- EE SHAN (7/5): Good and basic Ryokan experience but slightly over priced. - Quality and quantity of food was ok. Our room with private bath was very clean. Check-in was fast and they provide free shuttle. Train station was nearby. All the other staff were very friendly and patient, except that the service of our Nakai-san could be better. I supposed that started partly due to miscommunication as her English wasn’t good. She was a little rude throughout our stay after that, even after I tried to explain and apologize for the miscommunicated situation. This Ryokan also does not feature as many amenities as compared to the 2 other Ryokans I stayed nearby. I would regard this as a smaller establishment with basic service offerings.

- INYOUNG (3/5): 洗練された「速さ」を堪能できる、大変印象深い懐石料理でした - 良かった点 (좋았던 점) • 事前の細やかな確認 (사전의 세심한 확인) ご訪問前に、食事に関する要望を細かく確認してくださった姿勢には大変感銘を受けました。顧客に寄り添おうとするお心遣いを感じ、滞在への期待が大きく膨らんだ瞬間でございました。 • 朝食スタッフをはじめとする皆様の親切さ (조식 스태프를 비롯한 직원들의 친절함) 朝食を担当してくださった方をはじめ、多くのスタッフの皆様には大変親切に対応していただきました。皆様の温かいおもてなしには深く感謝しております。 改善を期待する点 (개선점) • 社内共有の徹底 (사내 공유의 철저) 事前のやり取りで細かくお伝えしていたはずの内容が、現場のスタッフに全く共有されていなかったのは不可解でございます。事前の丁寧なやり取りは何のための時間だったのかと、少々疑問に感じざるを得ませんでした。 • 外国人旅行者への配慮 (외국인 여행자에 대한 배려) 貸切風呂の予約システムにつきましては、外国人旅行者の視点に立った分かりやすさや配慮がもう少しございましたら、より円滑で心地よい滞在になったのではないかと存じます。 • 夕食（懐石料理）の提供速度と接客対応 (저녁 카이세키 요리 제공 속도와 접객 대응) こちらの交通事情により開始が5分ほど遅れてしまいましたことは大変恐縮に存じます。しかしながら、そのお陰をもちまして、7時5分に始まった懐石コースが7時50分という、これまでに経験したことのない見事な速さで締めくくられました。 懐石料理とは一品ずつの間を愉しむものと存じておりましたが、前の料理をまだいただいている最中にもかかわらず、次の器が息つく暇もなく運ばれてくる様子は実に圧倒的なスピード感でございました。次の料理を急いでお持ちくださるそのお忙しさに比べ、空いたお皿をお下げいただく手つきは随分と慎重であられたようで、食事が終わるまで机の上に大切に残されたままでございました。 御用がありスタッフの方を3回以上お呼びいたしましたが、お返事がいただけませんでしたのも、そのお忙しいスケジュールのせいかと存じます。連れと合わせて日本渡航歴は10回を超え、世界各国のレストランを巡ってまいりましたが、これほどまでに躍動感あふれる速度を求められる食事は初めての経験でございます。50分で完結した懐石の名店でのひとときはあまりにも強烈であり、次回はもう少しおもてなしの速度を緩めていただけますと、他のお客様もより心穏やかな時間を過ごせるのではないかと存じます。

- kyoko (10/5): あと一歩だねー。 - 部屋食事、風呂付き フタッフも良かったです。ただ受付の若いお兄さんは、声も小さく笑顔もなく残念な感じ、受付の人は残念な人ばかりでした。 床、傷だらけ窓ガラスの汚なさには、びっくり‼️ もう少し手入れすれば完璧だと思う。

It took me a while to figure out how to use the shower in the room, with every press of the shower button the water would come out in 15 second bursts. I ended up with my foot on the shower button to get a continuous stream of water.

Very spacious and lots of supplied bath products, free shuttle from station or info centre and back was really nice as it is steep uphill. They handled our bags for us too, and stored before check in. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and could all speak English well to translate the general rules and check-in info for us. We could only afford to stay one night, but wish we could stay longer! The manuals are not easy to understand if you are foreign, there isn't English translation for the air con or massage chair, so we did our best with Google translate

- Leigh (10/5): A wonderful ryokan and onsen experience with fantastic food and lovely staff. - The staff are exceptional. They went above and beyond in all situations, even when my very limited Japanese language skills weren’t up to the task. It isn’t a negative per se, but it is more of a shuttle bus to town rather than a walk: it is not far but the road is steep and there are places without footpaths. Thankfully the shuttle bus is never far away and will drop you at requested stops - e.g. we wanted to be dropped at a specific coffee shop and they were happy to oblige.

Diner et petit déjeuner incroyables (ils s’adaptent pour le petit déjeuner si on ne veut pas le classique japonais avec du poisson). Les bains étaient très biens aussi. Personnel au petit soin On aurait aimé une traduction du menu pour le diner.

