- paullJ3459UF (6/5): Complimentary shuttles much appreciated, but beware of breakfast offerings! - Very much appreciated the complimentary hourly hotel shuttle service to the Playa Blanca Beach at the Puntacana Resort (10-minute drive from the hotel). The breakfast buffet had a number of red flags: 1) fresh pineapple wedges that were so overripe that they were beginning to ferment..... 2) what was labelled as almond milk tasted like watered down canned evaporated milk (definitely not fine for people who are lactose intolerant)... 3) sliced almonds (for adding to cereals) were rancid.... 4) some of the cold cuts tasted like they had been left out for too long, and were about to go off.... 5) most of the savoury dishes were heavily salted (not fine for people with low-sodium diets).....

The shuttle to the airport was also very helpful, and they run on time, which is really nice when you have a plane to catch.
- MNM1011 (10/5): Great Hotel! - We stayed here two nights before our cruise out of La Romana. Our room was great and we slept great. Everything in the room was clean and well maintained. We weren't feeling very adventurous and ended up eating at the onsite restaurant for all our meals. The food and service were excellent! All the staff were great, but the two we remember the most were Juan Carlos at the bar and Yeuri in the restaurant.

We were not told that one has to use a telephone inside the airport to call the shuttle bus and were also not informed that the bus is not identified as being from the hotel (it is black with 'Punta Cana tourism' in orange lettering). In all it took us three telephone calls and two hours of waiting. The hotel is adequate as a one-night stopover although lacking in atmosphere. We chose to go out to the village for breakfast.
- markusk273 (10/5): Wonderful Stay - Truly Exceptional Team - My wife and I are celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary with a cruise in the Dominican Republic, and we stayed one night at Four Points Punta Cana before our departure. This was actually our second stay at this hotel, and once again, the experience was outstanding. The entire team has been amazing - from the front office to F&B and housekeeping. Everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and professional. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and a thoughtful anniversary amenity, which made our celebration even more special. Kudos to the General Manager Desislava and her team! The hotel is perfectly located near the airport, making it extremely convenient, and the service truly sets it apart. This is a must-stay hotel when you are near the airport in Punta Cana. We will definitely be back!

- 40chelseyk (10/5): The Best Experience! - We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Punta Cana for one night after flying in on a red-eye, and it was exactly what we needed before heading to our resort. Our goal was simple: rest, sleep, and reset—and this hotel delivered perfectly. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it easy to recover after overnight travel. It was the ideal place to unwind before starting the next leg of our vacation. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff. After checking out, my daughter realized she had left her Birkenstocks in the room. We returned four days later, not expecting much, but the front desk team went above and beyond. Camila and Aneity were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and thanks to them we were able to get the shoes back. Their customer service alone deserves recognition. We also had a stressful moment when our pre-booked transportation never arrived due to a car accident. Stephens at the front desk immediately noticed how distressed I was and stepped in without hesitation. He quickly arranged a taxi for us at the same price we had already paid, completely turning the situation around. His calm, proactive help meant everything. Another great perk is the mall directly across the street. We had dinner at La Cava, where Brenda provided excellent service and made the meal even more enjoyable. We also visited the pharmacy there and loved the friendly service and relaxed vibe—it was convenient and welcoming. We also had breakfast at the cute restaurant in the hotel. We don’t speak Spanish but the team did everything they could to help me with all my questions. Our server Yareui was hilarious, so attentive, fun and great energy. If you’re arriving on a red-eye or need a comfortable place to rest before continuing your trip, Four Points Punta Cana is the perfect choice. Clean, convenient, and staffed by people who genuinely care—I would absolutely stay here again.
- F5396KFtraceyp (6/5): Positive Guest Experience - The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room modernized and appropriately sized; nothing exceptional but comfortable and clean. There was a small pool area for use. The restaurant was fairly decent and affordable.
- poroelasticity (8/5): Convenient Shuttle Bus for Airport and Beach - A direct phone for hotel shuttle is located on the wall right after you have left the custom's X-rays. We did not wait for long before a bus arrived. It just took a few minutes to arrive at the hotel by the shuttle. The best at the hotel was the buffet breakfast. Waiters there were attentive. There is a small swimming pool in their yard, but no people used it unfortunately. They offered free shuttle to the beach (Playa Blanca), but it did not start until ~10am. The beach was fairly good with live music; not too much special though. Their food and drinks were quite expensive. They charge local people different rates--By the way, the local residents have free access to the beach, which was not known by a ChatGPT search before I left home for the vacation. I did the search because it was a weekend and I was concerned over crowds at the beach: it turned to be ok. There was one thing the hotel stuff could have been more helpful, which was not their obligation but may promote their business if they have done better: one of our checked bags was searched without any official note inside. It was suspicious because only small zipped bags inside were open; other things were not even touched. We are not sure whether a thief tried to find jewelry. We were surprised once we opened the bag in the hotel room. We approached the front desk for help to report the incident so the airport authority would know whether there was a dishonest employee in their team. The gentleman there clearly showed his impatience after he made a phone call ... He eventually suggested us go to the airport by ourselves. We did not do it, because that would take away our vacation time. Please note that your checked bags may not be safe at Punta Cana airport!

Great if you need to stay next to the airport due to business or for a vacation if you wish to have access to the beach, this property is the perfect hybrid. Food is consistently good, rooms and property is spotless. The GM Desislava runs a smooth ship alongside a great team.

All in all, a reliable and practical choice if you’re coming for business and want everything close at hand.

