We couldn’t use the pool but the space around looked nice as well. We booked a room for 3 (child included) but we got only 1 double bed. They told us after our arrival that for the extra bed for the kid we should have paid an extra fee.

Teh serenade by the restaurant team while carrying the cake and presenting it to my wife was awesome. The surprise escort to the room was exquisite. - Megan Kamika (10/5): - I was pleasantly surprised at how much consideration the Radisson had for my sister who was observing the month of Ramadan, they had a special menu for meals in the morning at 4am I've very well traveled and we have never had so much consideration before. It gave a special sense of care and meant a great deal. Staff were friendly and kind. The food selection at the hotel restaurant was a little limited maybe some more added options to explore.

My check in process was flawless, the room allocated was spacious and modern. Onlooking the pool with complimentary drinks which was all fantastic. Unfortunately after returning home i was full or red bumps in clusters consistent with bed bugs/mites. I traveled with 2 colleagues who had the same and stayed in different areas of the hotel. They need to treat their mattresses on an ongoing basis because they clearly have an issue. Sadly i wont return after this experience which is sad because everything else was really good

When holiday bookings in a hotel are meant to want to have access to a pool. Management must hv indicated pool is under maintenance or provided other alternative hotel services like access to a sister hotels pool?

Initially, during booking online, it shows including breakfast. When I get to the counter I was not advise or offer the option of breakfast during payment at the counter. That said, I must acknowledge the gentleman at the counter Mr Kelvin for his excellent customer centered service, very helpful, very polite, respectful, good communication skill and engagement The shower head was leaking so I reported the matter but was not resolved though there was an attempt by a staff. I was not communicated to earlier that the breakfast was not included in my booking.
