There is some beautiful decor. Room was clean. Nice to have a kettle. Slept well. Felt completely safe. There was nothing we didnt like but in places there is some need for redecoration. The bathroom was damp but not terrible

There is a very lovely garden to sit outside. Loved the man who sang etc in the mornings at breakfast. The food was good. There is a dining area inside and a cafe at the front. There are places to eat and drink nearby. It's easy to get transport from outside but you have to barter. Its a busy city so factor that in to the cost, as tuk tuks need to get back. Would definitely stay again. We had a downstairs room, which was next to the outside cafe. It was ok, otherwise we would have asked for another room. The floor needed more of a wipe clean .....definitely needed it on our exit. Pillow cushion could do with a wash.

• Werner (10/5): - Das sehr schöne große Zimmer lag Richtung Garten daher war es sehr ruhig. Sehr schöne Deckenbemalung. Es war rundum alles perfekt. Das Essen im Restaurant war auch sehr gut. Da wir zur kältesten Jahreszeit hier waren, und generell bisher alle Hotels ungeheitzt waren, war es auch hier im Restaurant sehr frisch.

We appreciate staff helped us with a lot of moments. The most lovely thing- breakfast - you can sit outside, enjoy delicious meals and listen life music. International card payment is acceptable.

• Alasdair (8/5): A peaceful place to stay - The restaurant ,serves good food all day with both inside and outside dining areas. Sitting in the garden listening to unobtrusive live music at breakfast every morning was very relaxing. The staff were efficient in organising transport around the city was well as for our onward journey. The hotel is situated on a quiet road away from the city centre which makes it a peaceful place to stay however this means that transport is needed for all trips around Jaipur.

Our stay at Anuraag Villa was very disappointing. Our room was located right above the kitchen and the extraction pipe was extremely loud — it was impossible to sleep. We had to call reception every single night to ask them to switch it off. On top of that, some sweets and a box of our food were stolen from the fridge, which was really unacceptable.

Du coup je ne mets que 7 sur 10 et je n’y retournerai pas ! Si la direction arrivait à gérer ses clients ce serait un super hôtel pour découvrir Jaipur mais rien n’a été fait malgré nos plaintes ! • August (9/5): I was very happy to be there and grateful to the staff who was so attentive and kind. - Very tasteful and beautiful ambiance. Staff was very attentive and kind. Room was comfortable. Good value. Im not a fan of blue lights. Perhaps some amber lights would be better in the rooms. The restaurant downstairs allowed for people to be up late in the courtyard talking loudly.

Jaipur è abbastanza caotica e in questo hotel si stacca davvero dai rumori della città. Stanza ampia e molto ben arredata. Ottima la colazione ed anche il ristorante che però prevede solo cucina vegetariana. Se non avete la necessità di soggiornare in centro, va assolutamente provato Le manopole della doccia non erano granché funzionanti ed abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà con l'acqua calda. Capito il sistema poi nessun problema ma forse andrebbero aggiustate

We were very dissapointed when first hotel confirm that our stay is with breakfast bur after reaching of us ,they said ,sir it is without breakfast and it was very penic and we set a tie to have breakfast with them on paid extra. Booking.com is a site which made confuse their customers. Why so many options to choose. Even every Package should be with breakfast (free)
• Malwade (10/5): mesmerizing stay….. - We had a fantastic experience at this hotel, thanks entirely to the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were met with such genuine warmth and humility. The team was incredibly attentive to our needs and proactive in making sure we had everything we could possibly want. It was clear they truly put the customer first, and their cooperation with every request made our trip effortless. This is a hotel that truly understands hospitality.

I loved the garden at the back to relax with a fruit juice after the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The room was perfect, with high-speed internet connection and a comfortable bed.

• Anoushka (9/5): Superb - I booked Anuraag Villa last minute having done little research, and was very pleasantly surprised. It was excellent value for money, with a nice big room, and great location in a quiet yet decently close to everything neighbourhood. Our room a lovely respite from the city streets with ample space - ideal as we ended up getting sick (not the hotel’s fault, to clarify!) and spending a day holed up in bed. My favourite aspect was the downstairs cafe, which we spent a lot of time and money ordering fancy coffees from (and dinner on said sick day, which was great, I recommend the momos). The staff were nice enough but a wee bit dozy on occasion when we called down, for instance asking about the WiFi passcode or for an iron, though this may have been a language barrier.

It rates a 0 not even a 1 on the mattresses and pillows. What a pity they have not invested to ensure you get a good night's sleep as this is why you book a place, so important when you are travelling and sight seeing. What a shame, could have had an 8, 9 but 2, 3 is more realistic due to this issue.

• Sonia (9/5): Overall a satisfactory stay for 3 nights. Once my expectation was adjusted, I enjoyed the stay and it was enjoyable. - The staff were very helpful and polite. If you needed anything, they would oblige. The weather was cold when we were there, but I’m sure sitting in the gardens having breakfast would be a lovely experience. When having a shower the whole bathroom got soaked during the process which was frustrating. The windows had a/c machines on them so you couldn’t see out and the room was darker due to this. The list of facilities on the booking.com site is incorrect and it gave me a higher expectation of the hotel. Many of the items (I.e hairdryer, tea & coffee making facilities) have to be requested when you need them. Bathrobes were not available.
• Daniela (9/5): Superb - Location, quite area in Jaipur, 10 minutes tuc tuc drive to the old city. Beautiful building, nice front and back gardens, big comfortable rooms. Staff very friendly. No freshly squeezed juices available. However, in India, this seems to be the normality, rather the exception - this happens even in upscale hotels.

• Kumar (5/5): Passable - Staff behaviour. But they were helpless to honour the commitment of the hotel. Checking in took longer time. The allocated room was different from the room booked. Chairs kept in the room were dirty. Floor was extremely poor.

We stayed in room no 206. The Commode is old and not clean. The lawn is not at all like what is shown in the picture. There are many options in the restaurant but prices are very exorbitant. There is no lift. People having knee problems should avoid this property.

The room was very large and comfortable. The property has a really nice outdoor area where you can relax and eat. The cafe staff was also really nice and the food was great. The room could be cleaner. It was hard to ventilate it because the window we could open was so small.

For two days the hot shower did not work. They forgot to provide me the sheets. The restaurant was slow and the waiters made confusion. Wifi was bad.
