- Andrew (8/5): - Overall it's good value for the money. The hotel claims to be four star but that's ridiculous. It's more two or three star. The rooms are fine but very basic. The full breakfast is outstanding.
- Christi (4/5): There are better options - We emailed asking for an airport pickup. Admittedly, when I didn’t hear back I should have called but I didn’t. I called on arrival in San Jose. The lady who answered the phone checked the email and said she saw my email request but it was too late so we would need to pay $25 for a shuttle. A taxi was $20. The lady was unapologetic and quite rude she was at the front desk when we arrived. There was a man there as well and he was much nicer. The room was dirty, with a lot of hair and other stuff under the beds. The beds were not completely. It is far from the airport. I would not recommend staying here. There are better options closer to the airport. Marriott should be ashamed to have their name on this property. One positive thing was the lady at the front desk at checkout- she was very kind and helpful.

- Juan Antonio (2/5): - Las instalaciones del hotel muy bien, limpias, cómodas y útiles, el desayuno lo necesario para empezar un día, el precio muy accesible, sin embargo tuvimos una muy mala experiencia, alquilamos 2 habitaciones (521 y 522) en la habitación 521 se tomaron el tiempo de registrar un bolso con cosméticos y cremas de mi esposa y sustrajeron un perfume Vulgari omnia Cristaline, en muchos años de viajes realizados jamás habíamos tenido un percance así, considero que guardar ese tipo de cosas en la caja fuerte no es necesario, aunque está claro que en este hotel si es necesario. La respuesta de la gerente de turno el día 17 de abril fue absurda hasta infantil, al aseverar que le había preguntado al personal de limpieza si habían tomado el perfume y que le respondieron que no, Por Dios! Nadie en su sano juicio va a reconocer haberse robado algo de un cliente en una habitación de hotel, esto es completamente desagradable ya que como repito hemos estado en varios hoteles y por lo mismo dejamos con confianza en la habitación cosas que jamás debieron ser tocadas, honestamente no recomiendo este hotel específicamente. Pues por escoger un precio “barato” salió más caro el daño, el mal momento y la falta de profesionalismo del personal

The only place to eat was a Mc Donalds that was full of hotel guests. It was very understaffed took 30 minutes to order and get food. Hotel is convenient and close to Airport with Shuttle. Because I needed a ride at 4am to Airport I was going to be charged $25.00. I took Uber instead for $8

Firstly, the shuttle service failed to arrive, and we had to pay for a taxi instead. Additionally, the hotel attempted to overcharge us, but after showing them our Expedia booking, they corrected the price. Furthermore, the air conditioning in the room wasn't working. The rooms themselves were small and underwhelming, which was particularly surprising given the hotel's association with Marriott. Overall, our stay fell short of expectations.

- Finbar Ryan (8/5): Room for improvement - Overall stay was good. Front Desk staff was warm and attentive. Only challenge was on arrival. We travelled with 3 Adults and a 2 year old child. The gentleman that greeted us on entry, brought over a trolly and just left it for us to pack and take to the room. We had 6 Suitcases, a child seat and a stroller. This was quite difficult to load and I got stuck with the trolly entering the elevator. Someone from Frontdesk had to come to assist me to get out of the elevator. Other than an unhelpful attendant on arrival. We enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was good as well. There was coffee and tea available 24/7

The one complaint is the wind tunnel noise on the second floor when we closed our door. The windy/ghost howling noise was relentless. Other than that it was perfect for the money.

- Keith (6/5): Watch out - The hotel was decent, room is very small, but essentially off the beaten path. What angered me is that I feel they use trickery when you see the amenities it says shuttle service to the airport. What they tell you when you get there is it’s only from 7 AM to 5 PM. They are even prepared with a print out already at the front desk, saying look it says this on their website because they know so many people are upset about this and to me it’s a little tricky as you do not see that time restriction when you see the initial amenities,. They tell you it’s $25 if you go outside this time. Are you kidding me. that means if the earliest it leaves is at 7 AM and you have to be to the airport two or three hours prior to your flight especially if it’s international you cannot use it unless your flight is essentially after 10 AM. Go somewhere else. When you dig deep and open up some expanded explanations, you do find it hidden on the website. Of course, when you’re looking at the face sheet, it doesn’t say this. $25, are you kidding me? Add that price to the hotel you’re better off staying at a $200 hotel room that gives you free service.

- jennyfer (4/5): - I have reserved in this hotel because in the description they have airport shuttle free and when I arrived it was very hard to contact them to call the shuttle to picked me up and after I check in the lady told me that it was free for Venetian hours which it was very inconvenient because the hours are ridiculous for the flights like from 7 am to 5 pm I mean most flights from USA for example are at night, moreover they is a charge if you want to schedule a shuttle instead it’s better to get uber and don’t stay in this hotel.

Then someone finally took the information but said I would have to confirm on the next day, the day of travel, so I had to call again between planes. That part was extremely unsatisfactory.
