It's class, sophistication, comfort and good location to all your needs. Like I said this is one of my favourite accommodations, not always easy to get parking with the hotel if it's full.

The unit had not one comfortable chair to sit on and the lounge should have been replaced years ago. The shower had zero pressure and the bathroom’s grout had a build up of mould.

After a couple of meals we had to eat out it was so poor. (Eg supposedly hot food for buffet breakfast was cold. The next day we asked if we could just have cereal/oats, yoghurt, fresh fruit and toast but they said it wasn’t possible. Very inflexible. Very disappointing

The Doona could do with a good wash as it was so dusty under the normal bedroom lights at nighttime when I made my bed up went to throw over the bed and a pile of fluff and dust particles appeared.Made me sneeze and cough alot during the night .Please wash it or replace it Please.As I slept with my neck scarf around my mouth to avoid Dust from Doona .And woke up with a sore throat I believe was from Dirty Dust particles in the Air.Also the level corridors floor could do with a Daily vacuum I had seen outside leaves indoors very untidy for a Accomadation .Basement down to carpark could do with Abit if TLC to Freshen it up looks rundown from bottom up.. Evan when I went down to swimming pool in the morning No towels were available but old towels left on chairs from day prior no fresh Towels available at poolside .Maybe staff need to check these areas look neglected.
• Gemma (4/5): Overall very disappointed in the standard of the room and level of customer service by hotel staff. - The room was not the same standard as how they looked in the photos at the time of booking. The room definitely didn't look clean and looked run down. The carpet was lifting and was very stained. There was missing grout around the tiles around the bath. There was definitely some simple maintenance items that should be attended to to improve the overall standard of the room. Also, booked the hotel due to that it said there was parking but there was no parking available. The site did say that parking is subject to availability but staff at reception was not helpful in directing us to convenient parking nearby. When complained about the cleanliness of the room and requested a room change, the staff advised they would speak to the Manager to arrange but just didn't call us back.

• Alana (10/5): Great stay close to the city - A lovely apartment to stay in. Bed was comfortable, shower pressure was good. Facilities were great pool/spa and gym were nicely accessible. Rooms serviced daily and ammenities replaced. Staff at the front desk super lovely and welcoming. Didn’t have any bowls other than one large salad bowl, so for self catering purposes it made things difficult. Accessible parking is super limited therefore street parking was our only option which proved to be difficult on the weekend.

• Frankie (8/5): Family friendly hotel - It is very child-friendly. The amenities namely the kitchen, washing machine and a separate dryer came in very handy for the family. It also has a dishwasher, which makes cleaning the dishes very convenient. The exec apartment gives the feeling of living in a home away from home. It is a 25 minutes Uber/DiDi ride from the airport and the RED CAT public transport offers free rides within the city of Perth. It is also close to a number of playgrounds that are within walking distance. If you drive, they offer on-site parking for 30AUD per day. Although they said spaces are limited, there were ample parking spaces available during our stay. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and would come back here the next time we visit Perth. Nothing, it met our expectations.

• Paul (7/5): Good location, good room layout, some services were unable to be supplied - Location was good and the layout was good I asked about late checkout at time of booking. Then was told to ask at check-in. Then I was told at check-in to ask at checkout. The request was declined (apart from a courtesy one hour extension which we didn’t use - we purchased a day room elsewhere). I asked to park the car on premises and was added to a waitlist which never cleared. That meant continually monitoring the car at the street-side Wilson parking. Kitchen garbage bin broken. Kitchen exhaust fan and filters dirty. Kitchen dishwasher racks were not installed correctly and plates were too big for the dishwasher. Lobby had a very strong room deodoriser to mask the smell of cigarette smoking.
• Michael (8/5): Pleasant ambience located in good surroundings. - Washer Dryer in apartment. Spaciousness Bedding comfort. View Two large screen Gym Food was pretty good. Staff were very polite and at your service. Sofa lounge was aged and sunken. Dust in the corner of the chairs and tv cabinet frame. Curtain edges were frayed from hot Perth sun. Walls need a fresh lick of paint. Parking is hit or miss so we looked for street parking each night.

Room not cleaned properly (eg bin not emptied during three days) and bathroom etc not cleaned. Could hear door slamming from neighbour throughout the evening. Parking very expensive forcing us to park nearby and keep moving the car.

I will say your staff ladies at the counter where very professional and polite to deal with as the time I was waiting in the lobby there where quite a few people complaining about there rooms. They handle the matter very polite and professional. The hotel was amazing very clean and tidy. A notice about there being no water when booking. And there needs to be a notice about maximum There needs to be a notice about the maximum height of a vehicle which is 2.1m. at the entrance as my vehicle clear the first maximum height then once I got down it did not clear the 2.1m and had to turn my vehicle around in a very short space with out hitting anything.
