Aamiaiselta puuttuivat kasvikset kuten esim. tomaatti, kurkku tai salaatti. Pekoni loppui eikä sitä tuotu lisää, vaikka aamiasen sulkeutumiseen oli yli tunti aikaa.

Robert (7/5): Economical - The Buffet Breakfast was well beyond our expectations in variety and quality of food. The overall value of the room and free breakfast made our choice a positive one. The room was a bit like a college dorm in its arrangement and lacked a kind of warmth or cosyness to it. The free WIFI was quite confusing and ended up not working for my wife or I which was a bit of an inconvenience.
Guy (4/5): Not worth the money - Less then adequate breakfast on Saturday - Many kinds of protein that fit people who don't eat pork/eggs (omelet's, hard boiled eggs, egg bites, turkey sausages, pork sausages and beans). Good location, plenty of parking. Hot water in shower, though no hose. Pool temperature was great and warm Saturday evening (only). Breakfast Saturday - There was not a single vegetable to be found. Not one. For 200$ a night I expect some tomatoes at the very least. All yogurts were sugary, no regular yogurt. Bad breakfast Sunday - only two kinds of protein (eggs and pork sausages, no beans and no turkey no egg bites), no chocolate milk as oppose to Saturday, again not a single vegetable. Also all yogurts were sugary, no regular yogurt. Note they charge $25 for any extra bed, even if the child is less than 6 year old, only the "crib" is with no charge but it will fit only 1-2 year old. This is not what Booking is advertising. Extra bed had hurting springs pop out and dirty. Pool temperature on Friday evening, Saturday morning and Sunday morning was very cold, the warm jets let out cold water. No towels in the pool Sunday morning too.
Joanna Bond (8/5): Girls Weekend Getaway - Rooms were great. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast food was fantastic. Great selection. Staff were always willing to help with whatever you need. The towels were way too small, both the pool towels and the bath towels and they were not soft at all.

Vadym (10/5): Overal impression is very positive. Some of service desk people need to be trained in soft skills more. - Good explanation and answer on my questions at service desk. When I called the property one day before my booking, the conversation with service desk person (man) seamed very disrespectful from his side. It felt like the persons doesn’t want to help and understand the matter of call, just wanted to finish conversation as fast as possible. It built very bad impression about the hotel. It changed next day when I came for my stay and talk to different person.

genb2026 (10/5): Best family staycation - We stayed here the other week as a family staycation! We had a 10/10 experience from start to finish! Our boys are 13 and 6 and they had more than enough to keep both of our boys happy, entertained and wanting to come back! We were thrilled with the surprise of having a splash pad inside the pool area! Our 6 year old spent most of his time there and the older boy even got in on the fun. Having the buckets and whirlpool bottom in the shallow end of the pool helped keep everyone all together for a fun time! Our older boy is an athlete playing high level competitive hockey so having a breakfast with tons of healthy options and a massive guy really helped keep him on track with his goals this season. Our younger boy has autism and feeding him has always been a challenge but they had so many options that everyone in our home was able to find something to enjoy with tons of seating area to enjoy your meal restaurant style! It’s walking distance to the st Jacob’s market, and a brewery which made us wish we stayed longer.

Lorna (7/5): - We stayed 2 nights in a suite during a weekday. Building was under construction. Construction workers gave us priority assistance when in work zones. Work areas were nicely boarded up and workers stopped what they were doing and allowed us to pass by. Curious our room wasnt even tidied up on 1st day/eve. We didnt get any bathroom clean up nor towels. Not sure is that the practice? Breakfast offered in morning was good. I appreciated staff tending to all customer needs. They kept refills on coffee, refilled food and asked if anything was needed or if we needed help. I really valued breakfast staff kindness and offers.

Joseph (5/5): - Barrier free shower is a great idea, however the shower curtain is installed too high. All the water from the showering makes it's way onto the bathroom floor. I slipped getting out of the shower. Luckily I was able to hold on to the door. I mentioned this to the front desk. They acted surprised, like it was the first time someone raised this issue. Breakfast was included, but very disappointing.
Aden (8/5): Decent hotel. - Decent breakfast, decent hotel. The parking lot was full most of the time and I had to park off site.
Trisha (8/5): - Even though they were in the process of construction, it was easy to get around in. There were a lot of things happening the weekend we were there, so it was very expensive (for a Holiday Inn) the weekend we were there.

Gianna (9/5): Three night stay for family of 4 ( hockey tournament) - Cleanliness, room was very spacious, staff very helpful and breakfast was pretty good ( nice variety). Wifi was difficult to get on to. My kids and I struggled and I ended up calling front desk, they gave instructions, it seemed to work once for me but not my kids. I spoke with the front desk again on my way out and they even said it's a bit tricky to do. Perhaps in the future one can streamline the process to eliminate frustration and time spent on signing in.
Brian (9/5): Enjoyed our stay. Close to everything. - It was good. Quite a variety of food. Some of the food could have been a little warmer. All in all it was good.
JohnLS (8/5): Pretty good! - Our spacious room and the hotel in general were clean and comfortable. The staff were courteous and professional. We had to stay an extra night because my wife came down with a GI illness, and they were quite accommodating. The mattress was a little firm, but comfortable enough. The TV worked. The breakfast, while not great, was okay and included hot options. The location is convenient (although not a whole lot available in walking distance). We were able to charge our EV at a charger that belongs to the hotel next door, but no one was using it. Overall, an pleasant stay, despite the illness (which had no connection with the hotel).

Pike (10/5): - The staff's big smiles and the cleanliness of the rooms make me feel very comfortable. I love the breakfast options! 🍳😋 Unfortunately, the shower didn't quite live up to expectations with its water pressure.

Harrison (9/5): Lovely staycation - The room was very nice. It was clean and spacious. The bed was really comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was a unique and relaxing experience. The buffet style breakfast was also really good. The staff was clueless about what room service meant which was really odd but otherwise everything was nice.
