- Luzia Tomas (8/5): Amazing experience and will come back again - The breakfast was amazing and the staffs were very friendly. Sahid offer free parking for guests which is very convenient. The location is perfect with many shops and restaurants nearby and it's value for money. We also managed to hold a celebration for our parent 50th anniversary and the event team was amazing. Everything just look perfect as it meant to be. We really happy with the services provided. Just small note for the staff when cleaning the room to consistently check and re-fill the amenities like toiletries and so on in the room and also perhaps to consider replace pillows as they are hard to sleep on and the towels - they are clean but perhaps too old, need replacement! Perhaps more gyms equipment is needed and have them in a room with Air-con, as it is too hot to have them outside. Other than that everything else is perfect!

- Nanik (1/5): - Front desk staff are accommodating. 1. The bed sheet was not replaced when we checked in as proven by strands of hair left by the previous occupants. 2. We had an early check in and we were charged more than half of our room rate. If that is a policy, I think it is over charge. 3. We reserved with 2 adults and our 10 year old kid. But when we are about to enter the breakfast lounge, we are asked to pay additional pax. 4. The floor drain's cover is not well in place so the is foul smell coming from it and enters our room! I woke up early in the morning because of that bad smell...........I did a DIY job just to eliminate the odor!!!

Fasilitas di Suite Premiere berkurang (tidak ada meja makan, tisu kamar mandi, dan perlengkapan sholat) dibandingkan saya menginap sebelumnya di tipe yang sama. - Mrs. (8/5): Go To 4 stars Hotel! - The staff was nice and kind. Willing to help and always ready to help. The foods for room service are amazing. We also able to pay with card, cash or qris, which is so convenient. All the food we've ordered are always delicious. We ordered the same foods several times and the quality and taste were not change. House keepings are amazing. They even asked if they were allowed to go inside when we just went out. They also politely asked when was the right time for them to clean the room when they saw us come too early to the hotel. My family went out early in the morning and sometimes went back in 2 hours for change. The front office was super nice and helpful. My English-speaking husband finds no difficulty in communicating with them. They also helped us to do an early check-in for my mum (for this room). I like they always added my favourite childhood food for breakfast (bubur sumsum & ketan hitam). Plus plus for their jamu (my husband named it "jungle drink"), we love it. Yes, some of the corners in the building need a little upgrade. Our floor looks older than 2 floors below us. Especially in this room, where my mum stayed, the air-conditioner leaked so badly. The elevators need to be fixed, it said 1,000 kg / 11 people. But when it was just 8 people with no luggage it said full. As an international guess, we hoped they also catered more for the international guests. My husband couldn't use the bidet, and a bit shocked knowing that there was not a single new toilet paper in our room, we needed to call the front office to provide us, and they came with just one toilet paper.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The hotel’s central location made it very convenient to explore the city, with easy access to tourist attractions, dining spots, and souvenir shops. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were always helpful and attentive. The restaurant also served delicious meals that I truly enjoyed. Highly recommended! The room was not very spacious and felt a bit dated. There were also some minor issues like low water pressure that could be improved for a better experience.

- Ratry (10/5): Nice and Comfort ,Hotel in Jogyakarta - A business trip to Jogya, this time made me stop at the Sahid Raya Hotel and Convention, it is located a little off the main road, which makes the hotel feel quite calm, there are several entrances to the hotel lobby and I only realized this when the taxi driver took me to the back area . The convention area is like an oasis in the middle of the city, welcoming the Chinese New Year, red and gold decorations appear in the corners of the room, the check-in process is fast, the lobby atmosphere feels cool and smells calming The hotel directed me to a deluxe king premier room. During the walk to the room, what caught my attention was: the hallway to the room looked clean, neat, there were no stains on the walls or floor, and that was a very pleasant thing. The deluxe premier king room, very spacious and pleasant, the shades of cream and brown felt calming, after I did tiring activities in Jogyakarta, I found a marble sink with matching colors, complete ameneties arranged in a wooden box, I wanted to take it home (hehehe), The bathtub is comfortable, makes me want to stay in it for a long time, clean towels and bathrobes without the smell of bleach are very good, then the AC works very well, makes me feel relaxed I went down to eat at the restaurant, enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant which was playing a film, noticed the hotel staff were busy preparing equipment for breakfast, I asked the hotel staff to say what delicious recommended food for dinner, and they suggested special fried rice, sahid, bitterballen, frenzy drink, and black cendol ice as dessert. Bitterballen with mozzarella cheese that melts when you bite into it, this typical Dutch cake has quite a large portion, I have to be careful because eating too much can make you full. The main menu is Sahid fried rice, the appearance is sweet, it is appetizing, the addition of fried chicken, shrimp and satay, however, it's a shame that the shrimp tastes bitter, I don't know, maybe it was fried incorrectly. Frenzy drink, tastes refreshing, strawberry sour, mixed with the sweetness of lychee, refreshing and cleans the mouth from the remaining fried rice oil, the black cendol ice menu feels very luxurious, I can feel that the ingredients used are very good the mattress was very neat, clean and comfortable, long and small pillows were available, I was used to sleeping using a bolster, it helped me sleep better that night, the next morning I was a little panicked to find a crumpled shirt in the suitcase, and the good thing was that it was in the cupboard there is an ironing table, with tools, luckily, and this is Sahid Raya Hotels and Convention Jogyakarta, Very Nice

Ii don't like that they provide three in one soap which is for body wash, shampoo and hand wash. It is better they provide separate soap because the level of oil in our body is different.

We were attending a meeting held at Sahid, apparently the lifts are bit slow. took longer time to get to another floor. Take half an hour by taxi to the center, not many good restaurants around the hotel.

The building, especially the rooms need a lot of repairs. the room is small and some wooden list in the walls are weathered, it is open and there are insects coming out of it, the air conditioner is leaking, the room floor is damp. The staff were very helpful with options for changing rooms and giving several room options, but all option room looked equally run down. Some repairs are also needed in some public area, such as in fitness centre, dining room near the buffet table.

The hotel looked like an abandoned student dormitory. Walls were dirty, the paint and wallpaper were starting to peel off, and the shower was without any curtain. With such a small size, get ready to spurt water everywhere during shower. The floor was dirty, and and a tile in my room was off. The room size was super small, and the carpet in the hallway was terribly dirty. It's not worth the price.

Also, this is the first time I just get 1 room card for a room for 3 people. all amenities is for 2 people only as well even after the turndown service, not prepared at all. The main bedroom’s slide doors are also broken, and most of the light bulbs were blinking at times. The towels look so worn out the color is not white anymore. When I came, there were hairs in the bathtub.

Staff at the counter quoted 100000rupiah for 1hr massage. However was charged 200000rupiah, even though the receipt stated 150000rupiah. -price which i paid for should include breakfast, but was denied of breakfast there. And was told to pay a separate fee for the breakfast - ordered a room service for 4am bento breakfast and requested for airport shutle at 430am. However breakfast was not sent. Went down to the reception and everywhere was dark. Not a single soul was around. Felt it was like a hauted hotel. I had to raise my voice to look for staff as there wasnt even a bell for me to press. The staff eventually came out from a room. He was sleeping and overlooked on my requests. But he quickly called for his driver to send me to the airport. Luckily i didnt miss my flight back home
- Everett Lowell (6/5): Good Hotel - A small group of visiting church workers from America. A brief two nights. The hotel is undergoing massive upgrade so access was down a dark alley. Staff was great, but the complimentary breakfast was Spartan, perhaps because so few guests. It will likely be an excellent hotel when the renovation is complete.
