• Manal (5/5): - Séjour agréable dans l’ensemble grâce à un personnel vraiment serviable, gentil et toujours prêt à aider. En revanche, il faut savoir que l’hôtel est situé en pleine montagne, ce qui rend les déplacements très compliqués. Pour toute activité ou sortie, il est quasiment indispensable de prendre un taxi, car les bus passent très rarement (environ toutes les trois heures). Cela limite fortement les possibilités pour ceux qui souhaitent explorer les environs ou faire des activités. En résumé, cet hôtel convient surtout aux personnes qui recherchent le calme absolu, l’isolement et un séjour tranquille, loin de tout, plutôt qu’à celles qui veulent bouger et découvrir la région.

Riscaldamento solo per mezzo di fan coil il mattino dopo ci alziamo per andare a fare la colazione torniamo dalla colazione quando ancora dovevamo prepararci ma la stanza era già fatta quindi abbiamo dovuto utilizzare gli asciugamani del giorno dopo Oggi invece a colazione c’era una sola persona che si divideva tra cucina, caffetteria e servizio ai tavoli, per cui il servizio pessimo tra l’altro le risposte dello staff erano tutte arroganti e poco rivolte al cliente

El personal fue muy amable conmigo. El pueblo es muy tranquilo y el entorno es privilegiado. Lo recomiendo Todo me ha gustado.

• Massimo (3/5): New Years Eve nearby Lovere - We liked the location and the breakfast We didn't like the fact that they told us the hotel would close at 2 am and no keys would be given to us. The toilette had an issue with the water recharging that kept making noise during the night. Told the staff in the morning who did not even apologise for the inconvenience. We asked for a lake view and we were in a 9 metres room facing just the opposition side.

• Andres (7/5): A good view and inexpensive, yet delicious restaurant. - The view! Straight from your bedroom (also the only room) window you could lay your eyes on the valley that is Lake Iseo, the hills and the tiny lights of the houses. On the ground floor there was also a restaurant/pizzeria which was open until midnight, the pizzas and wines were delicious and the bill was ludicrously small. The breakfast was unfamiliarly sweet for our preferance, albeit there were some salty goods and fruits. Time has stopped there and the place could use some renovation. In the room there was no bottle opener and not even proper glasses or mugs, only tiny plastic cups. The water pressure in the shower was rather weak, but that might be normal in the mountains.

• Panagiotis (1/5): Τραγικό - Οκ δωμάτιο Απίστευτη φασαρία μέχρι τις 12:30 το βράδυ, η οποία σταμάτησε επειδή κάναμε καυγά κάτω στη ρεσεψιόν και καλέσαμε την αστυνομία. Φαίνεται να γίνεται συχνά αυτό καθώς δεν παραξένεψε την ρεσεψιόν. Στέκι ρεμπεσκεδων το εστιατόριο κάτω από το ξενοδοχείο. Αν δεν κάναμε καυγά ίσως τραβούσε και αργότερα. Πανάκριβο, 100€ το δωμάτιο για να είμαστε στη μέση του πουθενά, πρωινό μέτριο, απουσία ανεμιστήρα ενώ είχε πολλή ζέστη. Αποφύγετε το με κάθε κόστος. Ελπίζω σε αποζημίωση από την booking, την οποία φυσικά αρνήθηκε το κατάλυμα.

• Ross (8/5): Serenamente riposante - il cibo è ottimo, il servizio è molto attento, la camera è silenzona. si potrebbe eventualmente mettere delle porte nuove per ridurre ulteriormente i rumori provenienti dal corridoio, ma va anche già bene così se gli altri occupanti dell'albergo, rispettano il silenzio durante le uscite dalle stanze.

Colazione abbastanza varia, con vari prodotti freschi ( frutta, torte, formaggi). Camere molto piccole ed essenziali, assenza di frigobar e condizionatore.

Beim Essen u. den Getränke war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gut Alle Zimmer waren mit den Aufzug erreichbar. Parkplätze direkt vorm Hotel. Gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Wie gesagt Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war gut.

• Juliette (9/5): We hadden het zeer naar onze zin, tijdens de week die we daar geweest zijn. - Het heerlijke eten, hygiëne en personeel. Het prachtige uitzicht over het meer van d‘Iseo. Ook leuk dat de bevolking iedere morgen, middag of avond samen komen in het hotel voor koffie of een borrel. De ligging van het hotel, alhoewel de weg er naar toe, en terug, een uitdaging kon zijn. Vrij kleine kamer, en in de badkamer weinig plaats om je spullen neer te zetten.

• Glenn (7/5): Ett riktigt alphotell med goda pizzor. - Utsikten, atmosfären och den mycket goda pizzan. Ett riktigt gammaldags alphotell. Personalen skjutsade oss ner till bussen mot Bergamo så vi kunde ta oss hem då bussen inte gick på söndagar. Vi fick felaktiga uppgifter från personalen om busstransfer. Troligtvis pga språkförbistring. Blev ganska dålig stämning då jag tog upp detta, men det löstes. OBS! Kolla busstider om du ämnar åka buss. De är begränsade, speciellt på helger.