- S666VDbillp (2/5): Be wary of unexplained scam charges - I paid for my room (in full) at a rate that includes full breakfast buffet every morning. Today, I see two pending charges on my account (one for 168.43, one for 168.97). I don't know what these charges are for as I did not receive any statements or receipts. I am lodging a complaint with my credit card company and disputing these charges. I have emailed the hotel and have tried to call the hotel multiple times. Each time they either put me on hold, transfer me to another line (once to a Westin hotel?), and ultimately just hang up. Twice they said they would take my number and call me back. They have not.

- ScarletOrtiz (10/5): Best Hotel for Business Travel in Punta Cana - If you’re visiting Punta Cana for business, Four Points by Sheraton is hands down the best-located hotel. It’s right in the heart of the Village, across from a shopping center with restaurants, stores, and all essential services within walking distance. The staff was consistently attentive and professional. Breakfast is small in variety but very high in quality. The rooms are on the smaller side, but the unbeatable location more than makes up for it. One downside is that rooms don’t come with a fridge by default—you have to request one, and it depends on availability, which can be inconvenient. There’s free on-site parking and a nice-looking pool, which I didn’t use but appeared clean and well-maintained. Overall, it’s a solid, comfortable option with everything you need nearby, especially if you’re in town for work.

- A5735MXchristophera (10/5): Very comfortable hotel - We went here before for a meal and we were so impressed by the quality of the food so we thought we would say here it was so easy to book in and the room spacious and immaculately clean and the bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up we met the manager Desislava petkova who was so professional and very knowledgeable of where to go we had a wonderful time in the village just across the road from from the hotel back to the bar where the bar staff attentive up to our room for a great nights sleep next morning for fantastic breakfast with a great choice of cooked and fresh food and the bonus is it is minutes from the airport with the hotel having it’s own shuttle service thank you so much for looking after us I can highly recommended this hotel chris and Annette ambrose

Had a very warm welcome from the reception staff and was booked in quickly. The room was spacious and clean. Outdoor pool was a much needed refreshment. We ate at the mall opposite the hotel which had a fair amount of choices. Had breakfast at the hotel, which we all enjoyed - plenty to choose from. Check out was quick and easy too. Would happily come back to The Four Points again and can absolutely recommend it.

The king size unit was small but clean and suited our needs for one night. The room amenities include a coffee maker, iron/ ironing board and the usual hotel toiletry items. The property was clean and is across the steet from a mall with plenty of restaurants. We ate dinner at Burlao Grill and both the service and food were great. We could hear doors shut and others talking past our door but it was not bothersome. We would definitely stay again.

- 284roseu (4/5): Needs improvement in customer service - Leidy and Mariana at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and professional. However, the gentleman who answered the phone when I called for the shuttle service to pickup me up at the airport needs more training in customer service (unfortunately, I did not get his name.) So I requested the shuttle and the gentleman informed me that it would be there in 5 minutes to pick me up. I said “great, but where exactly should I wait for the shuttle,” and he said the VIP area of the airport. He didn’t provide specific details about the vehicle so I assumed that a clearly marked shuttle with the hotel’s name or logo would be picking me up. After 30 minutes of waiting I called the hotel again to inquire about the status of the shuttle and the same gentleman answered. Again, he failed to give me details about the vehicle and assured me it would be there in 5 minutes. After waiting another 10 minutes I tried calling again but couldn’t get through, so I decided to get to the hotel on my own and not waste any more time waiting. (While waiting never did a driver get out of a vehicle to announce they were from the hotel.) The hotel is only about a mile away from the airport and thankfully I found a reliable taxi company and I arrived well at the hotel, but frustrated. This seems to be a recurring issue with this hotel. It is unfortunate and very inconsiderate to the customers, whom after a long trip, just want a reliable way to get to the hotel. I was able to take the shuttle to the airport for my returning flight. The shuttle is not clearly marked with the name or logo. This should be communicated to the customer, and given a clear description of the shuttle so one knows what to look for. I should also mention that weeks prior to my arrival I emailed the hotel directly to get more information such as specific pick-up instructions, including the shuttle stop location, shuttle schedule and meeting point upon arrival. I never received a response from the hotel, and yes I checked my spam folder and verified their email just to make sure. I resorted to messaging them and commenting on social media, I had other questions about their amenities and things to do around the area, and they didn’t respond either. I would never stay here again because of the lack of communication with the customers.
- Raagula (8/5): - The property was very expensive but it was close to the airport and walkable and safe community. The staff were not very friendly in the restaurant. They don't want to serve you. However the facilities was clean and rooms were well maintained.

- John (4/5): - Was greated at the front desk with the fact that they were adding another $20.00 to get our hotel key because when paying for reservation that the "TAX" was not collected. Think it was a tax going to the desk managers pocket. We forgot our toothbrushes and tooth paste. Went to the front desk and asked for what any hotel has ,in assorted toiletries. Was told they didnt have any but could sell us a dental package. Not a bad hotel, but just wasnt customer friendly. I would never come back nor would recommend hotel to others...

I had to look and book us at lope San for the night

- GregoryB1343 (8/5): So much better than Majestic Punta Cana - After a terrible experience at the Majestic Punta Cana (a run-down ripoff), this well-kept, friendly airport hotel came as a huge relief. It's across from an attractive walkable neighborhood with interesting shops and restaurants. Recommended!

- juan (10/5): - Was very satisfied with the personnel and the service. A key note is the access of the facilities of Punta Cana Resort for a fee, it's worth it. Rooms are comfortable, clean and has anything that you might need for a short stay (a week). Room service has terrific food and fast. It's not my first time at this hotel and certainly there will be more to come!
- Carolyn (8/5): - The property was very friendly and comfortable. There is a major problem with Punta Cana . Generally the stairs are not safe. There are no bannisters to hold on to while walking down. The stones blend into each other so that it is hard to judge or see the next step. There is a very great potential for falls!!!
