Ekaterina (1/5): - Challenges and obstacles they put clients through, playfield for “what doesn’t kill us makes us stronger” We arrived at 2-30 am with my 13 year old daughter after a 6 hour drive and while I had my driving license and national id card on me, the hotel demanded to see the physical passport despite the fact that their official correspondence on the confirmation of registration stipulated ‘obligatory proof of ID” , a criteria which was certain,y satisfied by my national card was, according to the police where the hotel clerk sent me at 3am, having refused me the key to my paid for by booking.com’ room. The police said to come back in the morning while my minor child was at the hotel alone and the hotel made me sign a form saying I carry sole responsibility for her. The police were kind and gave me the form of the missing passport having certified that hotel’s not accepting national id card was completely illegal. Let all your future clients of this hotel know that they have to be prepared to spend the night outside or learn italian and convince the police at the closed station to open up and work at night for admin non urgent forms which were unnecessary.

Die Damen an der Rezeption etwas farblos, ein Lächeln wäre doch durchaus möglich! Junior Suite zum Teil etwas abgenützt!

Nicole (8/5): Alles in allem eine super Übernachtungsmöglichkeit - Wir hatten die Junior Suite . Großes Zimmer, über zwei Ebenen, mit eigenem Parkplatz vor der Terrasse und einem überdachten Flur Richtung Haupthaus. Wir konnten das Frühstück mit aufs Zimmer nehmen. Die Badezimmertür, das sehr großen Badezimmer. Es war aus Glas und hatte leider keinen Geräuschpuffer, so dass sie immer wieder gegen die Halterung knallte. Das sollte man verbessern. Außerdem waren die Bettdecken recht dünn für diese Jahreszeit

Alexandra (10/5): Cómodo y agradable. - Está bien situado para ir al Malpensa Fiere. Muy cómodo y limpio. Personal muy atento y amable. La verdad que el único punto que no me gustó, fueron los zumos del desayuno. Lo demás todo muy bueno.

Mohsen (9/5): Excellent séjour une fois encore - Nous reviendrons sans hésitation - Séjour toujours aussi agréable à l'hotel MO.OM, nous y revenons régulièrement depuis quelques années et sommes toujours satisfaits de notre séjour, le petit déjeuner bien fourni, la propreté de l'établissement, le personnel souriant et disponible Et la chambre de plein pied avec la voiture garée juste devant - A mi chemin entre Milan, Côme et le lac Majeur, idéal pour explorer les alentours. Leggott (7/5): Needs better managemwnt to please customers - Receptionists v helpful. Cleaners were good. No coffee or milk in room all stay No english channel on tv. Asked for these to be sorted Coffee machine in restaurant wanted replacing Breakfast was chaos as understaffed. Tables left uncleared and buffet not replaced.

Aušra (9/5): - Viešnagė šiame viešbutyje paliko gerą įspūdį, ypač dėl puikaus kainos ir kokybės santykio. Personalas labai draugiškas ir paslaugus – jie mielai atsižvelgė į visus mūsų papildomus pageidavimus. Erdvė tikrai nustebino – kambarys išties didelis ir erdvus. Puikiai sutvarkyta automobilių požemiinė stovėjimo aikštelė, nekilo jokių problemų. Pusryčiaii -geri, pasirinkimas pakankamas. Vienintelis minusas mums buvo apšvietimas. Kambaryje buvo gerokai per tamsu, o pats šviesų reguliavimas pasirodė gana sudėtingas ir ne visai intuityvus. Nepaisant to, tai puiki vieta apsistoti Italijoje, kurią drąsiai rekomenduotume dėl bendro komforto ir kokybės.
