В номере есть все необходимое. Персонал кухни и повара очень приятные и отзывчивые. Очень красивый вид на Марину и город и море из балкона😍 То что наш семейный номер был расположен на мансардном этаже, сложно и непривычно было передвигаться, постоянно ударялась головой, в номере все достаточно старое. Лифта нет, сами все поднимали тяжелые чемоданы на самый верхний этаж. Персонал на ресепшне ночью нам отказал в помощи и предложил поднять чемоданы утром . Завтрак немного скудноват.

Standard breakfast but staff needs to learn not to handle good with their hands. Hotel cats and the dog was very friendly. Overall nice stay but if course not so perfect specially for 110$ a night for 3 people.

- Ramon (10/5): - The room was clean, it had a nice view of the sea, the breakfast was good, and even though the staff did not speak English they always tried to help us with our needs.
- Zalán (6/5): - First things first: this property is on a steep mountainside! You *will* get exhausted walking up here. That out of the way, the suite was nice enough for its price, a good distribution of power sockets, and a nice countertop for storage. The two balconies are a great addition, though one of them is too close to a road for comfort, as it's trivially easy to jump the distance - don't keep the door open if you're not home! The negatives about the unit include the water-damaged and broken bathroom, where the over-mirror lighting is disconnected, the shower tray leaks, and the ceiling has evidence of water damage. Further, though the owners made efforts to repair settling cracks in the wall, the rough-shod nature of these repairs leaves a lot to be desired. These negatives, and its exercise-friendly location, aside, the property is a good value-for-money deal, and is perfect for a weeklong stay.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Schöne, neue Unterkunft, ruhig gelegen und mit freundlichem Personal. Die Betten sind bequem und alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war überragend! Allerdings muss man wissen, dass die Unterkunft ganz oben am Berg liegt. Wenn man zu Fuß in den Ort will, geht es relativ steil runter und zurück wieder hoch. Dafür hat man einen schönen Blick.

В гору идти тяжеловато, но мы нашли подъем со ступеньками и пользовались им, а не машиной отеля. Вид с балкона на море и город чудесный, особенно в часы заката. Улица очень тихая. Спать одно удовольствие. Завтрак хороший, шведский стол, голодными не ушли не разу. Все вкусно. Персонал дружелюбный, особенно женщина на рецепции. Номер прекрасный, очень просторный, минимальный набор посуды в наличии. Плита слабая, но приготовить можно. Мясо жарили, картошку варили. Чудесный балкон со стульями и столом. Есть сушка для белья. Отель рекомендую, персоналу огромное спасибо.

Leider ziemlich weit oberhalb vom Zentrum (im Sommer bei 36+ Grad ein Problem), aber kostenloser Shuttle zu den Stadtstränden. Abends zum Hotel kann man Taxi für knappe 3 Euro nehmen oder doch laufen.

Лифта нет, с сумками без помощи самой не подняться, ну и маленькие дети от лестниц не в восторге. Интернет работает с перебоями. Кухонных принадлежностей почти нет, все пришлось запрашивать дополнительно. К сожалению, не со всеми (имеется ввиду персонал) можно общаться на английском, но тем не менее все очень дружелюбные, отзывчивые и готовые помочь.

- Asli (10/5): Hem bebekli hem de kışın ortası - İlk kez kış döneminde 11 aylık bebeğimizle birkaç günlük tatile çıktık. Özellikle mutfaklı odası olan otel aradığımda Saylam Suits karşıma çıktı. İhtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Manzarası, odanın konforu, çalışanları ve sahibi açısından her şey çok iyiydi.
- Shafa (10/5): - Spectacular view of the sea and extremely friendly staff and a wonderful cosy place to spend time. Slightly difficult to access without a vehicle as it is an up hill walk but if you enjoy walking it just adds more to the charm of the place. Would recommend highly truly delightful experience of the town and the accommodation. The name of the town is pronounced as cash locally.

- phil (8/5): Great view, good facilities need a car - Had the penthouse, so there were a lot of stairs, but the staff were so kind and carried our bags up. Being the top floor the ceiling was very low and we all bumped our head at least once. This wasn’t too bad though because of the Amazing view and great facilities, the breakfast was excellent, very fresh and the staff very helpful. We had a car so this was used to get to town due to the steep hill.

- Mike (2/5): Rude - I would not recommend this hotel anyone due to their attitude and customer service. I just finished having a shower and than a young kid age 15 roughly and an adult 45 year old man entered my room without knocking.They had all the keys to each room of the hotel room. When I asked them what they were doing they didnt speak any english. When I talked to the owner they said they are auditiors for the cleaners to make sure its done proper. She asked me why did I react the way I did, really like she has the right to ask me why. I said what if it was a Muslim female and they have walked in, her response is we don't have any of those people here. Sorry Turkey is a Muslim country. This is the reason I would not recommend it to anyone. They don't care for the customers and their privacy.

- Lyndon (10/5): Brilliant staff. Geat apartments. - The apartments exceeded our expectations. The views over the bay (and for us, the proximity to the bus station made up for not being located close to the port and town centre. I think if you had a car the quick access from the main road would also be ideal. The helpfulness and responsiveness of all the staff was second to none.

