- Oluwatobiloba (1/5): Im being held Hostage !!! - I liked it the first time here stayed 3 days Coming back here was the greatest mistake I made ever, first pillow case was dirty, secondly woke up to see pillars of ants matching like we took the room together.. Lastly I checked out at exactly 11:37 and all of a sudden im being told I must pay for a new day and that I can't leave the hotel except i drop my phone.... Basically I have been here kept hostage for over 3 hours as I type rn... This is really really unlawful and unacceptable!!!

- Javier (1/5): I have never had so much skin allergy in my whole life. - Nothing The sheets was very dirty looked like they haven’t been washed for ages. The bed was smelling of dusty and sweat we even slept on the floor even though the carpet was dirty and dusty. The bathroom was all dusty and there were aunts and cockroaches in the toilet, the bathroom floor towel was very dirty the colour went from white to brown imagine. There was no effort at all to prepare for our check in, I don’t think they have cleaners at all. The owner was forcing us to pay extra money in the morning, even though we booked online saying that we paid a little amount of money which is not our fault, we paid what booking.com charged us. We ask them to change the bedding before we sleep and they refused. He’s been harassing us with calls the whole asking that we pay money we know nothing about. The place is crippy, I don’t recommend 😫

But the shower didn't have a door so whenever we would shower.. the whole floor would get wet . Risking slipping

- Charl (7/5): Functional well situated stayover place - The property is very well situated. The room was clean and well serviced. It was advertised as luxury accommodation- it is not. Although it was very clean. The position where it is in the city made it a winner.

- Soki (10/5): Best ladies trip. We were so safe and comfortable. - Very safe and the layout is lovely. The location is also perfectly situated for being out and about hassle-free. The staff was kind and accommodating too. There is also ample parking that is covered and secure.

- Anonymous (9/5): Good, safe and I’ll do it again. - Our room was not clean at all. In the bathroom sink you could see that someone had brushed their teeth and left food there. My earring fell and when I looked under the bed, what I found was disgusting to say the least. That being said, I would use the facility again and hopefully it will be clean.

It's a,quiet serene neighbourhood. Hot water always available and very reasonably priced.The only negatives are the staff could be friendlier ,the towels cleaner and it would be convenient if they served food .Overall I enjoyed mu stay

Aircons not working fan right over the bed, mosquitoes for days. shower has 3 shower points no way to turn the other two off. quite uncomfortable. Big window in bathroom that is on the Nextdoor balcony so you really can’t open bathroom window. rooms so hot. aircons are in rooms but don’t work. Kudos on wifi even during loadshedding.

Some bathroom fittings were loose. Hot water was not hot enough. Also the front door should be closed in cold weather.

- nq0bilen (6/5): Natural setting - Had an opportunity to stay at this place for three nights. A fairly secure place not far from the CBD. The absence of meals, even breakfast, is a challenge to meeting oriented and deadline chasing guests. Good Wi-Fi and secure in a quiet part of town.

It was nice to have a table and chairs in the room, as well as a fridge and coffee making facilities. We would have like 2 bedside tables rather than just one. There was safe onsite parking, and the gardens were beautifully maintained. The communal kitchen was poorly equipped for self catering. Lovely quiet location.
- Verified traveler (2/5): It's not luxury. It's nasty. - This isn't luxury. It's NASTY. Loved being woken up at 4.30am by prostitues yelling for their money. But both of them worked well, as they got the guy into the hallway and then locked themselves into his room until he paid. Butt naked in the hallway. Kudos ladies, kudos. The sheets had holes in them. Not luxury. Grit all over the floor. Not luxury. Mounds of dust and dirt in each corner. Not luxury. Towels were used as cheese cloths in a previous life. Not luxury. TV didn't work. Not luxury. Every bathroom fixture broken. Not luxury. Mirror cracked. Not luxury. Paint cracked and peeling on walls and cupboards. Not luxury. See where I'm going here? It's not luxury. They are playing fast and lose with the term luxury. Do yourself a favour. Don't stay here. Sleep in a gutter with rats as that will be a more pleasant experience of this nasty hole of a place.
- Paul (4/5): Its near Sandton Center and in Hyde Park. - My experience was good with staff but other guest who came on two different night were so noise and there were not stopped by management knowing they were other Guest wanting to rest. The hotel is not being looked after well. Its a great facility but not cared for properly
