J'avais la géante piscine à moi seul tout les jours.... et elle était super propre et tout était super bien entretenu! De plus ils ont remarqué que j'avais besoin de plus de couverture.... ils ont mis une grosse couverture pour moi! Tout sentait bon et était nettoyer ! La salle de bain était fonctionnelle et super aussi!

- Gavin (2/5): Very poor - The front desk staff were friendly and the bed was firm. Poor management, manager nowhere to be seen when looking for. Empty hotel. No hot water, had to request it fixed, had to ask for room cleaning. Major roadworks at entrance to hotel causing severe dust. Strong smell in room and corridor on day 2 from pest control treatment sprayed in hotel that day, seeping into room. Not informed about any of this prior. Checked out early due to poor experience. Will not stay here again.
- Matthew (4/5): Poor Management - The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. There was only 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and no telephone, so had to go to reception to get more. TV was old and small with no good channels. Big room but empty - needs a side table by the bed and a couch and some furniture like a table in the room. The shower had no warm water and I went back to the reception to ask for it to be fixed. Poor management at this hotel - needs a better hotel manager.

- Lester (9/5): Quiet and peaceful place to stay in Puerto Princesa - The hotel is around 10 min from the airport. The entrance is clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly during check-in. The hotel was built to be very quiet (well-insulated from sound) and we really appreciate it so we could rest. The rooms were spacious as described and this is a good thing. Wifi was available. There is a garden where you can walk. The have a restaurant downstairs. Gym has sufficient equipment for a short stay. The outside pool is good. The hotel is ideal for conferences and they have a conference room. The hotel is close to Robinsons Mall and Jollibee fast-food for essential needs and dinner options. Check-in took time because they were still fixing the door in my assigned room. It would be better if breakfast had more healthy options. Restaurant menu can be improved.

- Deborah (6/5): - Hotel is convenient to airport, has a lovely pool and friendly staff. The hotel description includes a restaurant and pool bar - these were closed during our stay (Feb 2025). Our room had no view and looked into a narrow corridor making our room dark. The room itself was comfortable and quiet. The staff were very friendly but the room was overpriced compared to others in the area with full service restaurants/pools.

- Brian (8/5): - I have stayed Heritage numerous times before. Heritage is a great hotel. I always enjoy staying there. There were two smalls hitches. I had a late arrival time for my flight, thus I arrived Heritage late at night, and when I went to the room the key card did not work. When I was leaving the next morning for the airport, they were slow to get me a vehicle for the airport. When I checking out at the front desk I asked the door person to please get me a taxi or the airport. After I completed checking out and came outside, they had still not called for a taxi. And at 5:30 in the morning there was no one else around to cause a delay.

- louisej8472 (6/5): Excellent service but the hotel has seen better days - Food & drink: We received a welcome drink on arrival, which was nice. They were offering pre-chosen breakfasts rather than a buffet. In general, I like that style. We tried the Filipino breakfast but the fish was a bit salty for us. It probably would have been more sensible for us to take the western option. Room: We had some trouble in the room at first as the water seemed to be switched off. We had to ask for someone to come up twice to get it running, but it did then work normally. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. There was a dead bug on the window ledge. In hot countries, some of that is to be expected but it wasn't ideal. Service: The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff were very happy to help arrange for us to join a group tour of Honda Bay, which was great. They also helped us to arrange transfer to our next stop.

- thebobwashere (2/5): the worst hotel I ever stayed at - My family and I stayed at hotel Cerntro for 2 nights, when we arrived, we were approached by a receptionist that did not look professional at all, they had a red polo and jeans on, which may sound picky but I would expect some kind of uniform. We were walk in guests so we asked for a room with a double bed and an extra bed, which the receptionist assured us we would get, after a few minutes we got the information that there were no normal rooms left and offered us a free upgrade, for a suit which we accepted. Until now everything was okay, we even got some kind of welcome drink. After we got our keycards, we went up to our room and there it was a "suit" hahaha, well when you enter the room there were two couches that had stains that must have accumulated over a lot of years... god I really don't want to know what these stains were. Even the table had some kind of seeds from an orange that the last guest must have eaten... then there were the two beds, the bedsheets had holes in them and were dirty, the floor is made of tiles and you could see every mark on it. Then the bathroom... it was stinky and dirty at least they had amenities like toothbrushes, shampoo... but they did not have a glass were you could put your toothbrushes in which means that you had to put ur toothbrush away after every usage. The telephone in our room also did not work and the air conditioning could not swing so the cold air blasted on to us. Sadly, that is not all, in the morning we went and wanted to get some breakfast but, there was no coffee cups and no bread we asked the only employee there if we could get some bread and cups and after a while, we got them. I wanted to toast my bread so a put them in and my bread came out black, I could not change the degree of the toaster. The rest of the "buffet" was very simple, and the only employee was busy running around and trying to help the guests, which meant that they could not clean the tables, there even was one table where water was dripping from the ceiling... I hope this review helps, there are far more better hotels in puerto princesa.

