• JIN SEONG (6/5): 큰 욕심없으면 그냥 지낼만함 - 가족여행으로 스위트 2베드룸으로 예약했다. 다른 편의시설은 특별히 없고 주차장도 좁고 1층 카운터옆에 생수정수기가 있는 정도. 방에 커피포트 없고 헤어드라이는 있음. 1월말에 내가 갔을 때는 1층 식당은 운영 안했는데 그때만 그런게 아닌 것 같았음. 근처 식당 걸어서 가면 되니 큰 문제 안됨. 나는 오전, 오후 액티비티 중심이라 말 그대로 잠 자는게 주된 목적이었음. 시설이 오래되어 화장실 냄새가 많이 남. 매일 룸클린을 요청해야 함. 2박은 3층. 2박은 2층이었는데 2층이 좀더 괜찮음. 침대는 단단해서 그나마 좋은 점이었음.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - The room had stinky smell that smelled like maybe the toilet was not sealed properly. Also there was a sign that said not to put toilet paper in the toilet, so I I think the toilet was the culprit. Welcome to the third world.

• Jason (6/5): One of the worst I’ve ever stayed at.Saipan Galler - There was dirt on the walls and the bed was hard as a rock,. The shower had a strong smell of sewage coming up from the drain .The bathroom sink leaked all over when you turned it on.Television has five channels, to Chinese, one green, one Japanese and one English. And all of these are simply taped on a 2 Hour Loop . One of the worst I’ve ever stayed at.

• YOUNGKWANG (6/5): 적당한 가격, 완벽한 위치, 새벽비행기 이용시 괜춘 - 일단 바로앞이 갤러리아 면세점, 아이러브사이판 건물이 위치하고 있음 렌트카를 빌리지 않았다면 피에스타에 경우는 그냥 캐리어 끌고 슬슬 걸어갈수 있음 한국 모텔이라고 시설은 생각하면 됨, 샤워부스에 비치된 샴푸도 미장센이었음 새벽비행기로 도착한다면 왠만한 리조트들이 얼리체크인이 안되기 때문에 20~30 쓸돈으로 렌트카 빌리고 이런 숙소 잡는것을 추천함

• Simon (8/5): 가라판 시내, 기념품 샵 및 갤러리아 면세점과 가까운 호텔 - 코 앞이 기념품 샵과 갤러리아 면세점이라 쇼핑하기에는 엄청 편리했습니다. 마이크로 비치를 끼고 있는 하얏트나 피에스타에 비해 숙박 시설 수준은 조금 떨어지지만, 머무는 데에는 크게 문제 없었습니다. 샤워기 수압이 조금 약했던 것을 제외하면, 전반적으로 무난한 호텔이었습니다.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Safety is an issue - I'm one for hotel on a budget but this hotel did not live up to that. The air conditioning smelled like mold, used slippers, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for guests, and you aren't supposed to flush toilet paper down the toilet. But above all, I worried about my safety. The day I checked in, a man was sitting in the lobby. When I got my key and opened the elevator, he ran up the stairs. Worried about my safety, I waited downstairs for him to come back down, which was about ten minutes later. I took a picture of him and was told he's hotel maintenance. Two days later around midnight, my husband was standing near our hotel door and someone tried to open it from the outside. When he opened the door, it was that same man. When I checked out, I told the front desk attendant about my experience and suggested they wear uniforms or at least a pin that shows they are hotel staff but under no circumstances should they attempt to open a door so late at night when they know the guests are in the room. If safety is a concern when you travel, do not stay here.

• Saipan expat (6/5): It's a great MOTEL - Understand that my rating is based on the fact that this is a 3 star hotel. Great experience except for the parking. Staff and friends of staff will take up most of the limited parking. They'll move if you ask but you shouldn't have to ask everyday. The staff was phenomenal which made the stay so pleasant. The rooms were clean but I wasn't being picky. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return.

• 이준호 (8/5): 부담없는 가격으로 이용하기 좋은 호텔 - 사이판에서 2개의 호텔을 이용(갤러리아3일, 하얏트3일) 저렴한 가격으로 큰 기대를 하지 않았으나 좋은 위치, 괜찮은 룸 컨디션으로 매우 만족. 아이러브사이판 후문이 바로 호텔 앞에 있어서 티갤러리아로 가기도 좋고 마이크로비치, 가라판시내도 가까워서 좋았음. 호텔에서의 전망, 테라스가 없어서 조금 아쉬웠으나 이 정도 가격에는 더할나위 없음!

