin huono wifi ja henkilökunnan englanti. Puhuttiin kyllä, mutta sen ymmärtäminen oli vaikeaa. Tämäkin tosin on maan keskitasoa paremmin.
ramacat (4/5): Maybe opened too early? - The room size and outfit of the rooms are 3+ star quality. And they have nice pools. On that basis, 3-4 stars would be warranted. But there are many issues you would not usually see in a quality 3 star hotel. Food is what you would expect for Chinese discount tour groups (and that seems to be their target market). No room service to speak of. Bath tub shower curtains were too short, and water always leaked into the room. Internet was chaotic, at best, and somedays i went through several id pass codes. The pool had nice recliners, that one Thai guest noted were only for people with "iron bottoms". They were designed for cushions, but none were available. I could go on and on, but lots of little things that you'd expect in a 2-3 star hotel were present. If they clean those up, it will be a good 3-4 star location.

Roy J (8/5): nice resort but terrible breakfast - beautiful resort. right across the street from beach. first floor rooms (101 to 105) has direct pool access. do not get villas. i paid extra but got smaller rooms and less amenities so we changed after 1 night. the breakfast was terrible. everything was cold even the coffee or day old items like all there baked goods. front staff was very kind and helpful. only 200bht to Pattaya

Thomas (8/5): Trevligt hotell nära stranden - Mycket trevligt och prisvärt hotell. God standard och rikligt frukost men kanske inte helt anpassad enligt svensk eller europeisk standard. Ligger nära stranden i Jomtien men inte i den mest livliga delen vilket kan vara skönt. Bussarna passerar hela tiden och är billiga.

Meckie (6/5): Direkt am Strand ruhige Lage - Die Zimmer, wir hatten zwei waren sauber. Das Personal freundlich, Frühstück war o.k.,aber nichts besonderes. An den Pools sind wennig Liegen, und gar keine Sonnenschirme schade. Wifi war vorhanden, man musste sich aber nach jedem verlassen des Hotels eine neue Anmeldung an der Reception holen. Handtücher fürs Baden waren sehr alt und teilweise eingerissen. 2 Wasserflaschen gibt es am Tag pro Zimmer kostenlos aber welche ? Wir haben die falschen genommen und mussten nachzahlen.
Verified traveler (2/5): Dåligt hotell med dålig service ,frukost,område .. - Dålig service med usel städning och fick påminna om att toalettpapper saknas mm. Frukosten urdålig med enbart Thaimat och rostat bröd utan pålägg. WIFI saknades mest hela tiden och när man fick Password så "åkte man ur" direkt. Tråkig strand och omgivning. Jag avbröt min vistelse och bokade nytt hotell i annat område. Rummet var absolut inte prisvärt.

Trond (8/5): Rolig og fint.! - Hadde noen fine dager her. Kort vei til strand. Noe tynn frokost buffet. Rommet var flott, godt renhold. Treg innsjekk, og litt dårlig engelsk på betjeningen.

Ong (8/5): Brand new hotel shines - A brand new hotel and everything works well. We booked a seaview room and the room is big especially the bathroom. The buffet breakfast is pretty varied and the car park, though still not partially completed, is spacious. Overall will recommend to those who wants a quiet place to stay in Jomtien. The bell boys are most wonderful and friendly!!!
Verified traveler (4/5): Ok room, bad overall. Would not recommend. - The pool was out of order, they were rebuilding it. There was no information about this and we still had to pay full price. There was also a big construction area just next to the hotel making a lot of annoying noises. The reception staff fooled us and said we had to pay for an extra bed when we already had done it and their english was not good enough for them to understand us when we tried to explain that we already had paid for it.
NG (2/5): alots of mosquito! poor communication - the first day we check in in the late afternoon. nice lobby but very stuffy, we been telling the reception "very stuffy..why very hot??" (no air-cond, but 1 stand fan) they dun even understand and keep smiling. keep making mistake on our breakfast voucher, and charges of the hotel and deposits... took us more then 20mins to check-in. they charging us RM100 for additional bed which we felt bit pricy compare where we paying in Bangkok is only RM50. our friends were staying at the pool access are complaining alots of mosquito to the reception and they asking us to buy "Mosquito spray" which they selling at reception!? hahaaa.....really joking!? they not even provide a mosquito repellent for each room. even we stay at level 5 but still facing the same mosquito problem. 4 star hotel do not have multi socket adaptor and they do not have spare to lend it for guests.

honey (4/5): Not really a seaview - The hotel needs to be renovated as soon as possible. Ants are found in the hotel room while the water was leaking from the bathtub. Breakfast is not that bad and all hotel staffs are friendly.
Verified traveler (8/5): Staff is excellent - The staff is wonderful. Very nice, friendly and helpful. I was not happy about the construction going on that inhibited us from using the pool. There was construction dust floating on you and in the pool. It was useless. Also, there are tiles missing from the inside of the pool and there was mold on the interior wall of the pool.

sandy (6/5): not that impressive - Bed very uncomfortable, they were working behind the hotel making it impossible to use the pool the noise was unbearable. If you have a guest for the evening you had to pay extra 1000 baht Staff did not speak english well
Nadya (8/5): Good hotel for family - The hotel is quite cosy and nice. Breakfast is good and there are many different options such as English, Thai, American meals. I didn't like the fact there is a new building construction opposite the hotel and it is nosy during the day. Verified traveler (8/5): Nice Hotel - We had 5 very nice days at the hotel. Very clean, friendly staff - and close to the beach. Breakfast nice and a good combination of European and Thai... Drawbacks; the launguage skills of the staff was poor, but always smiling ! The surroundings were not so nice as there was a buildng plot just 100 meters away where they we hammering fundament into the ground - but this will dissappear shortly we believe.We can for sure recommend the hotel to others - best Pauline & Poul Erik
Joseph (2/5): - It was by far the worst experience I have ever had. There was construction going on from 8am to 7pm beside the hotel, as extention to the hotel I guess, there is no way that you can sleep, I told the reception, I can’t sleep, they said nothing we can do. 2. The sea view side is not sea view, you can hardly see the see 3. The food is just bad, I don’t know who wrote the good reviews about this hotel. 4. Reception don’t speak English at all.
