No morning tea or coffee or Cornflakes etc. Staff did cook Thai hot meal so thanks for that. Soy milk next morning and 3 hot vegetarian dishes. Thanks to lovely staff. Next major whinge, asked reception to book tuktuk to minivan terminal with google maps. Taxi driver drove us to another bus terminal about 15 km out of way. Property is superb but management is unprofessional. Able to obtain vegan options all locations in thailand.

• THEREZINHA (10/5): Absolutely perfect! - Me and my family we had a lovely stay at this condo, everything was absolutely perfect, the room was nice, clean and fully equipped, all staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious and very, very varied. They had options for anyone. We only stayed 2 nights but we made sure to enjoy the jacuzzi, pool and even the gym. There is 7-elevens and a local food market right around the corner. Internet was also great, which was a plus for me as I work online. I spent over a month traveling around Thailand and this was by far the nicest condo we ever stayed.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Comfortable Stay and Scrumptious Breakfast - This was an overnight pit stop between Khao Kho and Bangkok. Took the opportunity to visit the ancient temples and ruins in Ayutthaya. Even though the interior of both rooms show their age, we were quite happy and comfortable with the generous size. The gym was well equipped. Breakfast was great with an international spread.

• Jennifer (2/5): - Zu aller erst das Personal an der Rezeption ist mega unfreundlich, die gehen zum Lachen in Keller. Englisch ist miserabel, dafür dass man arrogant ist, darf man eigentlich mehr erwarten. Der Schein trügt von außen, da wird alles gepflegt, die Zimmer sind total herunter gekommen, putzen kann hier keiner. Wir hatten sogar 2 Kakerlaken im Zimmer, hatte das Foto vergessen. Bett steinhart, darauf kann man sich nicht erholen. Dreckiger Teppich mitten im Zimmer, Föhn absolut keine Power. Frühstücksbüffet ist groß, aber oft Essen vom Vortag zur Auswahl, oder wiederverwertet. Versiffte Stühle, dreckiger Boden. Im Pool lag Dreck, meinem Partner haben die Augen gebrannt nachdem er schwimmen war. Tauben haben aus dem Pool getrunken und kacken überall hin. Aus der Klimaanlage hat es auch gestunken. Schublade vom Nachttisch war offen obwohl ich sie nicht benutzt habe, da hat man wohl nach etwas gesucht. Es gibt nur eine Karte fürs Zimmer, Aufzug nur mit Karte benutzbar. Auschecken wollten wir gegen Gebühr später, erst hat man uns das zugesichert, am nächsten Tag war das Angebot dann doch nicht mehr verfügbar. Das war unser schrecklichster Aufenthalt den wir je im Leben hatten. Definitiv keine Empfehlung.

Big down part about hotel outside noise early morning from rubbbish cart collection 4 to5 am every morning was a bit annoying.

• Daniel (8/5): Great value for money - First and foremost; for the size, cleanliness and condition of the rooms and overall hotel this is very good value for money. Rooms were well equipped, however beds were a little hard to sleep on. Check in and check out process is very quick as you should expect for a short stay hotel. And finally just bear in mind nightlife ends at about midnight (this is a quiet historical city)

• Alan (4/5): OK hotel that could do better - this hotel was reasonably comfortable but delivery of service was sometimes poor although staff were generally friendly. For example we asked a couple of mornings for boiled eggs but were just told no. Another time we placed an order for fried rice and 2 sets of sushi for 3 of us. 45 minutes after the rice had come we asked about the rest of the food to be told that they didn't think we were hungry! I asked for a kettle but was told they didn't have any so should use the executive lounge. Unfortunately this wasn't open in the night and despite saying on the door it was open from 6am there were never any cups until at least 8am We enjoyed the pool,the wide choice of food for breakfast and the well-cleaned rooms as well as the massage and beauty salon opposite reception with their lovely staff. This hotel seemed to be largely focused on coach parties staying for one night and we felt that management need to provide more support and training to their staff to allow this hotel to reach its full potential.
• Keith (10/5): Great place to stay - Clean, friendly, comfortable, spacious. I especially like the sliding door and the ability to step outside to fresh air. The only downside is the location, off the beaten path and away from most of the historic sites and few restaurant choices. But they do have a quality restaurant right in the hotel, so still easy access to good food. And the historic sites are an easy tuk-tuk ride away.

• moso (10/5): Excellent Buffet Breakfast - Location is excellent. Just 100 baht by tuk tuk from train station to hotel. And for 400 baht you can rent a tuk tuk for 4 hours to tour all the temples. They also have a lounge for bevages and pastry that is open throughout the day. The hotel swimming pool and jacuzzi are very nice.

• Valentina (4/5): Not a hotel to relax or holiday stay. - *Hotel is far from the city or any sort of attractions. Around 25/35 minutes to Ayutthaya city center. *It is in the middle of nowhere in some sort of industrial area. Nothing pretty to see around. *Wifi is not included in the room rate. It costs 150 baht (£3/$4) per device per day!! Who does this in this century? *No easy transportation to go from/to the hotel to Ayutthaya/temples. *However, there always seems to be the same 2 tuktuk drivers outside the hotel that want to charge you like 300/400 baht just to take you to the city center. Twice or 3 times what you'd pay in the way back. *When asking somebody from the hotel staff what is the best way to get to the city, they are not honest, only refer to these tuktuks outside, as if there where no real public transport. *The hotel is completely souless and without a nice atmosphere. Same goes with the pool. Boring place. *Hotel staff is kind of rude and speak really poor English. Hard to communicate with them. Also, they seem to get annoyed if you try to explain or ask something to them. *Food was really poor. We spent Xmas eve in the hotel and they served a buffet dinner. First time in my life that I don't have second helpings of anything. Breakfast was pretty average/bad as well. *It is an expensive hotel for what it offers.

(8/5): not bad but staff not helpfull - the hotel itself was quite a nice hotel but a bit far from sights, everywhere we went we had to get a tuk tuk , when we arrived the carpet in the room had soil all over it that my 11 month old baby found straight away ,we asked the maid to clean it which she did immediately , but I wasn't that impressed

Breakfast was good lots of choice, room service tasty and the pool and gym were fab there is even a sauna and jacuzzi. One downside is it's a little far from the old town taxi cost anything from 100 to 200 baht.

The food was great, with an excellent selection at the buffet breakfast. The hotel staff were friendly and quickly arranged taxis to get us to our destinations.

• Raul (8/5): Nice stay - It was an ok stay at the classic kameo. Breakfast was generous and there is a Chinese restaurant. The staff barely speak any English and don't exactly give you the proper information (said the only bank/ATM available on a Sunday was at the mall and to take the shuttle provided by the hotel. However there are several arm next door to the hotel). The hotel is not located close to the ancient city.

Exercise area well-appointed and overall design / layout of structure is impressive. Only complaint: I am a swimmer and the pool, which is quite sizable and well laid out for swimming laps, is just too hot....and I mean not 'bath water hot,' but "blood hot." Pool temp should contrast that of the hot tub - not be the same temperature. Easy to overlook this point if you are not a swimmer, mind you.
