• roberto (10/5): Excelente escolha!! Sempre - Melhor hospedagem de Bariloche. Já é minha 4a vez e sempre fico no Premier. Localização excelente, central, segura. Atendimento acolhedor. Café da manhã sensacional, farto e necessário para aguentar o rojão das montanhas.

Melhor tomar café na padaria que tem ao lado, super gostosa. Outro porém é não ter estacionamento pra quem vai de carro.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Precisam atualizar a segurança dos quartos - Hotel com método de chaves antigo. Você precisa devolver sempre que sai. Qualquer um pode acessar o quarto indevidamente pois você chega na recepção e fala o número e eles entregam a chave.

• Karin (6/5): - Overall car stay was very good. The first night that we got there we were assigned an extremely small room. We were not expecting much but it was much less than we had hoped. We asked to have the room changed the next day and the staff were very accommodating. Once we acclimatized ourselves to the room, we were comfortable. The twin beds were very basic but comfortable. The staff were always very accommodating and pleasant. The only downside was that I go watch bit by bed bugs in the first room. That did not happen in the next room and all of the bedding was always very clean. For a low budget hotel, it was good. The location was terrific.

La cochera es privada y con horarios acotados de 8 a 22. Y los domingos cerrados. El wifi anda muy mal en la mayoría de los horarios.

The hotel room was freezing, even though we had three covers we were unable to maintain the heat inside since there was not thermostat. I enquired in front desk and they said that heat goes full swing from 11pm-7am. No decoration. You have to turn in your key every day when you go outside, there is safe lock in the room
• Gabriela (8/5): Muy buena opción para presupuestos acotados - Excelente experiencia. Ubicación céntrica espectacular. A metros de la calle Mitre y metros de todas las paradas de bus principales. No ofrece desayuno, pero eso no genera ningún inconveniente porque está a metros de todas las chocolaterías. La habitación era amplia y super cómoda. Limpísima y moderna.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Me hospede varios días, la calefacción es realmente un tema porque la encienden cada dos horas un ratito luego de las 4 de la tarde, hace frío ya que la habitación es muy húmeda. De todos modos al llamar y decir que realmente hace mucho frío ya que no puedo pasar frío por una enfermedad que tengo, las articulaciones se me ponen duras me trajeron una estufa eléctrica que solo funcionaba en el mínimo, pero era mejor que la nada. El baño, la presión del agua muy buena, la tabla del inodoro estaba floja, el colchón era de los viejos, pero el cansancio te deja dormir. Tiene un sistema de llave como era antes que resulta incómodo estar abriendo y cerrando la puerta para entregar la llave la abajo. La realidad es que esta bien ubicado, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero no están mal en términos de infraestructura, para ser un hotel 3 estrellas les faltaría cambiar algunas cosas y así poder brindar un servicio acorde a la categoría en la que se están vendiéndo. No posee frigobar donde poder enfriar algo, no posee desayuno, tiene en el lobby una pava caliente y un dispenser por si queres agua filtrada. La conexión de wifi es muy muy mala, se corta todo el tiempo y muy lenta, en mi caso practican utilice datos móviles. Se escuchan los ruidos de las otras habitaciones. Si uno desea algo sencillo, una cama donde tirarse, un baño con agua caliente y está pelado sin importarle nada sería un buen hotel.

• Michael (8/5): Great bargain (despite unfriendly staff & no WiFi) - Probably the best deal in Bariloche despite the issues I have with the place. The room is modern, big, clean comfortable; and the location couldn't be better. Basically, all you could ever hope for except for the fact that the WiFi is practically non-existent, there are no English news channels on TV, and the staff are some of the coldest people you will ever meet. They really need to learn about hospitality.

• cassieb995 (2/5): NOT TRUSTWORTHY- Super Disappointed - I stayed here at the beginning of December. Everything was great until we noticed money missing from our wallets after we had been out for the day. I reported this to reception straight away in a friendly manner and nothing was done. I then followed it up the next day and they told me that I had to wait till 3pm that day for the general manager. When I went down at 3pm, the manager on desk said that she wasn’t the “general manager” and I had to wait till the next day which I couldn’t do because we were due to leave that morning. The receptionist gave me a business card with an email address and said that there was nothing she could do and to email the General Manager. I have since emailed the General Manager and I still haven’t received a response. Super disappointed in the lack of concern.

