- Kerry (10/5): Great place to stay for a weekend - Lovely rooms and views of the garden.
- Donna (10/5): My parents stayed for my dads 80th he w - My parents said it was beautiful. Lovely and clean
- Mariana (10/5): An Absolute gem! - Venue excellent, hostess was friendly and fabulous. Made us feel totally at home and relaxed. Leaving! Would have stayed a week if we could. Definitely love to go back, an absolute gem... thank you so much.

- Christine (10/5): - We were welcomed and found this to be a marvellous location. Friendly hostess and breakfast prepared fresh. Comfortable room.
- Keryn (10/5): COMFORTABLE ACCOMMODATION NEAR STRATFORD-ON-AVON - This was a lovely B&B outside Stratford on Avon. The view from the living/breakfast room was wonderful over the pretty garden and orchard into the valley. The breakfast was delicious and made to order. There are 2 (or 3?) rooms and they are all upstairs. We were very comfortable here for a couple of nights. It isn't close to any shops, etc, so come prepared. There are two ways into Stratford-on-Avon from the property and we found the one that didn't bank up as much was turning left (when standing with your back to the property) and getting onto the highway. I think people should be aware that there are stairs down from the parking bay and then again once inside the building. It wasn't an issue for us apart from getting luggage inside. We opted to leave our heavy bags in the car and only take in what we needed for the stay and that worked out fine.

Breakfast was wonderful, all freshly cooked, homemade bread and jams, the breakfast table had a linen cloth and napkins, we didn't feel rushed to leave after breakfast but all relaxed and ready for our second day out. would definitely stay again when in the area. nothing
- Kevin (10/5): Lovely short stay - Very comfy bed, lovely views and a warm welcome.
Tasty breakfast with a good selection available.
Ideally situated for Stratford and Warwick
- Nicky (9/5): Comfortable, warm, very clean and welcoming. - Very comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom.
Lovely fresh breakfast and an extremely warm and welcoming host. The room was a little small for 2 people sharing a twin, but other than that everything was perfect!

- Rachel (10/5): Bright, airy room with orchard view, close to Stratford and farm shop. - The room, the fancy VELUX windows (could get a light breeze flowing through the room), the balcony and view, spotting deer in the orchard, the breakfast, talking to fellow guests, visiting the farm shop next door. It really felt like a relaxing weekend away. Elide was so helpful, would definitely recommend and hope to return! Nothing!
- Jessica (8/5): Restful, an oasis on our trip. - Breakfast was delicious and offered variety. We also enjoyed the view of the orchard from our room. There was a doe and two fawns. We watched the doe and fawn clean each other while the other grazed.
- Douglas (10/5): Quiet retreat. - Lovely property and gracious hosts. Breakfast was a highlight. We’d return.

