- Adele (6/5): - Good location. Big bed, Handy kitchenette. Helpful staff. Portable heater was provided as the hotel heating was already off for the summer season (it was still cool/cold at night) Noise from street (staff offered to move us, but we declined for such a short stay) Old style windows don't provide any sound proofing. Firm bed. All the tech equipment and self spa appliances on every surface of the room and bathroom, not sure why it is there....and if anyone uses it. We had to move it all so we could put our things out.

The amenities were amazing, including a kitchenette, on the house snacks, Swiss chocolates, jewellery cleaner, face steamer, instant selfie printer, foot massager, and daily laundry service on the house! We have traveled a lot but this type of service in Europe was beyond surprising and refreshing! The staff was warm and they would be available any time of the day for our help. NA

- Jasmine (6/5): Not worth it! - Very comfortable bed, great location. Housekeeping is terrible. They don’t replenish supplies unless I asked for, even though when I asked for it still take a while. Laundry supposedly take 24 hours, but it could take 48 hours. Lots of chic gadgets but half of them don’t work. Tub water stopper cannot be released, till engineer fix it. Shower door was not sealed, so water flooded the floor. Stovetop does not work, till engineer fix it. Kitchen supply make no sense, has bread knife but no cutting board, no kitchen towel or paper towels. Construction on next building starts early morning, very noisy.

Room size = Perfect Location = one of the best location i GVA, very convenient Breakfast = Excelent but may be a rotation menu would be great, as we had the same BF for the whole week Sleep quality = Excellent, the apartment is quiet, only one down side is there is a construction in the block (as of Apr 2026), so the Bang!! start 7am sharp--- hope the construction would finish soon. Will definately visit here again

The location is excellent, surrounded by restaurants and walking distance to most places. The apartment we had was clean and had top notch facilities (including electronic shutters). The customer service was better than any other hotel or apartment we stayed at during our European holiday. They really go above and beyond! I highly recommend this property for your Geneva holiday.

The apartment was decorated with impeccable taste with all the amenities you could think of.....and then some. The bathroom and shower had all the extra comforts provided that you could think of, even a jewellery cleaning machine, a foot bath and a facial sauna! The most extraordinary thing about our stay was the breakfast! It was the most beautiful breakfast you could every imagine and was delivered each morning to our room. It was not just a breakfast, but an entire feast with everything you could imagine, including hot fresh pastries each and every morning! Just when you thought it could not get any better, each day a lovely person would take our dirty laundry away and return it to us and the end of the day. It was extraordinary in every way!! The most incredible part of our stay was our lovely connection with the Chief Conciege, Bastien. Bastien is the most kind, warm and professional person you could ever have the pleasure of meeting. I have never met such a person in his role woho clearly loves every minute of his job. His daily interactions with us were fun, interesting and always with a personal touch with added stories of historical facts and past experiences. We both feel honored to have met him and hope to keep in touch!! Our stay was too short! :) Otherwise, absolut perfection!!

The location is great. The service was top-rate. The apartment is huge. The technology provided made the stay a novelty for us all. The apartment was very clean. The apartment was well appointed. - aledm (10/5): We recommend this hotel - Our 60-square-meter apartment at Swiss Luxury Apartments was essentially one big room, separated into 3 spaces (US$637.22 per day with breakfast and parking). We stayed for two months and it worked for us. We had a living room with a sofa, a coffee table, a bench with storage, and a huge chair. The very large TV screen was on the far wall. There were alcoves with windows in each section of the room (that were good storage areas). At the back of the sofa was a large table, large enough for both of our laptops, so it served as our desk. The room was very dark; we asked for more lights and two standing lamps were brought. They made a huge difference. Then came the dining table and kitchen area. The kitchen had enough counter space to work. The next part was the bedroom with two closets on the side of the bed. We were brought two small tables to use bedside, which were very useful. The general manager bought a chest of drawers for us that fit into one of the window alcoves. With the chest of drawers, we had enough storage to unpack everything. We had the suitcases taken away to storage, and we were all set. Ignacio, the hotel's technician, helped us connect our Chromecast device to the TV, and voilà, we had all of our 12 thousand photos scrolling all day. So we were really all set. Audre particularly liked the 19th-early 20th century moldings and ceiling design; the wall hangings were okay and improved during our stay when new art was brought. The staff was absolutely wonderful to us. Housekeeping came every day to change the towels and remove the garbage. This was the only hotel in our travel history that periodically brought us a variety of little Swiss treats: Swiss chocolate, dried fruit, organic butter flutes, nuts, and other savories, as well as specialty teas. When it got cold, the staff worked with us to get the temperature in the apartment to our liking. It was difficult because the temperature in the room was controlled at the front desk. One day we could see a dusting of snow on the roof tops below us--that was neat. Swiss Luxury Apartments is in the Pâquis quartier and it was in the midst of many, many ethnic restaurants. We were overjoyed. After a summer and fall of eating either Italian or French, we were happy to have Asian, Middle Eastern and African. The location was very convenient for everything, actually. Bastian, the concierge, provided us with restaurant recommendations and useful tips for getting around. Speaking of nice, it is really nice to get on a crowded bus or tram and have people get up and give us their seats. We went to the Activ Fitness gym around the corner (recommended by the hotel) and bought monthly passes (CHF 150 for each of us) and became devoted gym goers.

- mikesW9919ZA (8/5): A friendly, comfortable, good-value small apartment in a terrific city - We stayed in Geneva at the end of month-long travel - and the Swiss Luxury Apartments were perfect. Comfortable, and close to the lake, station and CBD. Other things that were just right were: lovely service, the free laundry service ('the magic basket'), the bit more space when compared to a normal hotel room (great to unpack and repack towards the end of a long trip, and a short walk to the amazing food hall supermarket to get some dinner to prepare back at the apartment kitchenette, instead of paying incredible prices to eat out (again!) Probably the only tricky thing is that it is not far from the train station (7 - 10-minute walk) - too close for the taxi to be interested but could be a problem to walk if it is raining. The taxi to the airport was no problem, however. There was a little bit of construction nearby - worth checking if booking - but it was not enough to trouble us.

- K5215NPdavids (6/5): Ok. Not quite luxury. Construction all around - The room was set up well and if you are staying an extended time there is all you need. The location is very good near the lake and xmas market. However , the construction noise is unacceptable and we were not advised it was happening prior to arrival. In addition, the apartment is advertised with air con but it is turned off in winter. The apartment was very hot and therefore we needed to leave windows open exacerbating the noise. Totally disruptive and irritating. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Laundry service was good. Tired looking snacks in the lobby were sad. Water and soda in the room along with surprise snacks was a nice touch. I think 'luxury' is a bit of a stretch here after you see or stay at the Ritz or four seasons around the corner. For the comparative value it was ok especially with no on site food. Be aware of the construction when booking.

Nowadays hotels are cutting back on items in the room - it was lovely to get these surprises. One evening I mentioned I wanted an apple - 2 appeared very quickly and were handed to me free of charge. The location couldn’t be better — just a 2-minute walk from the lake, which made exploring Geneva so easy and enjoyable. The in-room breakfast service was excellent, and we really appreciated that they offered halal options — such a thoughtful touch. The daily laundry service and cleaning were top-notch and made our stay so comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer any questions or assist with anything we needed. The apartment itself had so many thoughtful amenities — we loved that there was a Qibla direction, a photo printer, and even VR equipment! And as tea lovers, we were thrilled to find a tea machine in the room — it’s usually only coffee machines, so that was a pleasant surprise. Overall, it was a perfect stay — luxurious, comfortable, and filled with small details that made it feel like home. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Geneva!