• edupb12 (4/5): Don’t stay in summer, hot stuff rooms and a lot of street noise - We stayed here for four nights the rooms are tiny especially the bathroom, which wouldn’t have mattered so much if they were not so stuffy and hot, the days were not hot but sunny and we had the window always open but being to the street side the sun heats up the room and even with the window open all night the room does not cool down and street noise is unbelievably loud especially Friday and Saturday when a neighbouring bar played loud music until 3am! No fans available (we did ask) and no aircon. Might be ok in winter but in summer give it a miss.

• Nicolas (8/5): Fair for the price, nice location! - The hotel it is located in Downtown Bariloche, a walking distance to every thing you need, bus station, restaurants, shopping, travel agencies, Nahuel Napi Lake, Chocolatiers.
• Steven (8/5): Nice mid-range hotel - I spent 5 nights at Hotel Premier during my Bariloche visit. It's a nice average sort of hotel. Breakfast was typical Argentinian, ok if nothing special. Lots of restaurants and chocolate stores close by. Convenient to local transportation.
• Chen (2/5): do not stay there! - Great location, but... Tiny room with no air conditioner, we had to open the window to get some air and it was so noisy outside we couldn't sleep! (the hotel is located in front of a youth hotel) In addition the bed was very uncomfortable and gave us backache! There was no hair dryer in the room. The ''breakfast buffet'' was missing basic things such as cheese and plates.. Please add some more money and go to a decent hotel..

• 443jenil (10/5): Very comfortable! - Our room was clean and spacious with a lot of closet space. The bathroom was very nice. The hotel itself was nice and the staff was helpful and friendly. They provided hor water for mate free of charge. The wifi worked well in our room. Breakfast was plentiful. A lot of options and fresh. We had a room in the back of the hotel so the noise from the street did not affect us. we enjoyed our three night stay very much. The only complaint I had was that they charge $80 pesos/day for parking when their hotels.com advertisement says $50/day. The front desk would not budge on the price so I complained to hotels.com. They gave me a $20 USD credit.

The noise from the street filled room we had, making it impossible to sleep without earplugs. The killer in Bariloche is the 21% VAT the is slapped on everthing from hotels to restaurants. Touristy trap.

Clean room, somewhat uncomfortable bathroom in room 104. Had room with view to the street, left window open and heard noise from the street. Had heating system but not AC.

We stayed 3 people in 2 room suite for a very reasonable price. Bottom line was good as we didn't need any help . I will probably book it again next time
• igorc220 (4/5): Avoid unless you are ready for a sleepless night - I have spent one night in this hotel and it was my worst experience in Argentina. We stayed in room 105, which literally had no windows. The only "window" it had was to the ventilation/elevator shaft. Even with this "window" open the room was hot. Every time someone calls the elevator you hear loud squeaking, you also hear loud noises when ventilation switches on and noises from other rooms as the walls are thin. So for me it was almost a sleepless night. The rest is ok - good location, wi-fi, etc.
• Jnanayog (6/5): Rather Nice option to a Hostel - There were 3 of us traveling this winter and on we arrived in Baroliche without accommodations. PH turned out to be a very reasonable option to a Hostel Dorm and the price split 3 ways was very acceptable. The hotel room we had was quite adequate, clean and away fro. Street. Ouse with Not a large private bathroom but acceptable. It' s locations is excellent and the breakfast is included and NO bloody pig/ ham on the breakfast menu. Quite reasonable. Staff was helpful especially with leaving our bags in lobby while we went about the day to buy tickets, et cetera. Got 12.7 to US$ on exchange. Super location near various restaurants. Recommend it as valued option to some Hostels in town.
• 70DanielK (8/5): A good hotel for a good price - The rooms are very clean but little bit dark. The bathroom was renewed and lovely. this is no fancy hotel, but nice, clean and practical. The breakfast was much richer than most hotels around including fruits and several kind of leches . The location is a main issue since it is right in the center, less than 100 meters from the center of the main streets.
• MorYogev (6/5): o.k hotel with reletavly good breakfast and wifi - We stayed at the hotel for one night in the double bad room with private bathroom. First I would mention that the people at the reception are very nice and speak English well. The hotel is quite dark and spooky, and our room had a funny smell. In addition you can hear in the room the elevator as is goes up and down. However, the bathroom was renewed and the room was clean. The wifi works very well at the room. breakfast is relatively rich including fruits cakes and cheese. all in all I wouldn't pick this hotel for my honey moon, but it's o.k for a visit.