• Verified traveler (8/5): ダイバーの一人旅 - このクラスのホテルだとエレベーターがないのが普通だが、完備されている。 バルコニーが無いので、タバコ、干物が辛い。また駐車スペースがすくないので、 レンタカー利用だと大変だった。バスタブ無しだが、シャワーは温度、水圧とも申し分ない。ベットは少し固めだが私には快適な硬さだった。目の前がアイラブサイパンというロケーションはとってもよい。

• Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible experience - I was there only for one night. But I couldn't sleep due to the noisy guests (no sound proof what so ever) and the hotel didn't do anything until we complained several times... Highly NOT recommended!
• christine (6/5): City hotel near to the shopping area - We arrived at the hotel at midnight, but the check-in was express. Generally to say, the hotel was small, but the room was more spacious for two people. the toilet seperate as dry and wet, and the water pressure was good for shower, however, the room amenities were poor.
• Mrs A (6/5): affordable hotel for family close to shopping - it would have been great except for the faulty AC units. the staff were attentive and tried to resolve the issue right away by moving us to another room. I would still recommend his hotel for families with children or a group. the 2 or 3 bdroom suites are big and spacious and priced right!
• Verified traveler (2/5): waste of money - Only good thing about this hotel was location. It is located near DFS, I love Saipan & ABC mart. We found at least 5 cockroaches in the room and there was used toothpaste in the bathroom. Before the stay I called the hotel to confirm my booking, but it turned out that phone number on hotels.com is no longer used. So I tried to reach them by using the number appeared on this hotel's homepage but was never answered.
• jbo (6/5): I (heart) Saipan... - The hotel is under-going construction (still). It begins at 0700 in the morning, with a "break" at about 1000… the front desk assured us that the noise didn't start until 1000… not true. Our first room was on the 3rd floor (right underneath the "new" construction)… very early and very noisy wakeup. Moved to the 2nd floor (no rooms on the 1st), and was once again awakened at 0645 on Saturday morning. Will NOT be staying here anytime soon.
• robyn houpt (4/5): Not good - Construction on the hotel woke us up at 8am everyday, and continued all day. Beds were too hard, and shower had no pressure. Hotel staff repeatedly called our room to push us out before checkout time. Hotel only has 6 parking places. All other parking around was only for the shopping center, and will tow.

• Verified traveler (6/5): good location - This is a low end korean or Chinese style hotel , Mom & Pop management . you have expected value for this style a rock hard bed, pillows, a institution looking room with all tile floores a pices of the hall carpet saved as a bath mat , 2 very cheap bath towels and a hair brush that each guest can used , a nice TV with 1 english channel and very small and inexpensive furniture ... the room was clean its just a little weird if you wake up you think your in China
• D (4/5): Not your typical American Hotel! - The room was clean but the bathroom was... unusual. There was a sign above the toilet that read "Please do not throw any toilet paper in the bowl." I asked the lobby what it meant exactly (their English wasn't great) and they said I would throw the used toilet paper in the trash and wait for the room cleanup in the morning! All the electrical outlets were the round two-prong except for 2 American outlets. Bed was firm. The shower didn't have a curtain so the entire floor would get wet after showering. Shampoo was refilled in the morning (the bottle label was some off the shelf brand). Only one bar of soap. There were used slippers for shower and room. There was a loofa in the shower (I would rather have a new one).
• Maria (6/5): Only in an emergency - I had to book this hotel since my normal hotels on Saipan were fully booked. I would use this hotel if it was an emergency. Yes, they did update and modernize the bathroom. But it was strange that you had to go up one step to get in. As for the room itself, it did have a flat screen TV with only 4 maximum stations. In my hotel room, the TV was to the left of my bed. I had to sit up to watch (which was hardly ever.) An earlier reviewer mentioned that the bed was extra hard. My back believes it now. One thing not mentioned in earlier reviews was that there is only one outlet for 110v. There are more 220v (Asia and Europe electronics). If you need to recharge your iPad, phone or computer, you will need to bring multiple outlet strip cord...or take time to plug/unplug different electronics. For the price you pay, you are better off staying at Fiesta Resort at about $10 more.
• KSW (6/5): Clean and adequate-Not lavish - Clean hotel that is fine for a stopping place in Saipan. Staff were very nice. More of a motel with the necessities. It was fine! Nothing special. Has air conditioning. We had a two bedroom room. Beds were hard, but bathroom was fine. TV there but one Korean and Japanese and BBC stations only
• John (10/5): Newly renovated hotel in a great location! - Across the street from all the major shopping. Walking distance to Micro Beach. Large rooms that are very clean. Each room has free Wi-Fi. The staff is very nice and helped us navigate to sites of the beaten path. Great stay!
• Verified traveler (8/5): 3 Star Hotel with no frills, but clean/modern room - On the scale of cheap hotels that aren't close to the beach or have a pool, this hotel is pretty good - so I give it a 4. Outside the hotel looks a bit run down, but most things in Saipan look that way. However inside the hotel it's pretty clean and most things look brand new. The room was super clean and modern. However the beds were pretty darn hard. Although they cater mostly to Asian guest, which prefer very firm beds. If you are looking for a central hotel in Garapan and plan just going to the beach, then this is a good hotel. However if you are looking for the resort style hotel, then this won't be fore you.
• rocnrik (6/5): New hotel to check out. - Deluxe room spacious. The beds were hard, was told by housekeepers that the beds were new, from U.S. Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite as well, living room area a bit smaller, beds still are hard as other room. The bedroom space fit only queen size bed. T.V. only in living room. Only a few channels to watch, only one in English, just news stuff. Complimentary bath essentials convenient. Wi-fi sometimes slow. Windows a bit high and small, felt a bit claustrophobic. A/C and T.V. remote in oriental language. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Parking lot under construction, parking was limited. Running water did not taste salty, compared to like Summer Holiday.
