- Doriane (8/5): Nice resort for families - Very nice villa for a family, located on a beautiful beach (clean and accessible for free), the staff is very friendly, breakfast is good, very quiet environment to get some rest A bit isolated from the main tourist attractions (you'll need to order a Grab), and there are no restaurants around the resort within easy walking distance with kids. Also, be aware that if you ask reception to call a tour company for you (since some don't respond to calls or WhatsApp), prices are higher than showed on the website and they charge a 10% commission...

Хорошие виллы с прекрасным обслуживанием. На виллах есть все! В наш приезд в море в песке был мазут, очень печально что эта гадость доходит до острова. Ноги и обувь сильно пачкались этим. Но к объекту это не имеет отношения, видимо как то принесло к берегу.

Jedyny minus to lokalizacja w kontekście położenia w stosunku do centrum - trzeba dojechać. Ale jak ktoś szuka spokojnego miejsca, praktycznie bezpośrednio do plaży to polecam. W zasadzie nie mam uwag.

- Danielle (10/5): It was perfect in every way. - I'm not sure where to start! Lana, Hans, Lauren, Valka and the staff at Idyllic are all amazing. From the second we got there to being dropped at the airport, we were in awe of the service, location, facilities, friendliness, food, everything! Our villa was perfect for us. The pool was amazing to just relax in after some sightseeing. The beach was private, quiet and perfect for a quick dip in the morning and for the kids to play on while the sun was setting. The breakfasts were next level and the convenience of having it delivered to the room each morning was so helpful. So much care and thought in to everything. The owners Lana and Hans were gorgeous and always keen for a chat. Valka and Lauren were always checking that we were happy and if there was anything extra we needed. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Even the laundry service was just as cheap as the street laundry services and it was sitting in our room waiting for us. The thing that stood out the most was how happy the local staff were working there. That just shows how well they are treated by the management. Such a happy and positive vibe all round. Having to leave to go home! I loved it there!
- بثينة (4/5): not pleasant and not worthed coming to Samui - i didn't like the way of Volker he tried many times to deduct form the credit card more than half the total amount but was declined and he send me e.mail that he needed the credit card number and i complained to booking about that 2 times and they spoke to him 2 times that he is not allowed to charge me because the payment will be done on arrival as they mentioned and still before my arrival couple of days he insisted to have my credit card number by several e.mail and on my arrival i asked him about the safe box he said they don't have although i saw it but was not working. when i went to sleep i couldn't because there was a flash from outside going and coming when i checked the curtain was so thin so i was forced to put towels to cover the window. something else appeared after using the oven one time the other day the oven was not working and when the technician came he told me that it has to be changed and brought to me one small portable oven and was not fixed when i check out. other thing i was surprised when he told me that there was a charge of THB600 for a transfer to shopping center that 5 minutes far from the residence and was told before by other staff that it is free for going but coming back i have to come alone by taxi charge me THB300 that mean that he took double the amount and cheated me because he didn't tell me before. other thing nothing was around the property no shops no supermarket no nothing only villas and the cables was near the ground that is very dangerous to walk especially when raining. the beach
- Erin (10/5): Fabulous accomodation and fantastic people running this resort! - Staff were super frendly and helpful. We also met the owners who were lovely amd accomodating. Food "order in" service was excellent and very yummy! Clean and comfortable, and so much space for a family of 4 in a three bedroon Villa. The couches in the inside living area were not super comfortable, but a small issue in such a beautiful place.
- Jolan (9/5): Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Idyllic Samui Villas for families or groups looking for a pe - A Perfect Tropical Escape – Peaceful, Private, and Beautiful We stayed at Idyllic Samui Villas for a week in July – 4 adults and 2 kids – and had an absolutely wonderful time. The villa layout was ideal for our group, with a main building that included a bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area. Just across the garden, the second building had two more bedrooms and two bathrooms, giving everyone space and privacy. The outdoor area was truly stunning – a lush green garden filled with frangipani trees and a beautiful pool right in the center. It felt like our own little paradise. There were also plenty of toys for the kids to play with, which made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. The villa and resort grounds were impeccably clean and quiet, the perfect place to unwind. The beach was just a short walk away and almost felt private – only accessible to guests from this and a few neighboring resorts. During our stay, we rarely saw anyone else on the beach. While the sea was shallow and rocky at low tide, making swimming difficult, the water was wonderfully warm and we enjoyed relaxing there. Most of our time was happily spent in the pool, which the kids especially loved. There are no shops or restaurants within walking distance, but we could easily order meals through the reception or use Grab for deliveries. It worked out perfectly and we always had good food options. Breakfast was included in our stay and served fresh every morning in our villa – always delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed – from transport to recommendations and special requests. A couple of small things to note: the internet connection was quite weak during our stay, disconnecting frequently and requiring us to log in again every couple of minutes. Since we were on holiday, it wasn’t a big issue, but it’s something to be aware of. I also wished there were mosquito nets on the windows – without them, we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping with the windows open, even though it would have been lovely to enjoy the night breeze. One thing that felt quite strange was that we couldn’t lock either the entrance door from the main road or the two bedroom doors, so we had to sleep with the doors unlocked. It didn’t cause any issues, but it definitely felt odd and less secure.

Staff were really helpful and friendly, especially Joom who personally welcomed us and made sure we had all the information we needed. Villas are very well equipped and comfortable. Coffee shop at reception stocked with all the essentials at a reasonable price. Breakfast was excellent, served to your villa as were evening meals if pre ordered. Water coolers in the rooms a big plus. It is quite remote, so if you want to get out and about you will need a car or motorbike. Lots of the mosaic tiles were missing around the pool and need replacing.

- Khaiminov (10/5): Exceptional - Our best vacation and one of the best services. Coriander villa interior looked vintage and cosy. The staff was very friendly. They fulfilled all our wishes. The yard looked great and nice. Everything was in very good contition. Birds and sqirells were our companions. We stayed here for 4 weeks and would like to stay longer. The sea is available for swimming every day, so the pool was really helpful. The neighbouring villa has 4 bedrooms, so it was almost always booked by large companies, which tended to talk a lot and loud outside near their pool. However, the management is friendly to solve the hardest problems related to night noise.

The private pool is wonderful and the semi private beach is lovely, although the rocks and small stones in the sea are sharp. The staff members that bring the breakfast and clean the villa are outstanding. There was an abundance of clean and fresh bath and beach towels each day which we very much appreciated. The air-conditioning is totally inadequate for the size of the villa. There was construction going on all day every day in the next door villa and the noise was horrible. The other two next door villas had loud, screaming children jumping and splashing in the pool all day, so it wasn't the relaxing, quiet vacation we were hoping for. The villa is large and clean but very basic, there wasn't a feeling of luxury which one expects from a Thai holiday. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

The swimming pool was ideal for our young children (aged 3 and 4) and the local beach was very convenient, comfortable and picturesque, with other beaches a short taxi ride away. I recommend the bbq available at the resort and a trip or two to fisherman's village for the night market - all arranged by the manager (Volker) and his team.