- 243WCK (2/5): June 2022 Stay - Property shows a lot of wear and tear and is poorly maintained. The hotel is not as pictured on its website. The bed sheets were stained and pillow cases had holes. The towels were thin and stained. Room curtains were old and dirty. The toilet backed up. Shower floor had water stains. The room felt dirty. The pool is in poor condition with peeling paint. The pool lounge chairs were filthy. The hotel did not respond to the emails requesting airport pick up. We called to request airport pick up the day before arrival but no one showed up at the airport. We had to call again and wait. Eventually a cab showed up because the hotel shuttle driver had the day off. We left the second day once we got a new hotel. Hotel Centro declined to refund the unused nights.
- The1Arik (2/5): Not Worth it - it’s by no means a 4 star hotel or Hardly a three star .the hall way to the room had old carpets, small not so clean washroom with very poor quality of amenities. towels were so old type . breakfast was very ordinary. there are so many better place than this one . Total waste of money for value
- Beukel (10/5): Service with a class! - My family stayed in Hotel Centro last week. Apart from being a quite new and modern hotel in Palawan, we were so overwhelmed with the services. The kindness and hospitality of the staff are indeed remarkable. The hotel very well served its purpose to my family: to let them rest and recharge for few days. The foods, the room and the facilities are equally perfect. Plus a bonus to witness one of the biggest events in Palawan direct from their room window. Hotel Centro is highly recommended. We will certainly be back again.

- Maui (10/5): - Everyone was accommodating and helpful. From the guard to the front desk and the driver. They're all very keen to assist in any way they can. I will definitely go back and bring my kids next time 😊
- fbelle826321 (10/5): Puerto Princesa - Stay at the hotel was very pleasant. It was easy to arrange a pickup and the friendly driver was waiting at the airport. Room was nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. The pool is good sized and clean.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent service, location, amenities. Shower in the the bathroom wasn't cleaned well, and definitely some grime buildup. But otherwise great room for a few days. They even provide toothbrush and toothpaste. Free breakfast was delicious and different every day.
- iGURUt (6/5): Cramped Dusty Rooms - The better part is their staff try to make up for the sad parts of this hotel. Compared to other hotels in the area at this price range, it is a bit disappointing- rooms are very small, set-up is dated and dusty I must say. Food is also average. Pool has this crowded feel.
- hermannvonkatte (8/5): Excellent hotel, but the location leaves much to be desired. - Large clean rooms, friendly and efficient staff, amazing breakfast buffet and the restaurant food is also very good. The pool and that gardens are spotless and lovely. The only drawback is its town-centre location on a busy and somewhat noisy road.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Dilapidated hotel but has a great pool. Good breakfast for those who eat lunch for breakfast; but only eggs and cereal for others. WiFi useless most of the time (slow or no internet). The restrooms by the pool smell awful.
- Leo (8/5): - Airport shuttle was good and courteous. Front desk was professional. Room was dated but fair - Loose floor tiles that popped when one walked on them. TV signal blacks out periodically. Buffet breakfast was fair- Omelet chef lets the cooking pan smoke from overheating giving a burnt smokey smell to the room. Kids running and screaming around the buffet table. The security gaurd was helpful for directions and getting a trike for transportation. Still, overall, one of the top end hotels in Puerto Princesa.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Staff was friendly. Nice and quiet but rooms are small and outdated. Our shower sliing door wouldnt close/open without a fight and shower area wasnt the cleanest. Over priced if you ask me.