- Lynette (9/5): Beautiful room and view - The property was beautifully clean, well equipped and Ellie warm and friendly. A tasty breakfast was had with a lovely view across to Stratford. The room smelt of mothballs and was noisy with car traffic when the window was open.
- Birgit (8/5): Very good - Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh fruit and a wide range of dishes to choose from. The location was great, with wonderful vistas from the breakfast room & garden, but not from our bedroom which faced on to the street. Parking in/exiting the small allocated parking space could sometime be quite adventurous, as the locals tended to speed past at all hours, whatever the local speed limit. Otherwise handily located just off a main A road between Stratford and Warwick. Found it hard to believe that a 5 Star rated property with so few rooms, manages to have a double bedroom with so little space on the one side of the bed that there is absolutely NO room for a bedside table or lamp etc., due to the fact that the door to the bathroom takes up all the space between that side of the bed and the outside wall.
- Mary (9/5): Relaxing and enjoyable - Excellent breakfast, lovely room with views, friendly proprietor - nothing too much trouble External steps and stairs only because we both have mobility issues
- Duncan (10/5): Exceptional - Exquisite setting
- Nigel (10/5): Great base for exploring Warwickshire. - Beautifully appointed place to stay with a friendly host and excellent breakfast.
Easy to find, good parking and fantastic views.
- Diane (10/5): Exceptional -
- Frank (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jacqueline (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kev (10/5): Perfection, for all future guests you will really enjoy your stay here - We had an amazing view with lots of wildlife, deer, rabbits, squirrels and many different breeds of bird, stunning to look at from our balcony.
The accommodation was very comfortable, immaculately clean with everything needed thought of.
Elide was a perfect host for our 2 night stay, along with a sumptuous breakfast topped off with perfectly baked homemade bread.
Highly recommended. Nothing, it was perfect
- Damien (10/5): Family wedding stay - We have just finished a really enjoyable 3 night stay. Lovely comfortable room. Clean, fresh bedding and a great nights sleep. Breakfast was great and the small fridge in the room was really handy. Elide the host was friendly and welcoming, and the Snitterfield arms pub was great for evening meals. Will definitely be returning. Thanks Elide.
- Zoe (10/5): Beautiful b&b, super breakfast, and the nicest host :) - A really comfortable serviced ensuite room with all the extra touches you could ask for. Our host Ellie was so welcoming and her attention to detail was super. The breakfast isn't just a breakfast; the bread is freshly made, the jam homemade using fruit from their orchard etc and the dining room has the most spectacular view! The location was perfect for touring Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon, lovely and quiet but just a few miles from these places. We really enjoyed our stay :)
- Shirley (10/5): Fantastic! - Shakespeare’s View exceeded our expectations. It was so clean, the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional and set us up for the day. We will definitely be returning I can’t think of anything that could be improved, everything was spot on!
- Alana (10/5): It was just perfect. - It was bliss! Very calming beautiful views! The most attentive host, could be more helpful. So clean and welcoming, parking was easy, and breakfast was unreal. The best bread! I would defiantly stay here again!
- Sheila (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent menu - thank you
- Elizabeth (10/5): Everything superb - Breakfast so much choice would accommodate any request lovely home made preserves
Lovely garden and an array of birds on the feeders outside conservatory window during breakfast
Excellent facilities Everywhere so clean Bed a little soft but didn’t affect our sleeping or stay
- Keith (9/5): Superb -
- Claire (10/5): - This is a beautiful property within easy reach of Stratford upon Avon. Our room had a stunning view, was beautifully furnished with a super comfy bed and included a fridge with water and milk, and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was spotlessly clean with a huge modern shower and large fluffy towels. There were plenty of choices for breakfast and it was all cooked perfectly. Elide is a warm and friendly host who has created a more than comfortable home away from home. We can’t recommend this property highly enough. Thank you for a great stay!
- Carole (10/5): Super stay, would definitely visit again. - Extremely pleasant and helpful host.
Comfortable room and excellent lounge and dining room overlooking garden and countryside
Breakfast excellent, freshly prepared with a good choice.
Located approximately 4 miles outside Stratford but a Park and ride bus service close by. Some unavoidable traffic noise from the road overlooking our room.
- Christopher (10/5): Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. - There was plenty of choice for breakfast, including fruit, juices, cereals, toast and well cooked breakfast. This was efficiently served to tables with clean cloths and serviettes. Location had lovely views with an easy drive into Stratford Upon Avon. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Had to be careful backing into the parking space in front of the garage, directly from the road due to possible traffic both ways, although not a busy road.
- Mike (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vicki (9/5): Very comfortable stay in homely surroundings with stunning views, and friendly host. - Good size room with everything you need, and stunning views to wake up to. Great to have separate a lounge area to sit in of an evening, and loved watching the wildlife in a morning at breakfast. Breakfast was amazing with home made bread and preserves and perfect poached eggs. Only negative was the parking as driveway is on a blind bend and you feel like you take your life in your hands as you reverse in.
You approach the property via a set of steps going down, leading from the driveway so may not be good for people with mobility issues.
- June (10/5): Exceptional - Everything exceptional recommended to all Very relaxing couple of days
- Claire (10/5): Wonderful and the rest I desperately needed - Beautiful view s lovely comfortable bed very clean. Gracious hostess If you struggle with stairs might be an issue but worth it for the view over the orchard with deer and rabbits playing

- Paul (10/5): - What an absolute excellent spot, we cannot fault it one bit, comfortable, impeccably clean, spacious and perfectly situated. Would highly recommend.
- Antonia (10/5): Beautiful 2 night stay in a beautiful place - The room was incredibly modern whilst having a very classic feel. The host was amazing and the breakfasts just amazing. We had the suite which meant our own private entrance and a lot of privacy. The views out of the window were amazing and I would imagine in summer sitting out on the balcony would be spectacular. Absolutely nothing

- Judith (9/5): A relaxing stay at a lovely house with a great view. - Fantastic breakfast, cooked to order, along with fruit & cereal. Good coffee too. The weather
- Erin (10/5): Can't wait to go back! :) - Lovely house and view in a beautiful region. Best breakfast we have had in ages--we stayed two nights and were only too happy to request the exact same the 2nd morning. Thanks for our wonderful stay! Already upon leaving we were thinking of when we could come back. Nothing! Just a note: the driveway is a bit difficult to exit due to not being able to see the road. While there wasn't a lot of traffic, the cars went by rather fast. This remark is not due to the proprietor, on the contrary: she explained that she has tried to ask the local government if they could reduce the speed on the street. Last tip: our GPS did not understand exactly where the house was--just follow the information in your confirmation from her. :)
- Jennie (10/5): Idyllic - Everything! Our room was extremely comfortable, pretty, and clean. Breakfast was excellent and our hostess was wonderful. If we are in the area again, we will absolutely stay here again! Nothing!
- Gabrielle (10/5): Exceptional - Breakfast was most excellent, with fresh fruit and home baked bread. Super coffee too.
