ESPECIALLY: PARKER (unfortunately I did not get his last name) His professional, positive and helpful ways, were invaluable to me and my family and friends. He gave me the extra time and attention I needed to organize , choose and distribute rooms in an efficient way that made the stay and details work perfectly. I had to visit with him multiple times and he reassured and received my concerns and questions patiently and pleasantly. He truly takes his job seriously and has the perfect personality and ability to make things appear seamless and that nothing is a problem or can't be made right or resolved! He is an asset to your resort and I am very grateful for his help along the way. THANK YOU AGAIN, PARKER!! THERE IS NO BREAKFAST ON SITE / ONLY FOOD OPTION WAS ONE MEXICAN FOOD TRUCK THE HOT TUBS OUTSIDE OUR BUILDING WERE COLD ON THE LAST DAY WHEN I FINALLY GOT TO USE THEM.

- james (6/5): Amazing Minus the 4 Flights of Stairs with No Elevator - Loved the location, amenities (golf course, playground, pools). Very pretty views! The main clubhouse is HUGE. The elevator was out during our stay and walking up 4 flights of stairs with all of our bags plus all of our kids was very very tough.

Our unit was clean and the staff was very friendly. The location is truly off the beaten path, which is what we were looking for. It is 10 minutes away from Thunder Ridge Amphitheater, which was another reason we chose this place. Highly recommend

- Sarah (8/5): - We had a good view of the lake. The room was spacious and the well equipped. Deck was filthy. Chairs and table on deck were covered in dust and spiderwebs. It was covered in Bird poop. Cleaning on the deck should be part of housekeeping but I don’t think it had been cleaned in a very long time. Dresser drawer was broken. Needs a little upkeep.

The crew carried all our stuff up to the third floor no problem but my mom has a bad hip and made it hard for her to go up and down the stair to the room.

Carrying all the luggage, the crib, the groceries up four flights of stairs was very difficult and had to ask for any discount....finally no discount offered except resort fee waived which was less than $100.00 on a $1200.00 + charge. Felt this was inexcusable The Elevator not working the entire stay and no compensation offered whatsoever

Spacious full service kitchen, comfy beds, cozy gathering space with fireplace. Great lake views. Lots of activities to enjoy on location or in the surrounding areas.

The hotel is a bit of a drive (long and winding) from Branson, but it is hard to beat Table Rock in the fall! We definitely plan on coming back again very soon.

We had house keeping cleaning the next unit at 5 AM and they slammed the door repeatedly very loudly. The air conditioning duct vents were filthy dirty and our unit had a ground level view of the parking lot.
- Verified traveler (10/5): the Bluegreen Paradise Point Hotel was very nice - Check-in was very easy and simple. Helpful staff and very kind...Our room had a full kitchen, bath and dinning room. Large bathroom and living room with a back porch overlooking the grounds...very nice and manicured. We were able to check out movies to watch - way neat! And the bed was very comfortable! We will certainly be back for a longer stay.

- Cindy (10/5): Perfect for boaters - Overall very clean room.. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the view of the lake was amazing! I was in a King Suite and it looked just like the pictures... No surprises! Kitchen is fully stocked... Just bring your food and drinks, and you'll be ready to relax... (2 gas grills available by the pool too) I gave all areas 5 stars except the staff... Gave it 4 only because I only saw 3 people that worked there the entire 5 days I was there... And the guy that checked me in wasn't overly friendly...

- Traveler for Life 50 (8/5): Great Family Resort - We stayed for only one night on the second floor of building 7. Our room was very nice with a full kitchen and a great balcony with a view of the swimming pool and the lake. The resort itself is very nice with friendly staff and great activities for families. They have an indoor tennis court/basketball court, outside pool and hot tub, a great mini-golf, a nice playground area and daily activities for kids. They are building new units which look wonderful. You also have access to the pool, hot tub and lazy river at the Wilderness Club just a few minutes away which is part of Big Cedar Lodge. You also have access to some of the amenities at Big Cedar, such as the spa services and restaurants. This is a very nice and relaxing resort for both couples and families.
- RANDY (10/5): A wonderful place to stay. - Everything was great but balcony noise above us was a little noisy while we were there. But only noticed because we were trying to get children to sleep. Over all our stay was great and the room was very clean and more than we expected. Our 3 year old granddaughter loved the pool and playground. We will be back.
- Rita (6/5): Okay but issues - I was here with my two young kids while my husband was in a conference at Big Cedar. Location is a few minutes to Big Cedar and 20 minutes from the activities in Branson. Staff was friendly. BUT, I was completely shocked to be told on the 2nd day after finding out why my key wasn't working that we had to move to a new room every day. I had booked a 3 night stay through hotels.com however, the staff told us because it was booked through hotels.com/choice that they booked 3 separate reservations instead of one. What an inconvenience having to move to a different room every day whenever the new room was ready. It's not like our plans consisted of hanging out there all day packing/moving/unpacking/making the fold out couch bed every day. My kids missed nap time due to having to move rooms & that resulted in cranky evenings at activities we had spent a lot of money on tickets for. The staff said there was nothing they could do as this was an issue with hotels.com booked it. I wish hotels.com would have let me know I was going to be in three different rooms before confirming my reservation. I have booked so many reservations through hotels.com and never had this happen before. This definitely dampened our vacation and has caused me to not trust future reservations through hotels.com.
- Heather (10/5): Beautiful Lake Condo - We rented the 8 person condo for a girl weekend. It was perfect. We were all blown away by how nice our condo was.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good place to stay -- new, clean, convenient - It was a great place to stay. These appear to be owner-rented condos, but it was very nice. Ten minute drive into Branson, less than that to Big Cedar Lodge. Rates were very good, especially for the newness of the room.

- susie (10/5): Nice condo with great view of lake - Very clean & comfortable! We stayed in a 1 bedroom with full kitchen. Updated & nice with large bathroom! We stayed in building 7, 3rd floor! Awesome view of pool & lake. Would definately stay there again!

- KC (10/5): Overall Excellent - The room was great! Very clean! Beautiful View! We over looked the pool and the lake. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate with us so we didn't get to use the pool. The only downfall was that there was only one pack off coffee left for us and we were there 2 mornings. Next time I will bring some coffee with us.
- Debbie (8/5): Rooms smaller than a hotel room but called Studios - I thought the property was very nice, although it was being worked on everywhere, it was almost too new to start having people stay. lots of maintenance everywhere, yellow tape, signs stating not working, etc. But I was MOST unhappy about the size of the room we received, it was smaller than a hotel room and had a couch crammed into the tiny room, no closet to hang clothes, it said it had a kitchen, but it was really a wet bar with a mini fridge, it was not a suite.

- ETager (10/5): Nice Resort - I stayed one night with my family. We enjoyed the Resort amenities like the covered tennis court and pool. I recommend this hotel to every friend and family.
