hang (1/5): terrible - It's extremely bad. The hygiene conditions are terrible. The room I requested was a non-smoking room, but the smell of smoke was particularly strong and unpleasant. I opened the window, and the balcony was filled with cigarette butts and all kinds of garbage. The shower head in the bathroom was also broken.

Water in the hallway and supermarkets + ATMs nearby. Also shuttles to other cities (like Yogya) are in the same street a few minutes away.

It was easy to get gojek car from the hotel. Security good. Room was quiet even though we were in town centre. The old town is worth looking around - it's a short taxi ride away. Nothing much. TV wasn't smart TV. Room slightly smelt of cigarettes even though was a non smoking room.

I guess the room had been empty for couple of days before we arrived. The towels were old and next day the staff forgot to put new towel, forgot to fill up empty tissue in the box and no extra toilet paper. No swimming pool. The price was affordable for 4 stars hotel and the location was really good. The staffs (2 ladies)on the reception when we checked out were really friendly.