Breakfast was a nice selection (though not stuffing, but definitely a good breakfast amount) of cheese, an egg, coffee, bread, sausages, and other little goodies. Front desk was polite and helpful. Very quiet. Located on the top of the hill, so requires a healthy 15-20 minute uphill climb to get their from the downtown area. No restaurants in direct vicinity.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Fabulous views and lovely service - We were delighted with Saylam Suits and Kas as a whole. Perched at the top of the hill, only a five minute steep stroll from the town centre (great cardio after dinner) the apartment was airy and clean with lots of windows to open to feel the sea breeze. The Turkish breakfasts were nice and the breakfast area on the ground floor was a sunny and pleasant way to start the day. The kitchens in the apartment are great if you are cooking in. Speakers for the call to prayer are fairly close to the apartment so get ready for an early morning wake up if you sleep with the windows open but there is air con in the apartment and we found sleeping with the bedroom door closed and air con on, dulled the sound slightly. A fab stay in Kas...wish it had been longer and we had avoided our trip to Marmaris (AVOID).
- graeme (10/5): 24 hrs in Kas - stayed for 1 night as we were holidaying in Kalkan but wanted to spend 24 hrs in Kas . Hotel is excellent value and staff are very friendly . Only thing to watch is that it is slightly out of town up a sleep hill so not walkable , especially in the heat . Hotel runs a daytime shuttle which is great ( we used it 4 times in 24 hrs ) . Also the Penthouse has a sloping roof so you will end up banging your head but overall recommended
- remco (10/5): Amazing Turkish Hospitality! - We stayed at Saylam suites for 1 week and really loved it. The best part of this hotel is definitely the Turkish breakfast, it is a feast every morning. The personnel is super nice and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and the seaview breath taking. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are very big, comfortable and nicely decorated! The bed and pillows were great as was the bathroom. It's on a hill a little way from the center, but since we had a car we didn't have to endure the steep walk back. It was a very pleasant stay!

- GGR (10/5): Place to stay in Kas - It was a bit hard to find the hotel...I would suggest to put GPS co-ordinates on the website. But once we were there, it was wonderful. Strongly suggest getting the room with ocean view. Sitting on the balcony, having a drink and enjoying sunset every night. We ate supper at the Henry's Bistro next door our first night. They were not expecting us because of off season, listening to chef suggested and we had a wonderful meal.
- WAH (10/5): Best breakfast in Turkey - We stayed for x 4 nights the second week in October, had great weather and loved our stay. Free shuttle provided but mananged the walk into town and back fairly easily, and definitely needed to walk off all we ate at breakfast (best we had in Turkey). Already planning our trip for next year Only negative was that there was no room safe

- Yappy (10/5): Clean, comfortable and great service - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Saylam suites. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The suites were large and clean with good A/C during those hot summer days. The only small issue would be the location. Although walking distance to the town centre and other amenities, the suites is situated up on a fairly steep hill. This is only a small problem as they provide shuttle service as well.
- slickspiv (10/5): Lovely Hotel - My wife and I had a great stay at Saylam Suites. The hotel was spotless and the Junior Suite was spacious and comfortable with great views over Kas. The staff were very friendly. A car is needed as the hotel sits at the top of the town and is a long walk up hill from the town. The hotel does run a shuttle bus leaving at 09.00 and returning at 17.00. If no transport I would suggest a taxi from the town in an evening back to the hotel.
- Ozcan (10/5): Friendly helpful staff set above the beautiful Kas - All staff were helpful from the moment we arrived giving us advice on the area of Kas. A special thanks to Recep who would drive us to and from the main beaches in Kas. A special mention to the great breakfast each morning with live classical music, a touch of class.
- Mark B (10/5): Great boutique hotel away from city center - This is a very clean, modern hotel located approx. 1/2 mile from the city center up on the hill overlooking the town. It is located in a neighborhood of other apartment buildings and all rooms have a view of the ocean. The higher up in the building you are, the better your views (as you have to look over the apartment buildings across the street). There are no elevators, so if you get a high room with a nice view you'll be climbing some stairs, but we didn't find this difficult. This is bigger than most of the boutique hotels we stayed in. It has two buildings, a bar (which we never saw anyone in as the prices are rather high), a restaurant dining area where the breakfast buffet is served, and a very nice reception area. Very clean and modern throughout the hotel. I only wish it were closer to town, as there are no bars or restaurants nearby, but they do have a shuttle that can take you down to town and pick up during certain times of the day. Taxis are also available, although we had a car.
- Tom (10/5): Wish we could have stayed longer! - HUGE apartment with seperate bedroom. We could have lived there! Up the hill from town but the staff is happy to run you into town, we had a car so no issue at all. Staff was great and decorated the room for my wifes birthday. :)
- Helena (10/5): - Fairly new hotel (3 years) with very nice modern style. Our suite was very spatious, with brand new furniture and a balcony with a spectacular view to the sea in a very quiet area within walking distance from downtown. Highly recommended.