- Valorie (10/5): - Beautiful property. It looks ordinary from the outside but inside the rooms are traditional and tasteful. Dinner was fantastically prepared. Breakfast was as well. And the private onsen was great. It is pricey but everything in the area is.

- KAZUO (10/5): - 露店風呂付のお部屋で何回も入れてリフレッシュできました体の疲れも取れてよかったです 泉質もよく体調も良くなりまたいきたいとおもいます 体に障害があるに出ベッドにできればもっとよかったです 新潟の温泉出は即席でベット作ってくれましたその人の体調に合わせて寝具替えていただければ最高でした

- yucca (9/5): おもてなしが素晴らしい - スタッフの方のおもてなしが素晴らしかったです。 部屋に露天風呂が最高でした。 女性のアメニティが少なすぎたので、せめてチェックインの際に フロントで髪留めのゴム等もらえれば嬉しかったです。 あと、何故か下駄もなかったなぁとこのお値段で悲しかったです。

- Teck Ling (8/5): Delightful authentic ryoken with kaiseki meals - Aceess to in house Hotspring & delicious Kaiseki meals. 10mins walk via residential houses to Arima shopping n food street. Shuttle service provided on a shared basis. Room layout a bit cramp. Uphill walk from arima tourist info centre to the ryoken hotel that maybe a challenge to somel.
- 琳 (9/5): - 澡堂設備完整清潔，餐食非常豐盛。 餐後會有服務人員協助鋪床相當細心。 詢問接駁車事項也相當熱情。
- WING TUNG (7/5): 私人風呂很好，職員友善，其他一般 - 職員很用心以英語解釋每樣設施及服務。沒有攜帶行李箱的旅客，可以由高速巴士站，步行經商店街到達旅館，對面亦有停車場供自駕旅客。晚餐及早餐的和食很豐富。房內的私人溫泉很舒服。 比起其他旅館，這裡的榻榻米及枕頭很薄，被鋪也很短，感覺像睡地板，暖氣不夠強，晚上有點寒冷。和食種類多，但味道一般，而且大部分都是室溫菜式，寒冷天氣下食物更凍，熱食都是重覆的味增湯底，亦需要客人自行烹煮，比其他旅館遜色。大浴池外的飲品吧很普通，沒有牛奶，沒法感受當地習俗，氣氛略欠佳。

- Chih Chun (10/5): 這是一間非常溫暖的日式旅館，讓人有回到家的感覺。能夠體驗睡在榻榻米上，對我們來說是一個非常特別而難忘的經驗。房間以木質設計為主，整體氛圍十分溫馨，房內也可以自行調整溫度。當外面天氣寒冷時，旅館裡溫暖舒適的環境形成了很美好的對比，讓人感到格外 - 食物非常新鮮，量非常大器，我們可以在自己房間裡享用美食，是很棒的經驗！

Dinner & breakfast were very good and tasty, enjoyed the authentic local food, very good service too. Only the onsen and restroom areas are a little dark, if with brighter lighting would be great. Appreciated the full amenities though.

Although it was compact in size, we love the deco and the toilet design The staffs were all very friendly and even offered to send us to the ropeway even after we had checkout.

- CHANGHYEON (9/5): 한국인 방문객의 후기 - 저녁은 다양한 메뉴를 코스 순서대로 주셔서 좋았고 특히 아침은 부담스럽지 않은 메뉴로 준비해주셔서 좋았습니다 이불이 포근해서 편히 잠들 수 있었습니다 아쉬웠던 점 하나는 대체로 일본숙소가 다 그렇듯 방의 보온이 아쉬웠습니다 난방을 해도 좀 추운 느낌이 있었네요

- mayumi (8/5): 有馬温泉はいい温泉だと認識しました - ・貸切露天風呂があり、温泉の質もとても良かった ・お布団も清潔で厚みがあり、畳の部屋でも寝やすかった ・夕食、朝食共に美味しかった ・自販機の場所がエレベーターの所に記載がなくわかりにくかった ・部屋で夕食をいただいたのですが、配膳してくれた方の袖がお刺身に思いっきりかぶっていて不快な気持ちになった

- Victoria (10/5): Amazing stay with private onsen bath, and decadent traditional food. - We stayed here for two nights for our honeymoon, and it was such an amazing stay. We booked a room with our own outdoor hotspring, and it was the best decision - we started and ended our days with a soak, which was so relaxing. The room was beautiful and spacious in traditional style, clean and comfortable. We even had a massage chair free to use in our room, which was a nice addition. One of the best parts of the stay was actually the food and service. We had breakfast and dinner twice in our room, served by the lovely staff, and the food was decadent and delicious - easily one of the best meals we've had on our japan trip. Highly recommend, although the price was a bit steep compared to our other hotels - but for all the value, food, onsen, hospitality, it was well worth the price for us. Location was a bit uphill from the main streets in Arima, but I know they have a shuttle service, you can use. We just chose to walk, so this is a very minor inconvenience during our amazing stay.
