• Ralf (8/5): Angenehme Unterkunft mit Laufnähe zum Flughafen - Vermutlich landen die meisten Gäste in Tessera wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen, zu dem man tatsächlich zu Fuß gehen kann auch wenn es ein Stück nur am Strassenrand entlang geht weil es keinen Fußweg gibt. Dafür war das Zimmer fast schon zu schade - geräumig, sauber, gut ausgestattet, hält man sicher auch länger gut aus. Wir mußten zu früh fürs Frühstück zum Flughafen, daher kann ich dazu nichts schreiben - es gabe aber die Möglichkeit für eine fairen Betrag eine Frühstücksbox zum Mitnehmen zu bestellen Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: statt des recht trockenen Zwiebacks vielleicht besser einfach ein zweites Croissant reinpacken?

• CHARLOTTE (10/5): - à côté de l'aéroport, accessible à pieds (100 derniers mètres un peu risqués car trottoir étroit ou inexistant) donc super pratique. Personne à l'accueil extrêmement gentille, la chambre est super, confortable, donnant sur une coursive, franchement super. -

Перед заселенням адміністрація надіслала інструкцію як знайти номер. Заселилися без проблем. Номер був чистим, охайним. Рушники, шампунь, мило - все було в номері.

• SERGEY (10/5): Comfort, convenience, and hospitality were all top-notch. - Our stay at Guest House Bella Onda was absolutely perfect! The facilities were excellent, everything was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. It’s the ideal place for anyone with an early departure from Venice airport. We especially appreciated the late check-in option and the thoughtful breakfast meal box prepared for guests leaving before sunrise — such a convenient and caring touch before an early morning flight. Everything exceeded expectations. Comfort, convenience, and hospitality were all top-notch. Absolutely a 10/10 stay, highly recommended!

• PAUL (8/5): Very close to airport. Free airport shuttle in working hours, nice room. - The free airport pick up was very nice. The room was good size (for Europe). The airport is only 15 minute walk if you are leaving on an early flight like us (5am). Their service runs 9am to 7pm, I think) and Uber won't pick you up anywhere in that area (according to booking on phone) not even at the Marriott on the same street. A cab will, but it's like $50, easy walk. We just flew in for the evening to catch an early flight to Amsterdam, so we didn't really stay long enough to have any complaints.

Olime hotellis ainult ühe öö, kõiki pakutavaid võimalusi ei olnud kahjuks aega nautida. Personal oli vastutulelik hilise saabumise ja voodite osas, suhtlus oli sujuv ja sõbralik. Tuba oli väga ilus ja puhas, maja kergesti leitav.

Taxi that the staff booked for me charged me almost double from what I paid when I came from the airport. Firstly tried to persuade me to pay cash only, then added ‘cc machine’ surcharge. All in all - bad experience for no reason.

Petit-déjeuner buffet fourni pour les 3 chambres de l'hôtel, même si peu de variété en terme de nourriture "salé" si l'on est tatillon Il n'y a pas de réception : la seule personne que l'on voit est la personne présente le matin pour gérer le petit-déjeuner + récupérer les taxes de séjours. Il n'y a donc pas de bagagerie possible pour stocker les bagages le jour du départ, et le check out étant tôt (10h00) cela oblige à garder ses bagages avec soit ou payer un service ailleurs

Nous avions prévu d'arriver après 19h et nous avons reçu tous les codes le jour même avant 12h par mail. L'établissement nous a même proposé de nous réserver un taxi pour le lendemain à 4h30 en nous informant du tarif. Le restaurant juste en face, Al Quadrante, est topissime.

Δεν υπήρχε πρωινό, ενώ καλό θα ήταν να υπάρχει έστω ένα στοιχειώδες πρωινό για τους επισκέπτες, δεδομένου ότι δεν υπάρχουν πολλά διαθέσιμα μαγαζιά στην περιοχή. Επίσης, προσωπικά μου κόστισε που δεν υπήρχε υπηρεσί α στην RECEPTION , τουλάχιστον μέχρι αργά το βράδυ. Κακή επιλογή για όποιον θέλει να δει τη Βενετία.
