- Tilo (10/5): - Ein feines Hotel mit allem was man bracht. Wir waren unterwegs auf dem München Venedig Radweg. Dafür ist das Hotel ideal. Es liegt keine 40m vom Radweg weg. Wir durften die Räder in der Tiefgarage abstellen...super. .das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit......ein Frühstück vom feinsten....wir würden sofort wieder buchen. Vielen Dank

- Michał (7/5): - Dobra lokalizacja, miła obsługa, smaczne śniadania, czysty pokój Mało udogodnień, pomimo zapewnienia hotelu brak ogrzewanej narciarni i boxów na sprzęt, był tylko pokój w garażu ogólnodostępny, zimny i wilgotny, grzejniki nie działały, problem z instalacją elektryczną, nie dało się normalnie podłączyć laptopa, wtyczki nie pasowały, pokój dostaliśmy w innym, starszym budynku, aby dotrzeć na śniadanie trzeba było wyjść na dwór, rolety zewnętrzne trzaskały w nocy przy wietrze, urwane zaczepy, brak czajnika, szklanek, kubków i śmietnika w pokoju

Pokój jest niewyciszony, wieczorem słychać nawet cichą rozmowę z sąsiedniego pokoju. Przy wietrznej pogodzie tłuką się wszystkie okiennice hotelowe i nie można zasnąć.

- Ada (10/5): Un positivo soggiorno a. Cortina - L'hotel Serena è un luogo molto piacevole dove soggiornare. Abbiamo avuto un upgrade ad una Junior Suite molto bella e confortevole, appena rinnovata grazie alla cortesia della reception. La colazione è stata molto variata ed abbondante. L'intero soggiorno è stato positivo, quindi faremo di questo hotel il nostro punto di base a Cortina.

- Marius (9/5): Comfort zum Fairen Preis in Cortina - Selbst während er Paralympischen Spiele! - Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, modern eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Balkon und freiem Blick auf die Tofana. Das Hotelpersonal sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Frühstücksbereich war sehr zuvorkommend, betont kinderfreundlich und sprach gut deutsch. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld der Anreise verlief sehr effizient. In Summe eine exzellente Erfahrung, wir kommen bestimmt nächstes Jahr mal wieder! :)
- Klaus (9/5): Erste Wahl in Cortina - Neue renovierte Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück am Buffet. Parkplätze im Hotel. Der Empfang im Hotel und der Service war tadellos. Herr Vazentino hat uns sehr gut weitergeholfen. Es wäre schön, wenn es im Zimmer neben dem Wasserkocher ein zwei Teebeutel und einen Nespresso Maschine gebe.

- Ronconi (9/5): Ho apprezzato il silenzio, nessun rumore raggiungeva la mia camera. - Camera silenziosa, ben arredata, funzionale e pulita. Ascensore silenzioso , anche dalla camera confinante non si sente nulla. Porte delle camere che non fanno rumore all'apertura e alla chiusura, e quindi non disturbano gli ospiti. Colazione: per miei orari , avevo bisogno di fare la colazione poco prima dell'ora prevista dall'hotel. Non ci sono stati problemi da parte del personale, non ho fatto richieste particolari , ma certamente la flessibilità nei mie confronti è stata da me molto gradita.Altre volte capita una rigidità eccessiva...qui no.

- DeacBlues84 (10/5): Great spot in Cortina! - I spent two nights at Hotel Serena Cortina during the Olympics and it exceeded my expectations. The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, are super friendly and helpful. I booked a single room and it was fantastic. It appeared brand new with a decent size bathroom and even a small balcony overlooking the mountains. Smartly furnished, immaculate and very quiet. 5 minute walk from shops and restaurants.

- John (9/5): Wonderful hotel in beautiful Cortina - We were in Cortina for 4 days for a little of the winter Olympics. This was a terrific hotel that we were lucky to get at the last minute. The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful with logistics and recommendations. They went out of their way, despite being busy, to help us and others find scheduled buses and transport. It was comfortable and clean and our room with balcony, had the most incredible view of the downhill ski course! An added bonus. The breakfast was plentiful and had a huge selection from cooked to traditional Alpine cold cuts, breads and yogurts. The other end of town from the curling center and luge track but just a lovely 10 or 15 minute walk at the most (depending on the amount of shopping or cafes you stopped in on the way). We loved it's location which was a little quieter than being on the main street, but 2 minutes to the cafes and all the activity. Nothing. It was a wonderful stay.
