- Sven (7/5): - Geräumiges Zimmer, technische Ausstattung ok Frühstück ist gut, abwechslungsreich und ausreichend, leider nicht im Haus sondern in der Raststätte nebenan Lage an der Autobahn und Industrie schlecht, Fenster öffnen nur unter extremen Lärm durch viel Lkw Verkehr. Zum Frühstück muss man in die Raststätte gehen.

- Reisende (6/5): Für die Durchreise oder eine Nacht war es OK ... - Kostenlose Parkplätze, freundliches Personal und Sauberkeit in den Zimmern! Das Hotel ist geeignet wenn man auf der Durchreise ist und eine Nacht zum schlafen braucht. Das Hotel war an einem Autohof/Tankstellenhof gelegen zwischen Spielcasino und Bikini Museum gegenüber gleich die Tankstelle dadurch viel Autoverkehr/lärm...! In diesem Zimmer war der Straßenlärm bei geschlossenem Fenster noch zu hören. Leider war der Frühstücksbereich außerhalb des Hotels in Tankstelle und "Imbissrestaurant" über den Parkplatz gelegen. Keine schöne Atmosphäre zum Frühstücken und auch das Frühstück war nicht ausreichend. Kein Obst oder Gemüse aufgeschnitten, habe mir dann die Dekoration von Wurst / Käseplatte als "grüne " Beilage (2 kleine Tomaten)genommen. Zwei Sorten Schnittkäse und einen kleinen Leib Camembert der nicht appetitlich aussah als Vergetarierin keine Alternativen als Aufstrich oder Belag.

- JM (8/5): Fijn hotel voor op doorreis - Fijn dat je ook laat nog kan inchecken. Overnachting op doorreis naar Oostenrijk, lekker dichtbij de snelweg. Goed ontbijt aan de overkant in het restaurant. Het is wel gehorig!

- Ivar-Illimar (4/5): Room and breakfast were good, but check-in was a disaster and staff don't respond to messages at all - The breakfast was a definite highlight - there was an impressive variety of foods to choose from, and the fresh juice station was a nice touch. The children particularly enjoyed the lollipops and Haribo candies available. While the hotel room was clean and well-maintained, the entrance area could use some improvement as it felt rather unwelcoming. Issue 1 - Lost iPad: We left our iPad in the room. Housekeeping found it while we were at breakfast. Unfortunately, instead of bringing it to us (the reception knew we were in the breakfast area), they chose to send a message through Booking.com. Ironically, I was at the reception desk at that exact moment asking for breakfast coupons. It's disappointing that they didn't simply contact us in person when we were right there in the hotel. After this initial message, the hotel stopped responding through Booking.com entirely. I had to search for the hotel's direct contact information and have sent multiple emails, but I have still not received any response to this day. This lack of communication regarding a guest's lost property is completely unacceptable. Issue 2 - Check-in Problems: The check-in procedure was extremely problematic. We arrived late in the evening, and the reception was closed despite information stating that 24/7 check-in was available. There was an automated kiosk, but it had an error message and was not working. We attempted to check in through the website, but it requested payment again (even though we had already paid). When we returned to the hotel, we found an information paper stating that the reception was located at the gas station in front of the hotel. However, there was no one at the desk. I waited for 10 minutes until a staff member returned from a smoke break. This was a very frustrating experience after a long day of travel.
