La ubicación estupenda, tranquila para el descanso y a un paso de todo lo que hay para ver. Buena relación calidad/precio. En la habitación se sentía un poco de olor a lavandina, tal vez deberían usar menos o ventilar mas.

• Thomas (9/5): Great Place in a SUrprising Town - Good location, but town seems very walkable regardless of where you are. Bed was more comfortable than expected. You have private room and a sink in your room. Desk and chair in your room makes any computer work easy without having to visit a common area. They have a decent breakfast included in the price. At first I thought it was purely breads, then they brought some meat and cheese. Staff is friendly. Ronda's view surprised me! No elevator on hostel side. Just beware if you have issues with stairs and request a lower floor. Otherwise I had no complaints, enjoyed the stay.

• Pragya (9/5): - It's a good family run place. You can feel the warmth of the people there. The breakfast was basic and same everyday but the serving staff was attentive and kind and that made a lot of difference. It's a good value for money place to set yourself up to explore Ronda.

• rociocalvo (6/5): Para una noche no está mal - Para lo que he pagado y siendo una noche es más que aceptable, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que hay un desayuno incluído. Tuve suerte de estar en primera planta y al fondo del pasillo, por lo que pese a estar completo no hubo ruido. Ningún problema con el baño, frente a la habitación y limpio. Cuando entras ves una habitación que da bastante miedo de lo viejo que es todo, y la cama parece que se hunde (que conste que dormí sin problemas, pero ha debido de pasar por ahí media humanidad o ser muy muy antiguo). La tele no funcionaba.

Мне не понравился туалет,т.к он был общий вместе с душем Крышка на унитазе не закреплена,,здание очень старое,В комнате должно быть зеркало,оно отсутствовало.Можно остановиться на 1-2 дня ,но не более.

• Marianna Visaggi (6/5): - Posizione ottima e colazione abbondante Ostello in posizione centralissima, comodissimo per visitare la città, con colazione abbondante e un letto per ogni ospite in camera, aspetto molto positivo. Mi dispiace dare solo 6 perché la struttura avrebbe buone potenzialità, ma la pulizia lascia davvero troppo a desiderare: bagni spesso sporchi e maleodoranti, con cattivi odori che arrivano fino ai corridoi per non parlare che c è solo un bagno piccolo per piano con tante stanze..Anche la camera era impregnata di puzza di fumo/tabacco, i muri erano sporchi e non sono nemmeno sicura che le lenzuola fossero davvero pulite. Inoltre, durante entrambe le notti del mio soggiorno, ci sono stati schiamazzi fino alle 3-4 del mattino, rendendo impossibile riposare bene mi sa che ci vivano delle persone in alcune stanze..Peccato, perché con maggiore attenzione a pulizia e silenzio potrebbe migliorare molto.

Personál je veľmi ochotný. Izby sú malé a slabo vybavené. Chýbajú police v skriniach, háčiky na zavesenie uterákov. V kúpeľni si nemáte kde zavesiť veci a uteráky . Taká jednoduchá vec ako háčiky je tu problém.

In camera c’erano diverse cose rotte, questo denota poca attenzione per i dettagli e scarsa manutenzione, oltre ad essere sporca. Al nostro piano probabilmente viveva una famiglia perché sembrava che il piano fosse il loro: stavano sempre fuori dalla stanza a parlare, il bagno in comune sempre occupato e costante rumore. Il phon era attaccato nel bagno e non si poteva portare via, molto pericoloso da usare in un ambiente umido e bagnato. Costante odore di marijuana.

• Alves Vázquez (10/5): Repetirá siempre - Todo el personal fue muy atento con nosotros. En los desayunos nos preguntaban si queríamos repetir café zumos tostadas o yogures. La recepción muy amable te explican cualquier duda que tengas. Y la camarera de pisos también muy amable. Quizás un poco el colchón. Pero no tiene importancia por que no estoy yo muy acostumbrado también.

Ça ne sert à rien de fermer la porte car vous allez vous croire dans le couloir tellement c'est très mal isolé. De plus, la porte ne ferme pas tout le cadre, celui qui souhaite voir l'intérieur de la chambre n'a qu'à s'y rapprocher.. On n'a pas intérêt à avoir un sommeil léger, ce sera difficile de dormir entre le bruit de la douche, la chasse d'eau tirée et les voisins qui parlent au téléphone en haut parleur..

El desayuno abundante y buena calidad, se podía repetir y atendían pronto y bien. El baño que me tocó compartir muy nuevo, amplío y limpio. Mi habitación olía muy mal, a tabaco, pero de una forma increíble. Tuve que poner a lavar toda la ropa a la vuelta. Paredes que necesitan una mano de pintura y el colchón ya tendría que haber sido cambiado.

A Deeply Disappointing Stay – Basic Standards Not Met I recently stayed at this hotel in Spain and was left genuinely appalled by the overall standard of accommodation and service. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, and the toilet was broken — completely unacceptable for any establishment, regardless of price point. The room also lacked the most basic amenities, including a kettle and microwave, which were notably absent. As a diabetic, I have specific dietary requirements that are recognised as a disability under Spanish law, including the Ley General de derechos de las personas con discapacidad (General Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities). Breakfast was included as part of my stay, yet nothing suitable for my needs was provided. I was given a yoghurt — which caused my blood sugar to spike — and two thin slices of ham. When I requested fruit, a perfectly standard component of any continental breakfast, it was simply not offered. This is not merely poor hospitality; it is a failure to make reasonable adjustments for a guest with a disability, and potentially a breach of Spanish equality and accessibility legislation. The staff demonstrated no awareness of dietary needs or food safety principles, which raises serious concerns about their training and qualifications. Spain holds its hospitality industry to a high standard, and this establishment fell far short of that reputation. Whilst I understand this was a budget property, cost does not excuse a failure to meet the most fundamental standards of cleanliness, functionality, or legal compliance. It is a real shame, as experiences like this reflect poorly on what is otherwise a wonderfully welcoming country and damage the reputation of Spanish tourism. I would strongly urge management to review their accessibility policies, staff food safety training, and basic maintenance as a matter of urgency.
