Anne (10/5): Great Room, Location and Value for Money. - 10 minute walk from South Brisbane railway station, Southbank and Lyric Theatre. The Room was very Spacious, with a kitchen with basic utensils, and the beds were very comfortable. Our room backed onto the train line, but we didn't hear anything.
Amber (9/5): - Nice apartment, close to transport and eats & drinks, has a little restaurant downstairs as well with a bar. A bit of a sewage pipe smell in Bathroom, not all to horrid tho.

Erin (7/5): - The place was clean and comfortable. It was very affordable. The kitchenette was very small and didn't have enough cookware. Provisions such as toilet paper and towels were very limited and you had to ask specifically for extras and were told there could be extra charges. The reception hours were very short so it was hard to get assistance. There was no room service despite it being a 4 night stay.

Dee (9/5): Thank you to ever organised to split a bed and make two . - I appreciate that they were able to organise single beds . I have recently had shoulder surgery. So single beds made the trip so much easier.
Shannon (8/5): Location was everything for us and this had that. The rooms were comfortable - Location was awesome Bit overpriced. Location was awesome but the room was pretty basic. Not worth $300 + a night. But it had everything we needed. The corridors were warm and smelt a little like hot oil !

Rachel (4/5): Ok for a basic one night stay - Clean room, convenient location just short walk over the river to Queen St etc. Twin room looked nothing like the photos. Booked it expecting an apartment or studio apartment like the photos but was a tiny room with hardly any space. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable and room/bathroom had a horrible sewerage smell every so often. Had to leave the aircon on all day and night to try and eliminate it. Bathroom was clearly an add on with just a frosted glass wall and not a lot of privacy. Only needed the room for a night thankfully but would stay more than one night.

Seleena (10/5): Big City Life - It was a nice area. Very convenient to the event we were going to which was only a 5min walk. Also a bar and restaurant at the bottom which was also a bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room door wouldn't lock. The hot water would take a few minutes to get hot, so I ended up just having a cold shower for a while but, very appreciative and grateful for a clean room.

Had everything you’d need for a short term stay as well. Could smell the garbage chute in the corridor and at times in our room. Our bathroom door handle was broken

We had two cars and normal only space for one but because it wasn’t busy we could put both cars. Staff helped us out a lot. Can’t fault anything

colinaU7322QM (2/5): Shambles booking in. - No manned reception at weekend. Called out of hours. Said they had no record of my booking. How can you not know who is staying in your building? Referred back to booking.com who confirmed booking. Sent location of a lock box with code to get apartment key. Lock box about 200 yards away on different street attached to a wire fence with 15 other lock boxes and nothing to identify which was yours. You couldn't make it up. Eventually after trying code in 1/2 of the boxes found my key. Hotel advises of gym and pool but no information about which floor to find them and no staff to ask. Stress I didn't need. The staff did not know where we could access nearby restaurants- the place next door was not a restaurant it was a cafe that closed at 1 pm and the staff didn’t know where we could go for a meal
