- Jim (8/5): A comfortable room in a hidden place - The location was simple enough to reach on foot and convenient for reaching the city’s main attractions. The main entryway could be easily entered. Even though the lobby doesn’t really impress, the rooms themselves are very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and getting a seat was easy. As I said, the main lobby isn’t very attractive at first glance. It looks more like the first floor of a low-budget 1970s office building, and the crude, ancient paper notices stuck to the wall and floor and the cheap plastic signs don’t help. However, it is understandable given the age of the building and the fact that the cost of renovating the lobby to look cleaner and more welcoming would likely be very high.

- YUKA (4/5): 二度と宿泊しない - 近隣の飲食店へのアクセスは、良かった ・室内に、排水溝の臭いがあり部屋を変えてもらった。顧客が入室する前にスタッフが確認する運用はないようです。 ・天然温泉ながら、効能の記載はなく タトゥー入浴は可能みたいです。『入れ墨の方の入浴はお断り』と記載がありますが、若い方は入れ墨とタトゥーは違う認識のようです。室内スリッパも此方が消毒して別の場所に置いても他の客が履いて行く始末です。客層は、良くないです。 ※駐車場の担当の方は、接客マナーがなく『個人駐車場』のような口調で初めての宿泊客に不親切な説明で着く早々気分を害しました。

- TAMURA (7/5): 要 望 - お部屋が清潔で良かったです。 また、エアコンやテレビの位置もよく、 快適でした。 朝食のレストラン四季には トースターがなく、パンを美味しくいただくことができませんでした。 三蔵には トースターがあったので、とてもパンが美味しくいただけました。 是非、四季にもトースターを置いてください。 お願いします。 女性の、三の湯が満員で、お風呂に入ることができませんでした。 一の湯の方が広いのですが、パッと見たところ、三の湯には、女性風呂という表示があり、左側の、一の湯が目立っていないため、団体のお客様がみんな三の湯に入られたと思います。 もっと一の湯が目立つようにする工夫が必要だと思うのと、こちらの方が大浴場だというアピールも必要かと思います。 人数的に一の湯は、17名分シャワーがありますが、三の湯には、7名分しかありません。ただ、まっすぐ歩いてくると、三の湯の 女湯 というのれんが大変目立っているので、みんな、そちらにまっすぐ歩いて行きます。 左の、一の湯に気づかない方も 大勢見えるので、一の湯が 大浴場ということが、みんなにわかるようにするとよろしいかと思います。 左矢印を大きく書いて、一の湯 大浴場 と、歩いてきたら、自然に大浴場に向かうような工夫をされると よろしいかと思います。三の湯 小浴場 というような書き方も良いかもしれません。 混雑が避けられると思うので、 よろしくお願いいたします。

- Colleen (10/5): I would recommend this hotel and if I return to Nagoya, I will go back! - The hotel was in a great location, close enough to the train station, science, art, sword museums, shrines and the fish market to walk. We enjoy many of the restaurants also in walking distance plus a 7-11 on the corner. The breakfast buffet had vegetarian options and a huge selection. The bath was relaxing and never crowded. My husband is 6'4" and the bathroom was a bit small for him.

- Mckinley (8/5): - Liked that it was near a few attractions we planned on going to. There was also a megadonki across the hotel which made it easy to just shop for stuff around here. The car we had was too big for the free parking they provided, there were paid parking available near by.
