- 7chris7ian (10/5): Wonderful holiday again - We came back for our third holiday at Vana Belle and dis not regret it. The area is amazing with the rooms surrounded by nature and spectacular views. Rooms: Very spacious with various amenities, no noise from other rooms though you might hear wildlife in the mornings due to the proximity to the rich nature on the hotel premises. Private pool was very nice and not too cold. Restaurants: Best breakfast in the world with a great selection on smoothies, juices, egg meals and also Asian cuisine. Beach: Calm and beautiful beach area on Chaweng Noi, very attentive staff at the beach/pool especially Max whose enthusiasm and dedication we admired. Renting of SUP boards and kayak for free which is very rare in hotels. Comfortable sunbeds and enough umbrrllas, also natural shade by trees. Location: Chaweng Noi surrounded by rainforest, the area is built in a hill so some parts are a bit steep to walk but complimentary buggy service is offered. 10 min drive to Chaweng center. Service: 100% outstanding service. You can really feel the dedication of the entire staff, we want to express our sincere gratitude to the whole team from the breakfast buffet, beach and pool bar, reception, gardeners, buggy drivers, room attendants who always had a smile on theor faces and the guards who always escorted us across the road at the main gate. Our biggest thanks goes to our butler ‘C’. Thank you for taking care of us and for all the gifts for our daughter and us. You went the extra mile to make us happy and feel welcome. Thank you for making reservations and snacks for us. You really took care of everything. In a wrap: Beautiful landscape, great food, quiet beach and exceptional staff which is the signature of this hotel.
- xuke0518 (10/5): One of the best beach holiday in Thailand - It is our 2nd time to visit Vanna Belle (last time was in 2019). The experience could not be better. We have probably been to Thailand for holiday more than 30 times over the last 10 years. The experience with Vana Belle certainly is among the top in our opinion. The hotel is very conveniently located to all the major spaces we want to go (shopping centre, restaurants, bar area, airport, night markets, etc). The room is very spacious and very quiet in the night (super for relaxation). The beach in front of the hotel is impecable. The hotel facility is well mantained. The staff were very attentative. Our butler "Ms C" is fantastic and very helpful throughout our stay. Big thumb up to Vana Belle, and Ms C. Look forward to return again with more family members in the coming month!

Tik was the dedicated team member assigned to support us and made every effort to create an easy and comfortable experience for us. There is nothing more that we could have wanted from our stay. She ensured that our stay at the Vana Belle was entirely magical, from the personalized welcome to the fresh coconut waters delivered to our room, to the daily check-ins to make sure we were having a great experience and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend the Vana Belle for its proximity to central sites, beautiful property and amenities, and above all else, the unwavering high quality of service, as exemplified by Tik!

We had a Villa directly at the Beach with our own Infinty Pool 🤩 Luxurious room with all the things you need (and more) Very friendly and supportive staff, fantastic Spa and the personal Butler was the highlight. We had the pleasure to have “Tik” (her nickname) working for our convenience 🙏 She took care of everything, made sure to share all her local knowledge and recommendations and doesn’t left any wish open. Clear recommendation if you want a great Resort, with perfect service, in the Hotspot Area Chaweng Beach with some distance to have a quiet and wonderful vacation.

- TeeEmm (10/5): Vana Belle - perfection in every way - Outstanding in every way! From check-in to check-out the Vana Belle is a beautiful, flawless experience. Our incredible “butler” Naomi made it such a special stay. Her attention to detail and caring nature made everything even more enjoyable. She kindly arranged for us to change to an upgraded beach villa that sealed everything to perfection! She did so many things to make our stay exceptional. The beach is stunning and so quiet and the resort is also quiet and very romantic. We enjoyed dinner two nights at the beach side restaurant- Panali. Honestly, we were blown away by the food and the service. Tak at Panali was so great and took such great care of us. The spa experience was sublime and my husband declared it as “best massage ever.” The breakfast buffet was also incredible. We have stayed at several Four Seasons and the Vana Belle beats them ALL on service and attention to detail!! They made us feel so special and it’s a uniquely intimate experience as it feels very boutique. Thank you Vana Belle and your team of incredible staff. We will definitely return and I’ll be dreaming about that gorgeous beach for days to come.

The hotel is comfortable, located in between so much greenery that you feel like you live in a jungle. The territory is huge, but everything is quite conveniently located. Breakfast is one of the best we’ve had, amazing variety of foods, fresh tropical fruit every day. Two restaurants to choose from for lunch and dinner. A SPA and a gym, private pools in every room, impressive beach. All staff members are extremely helpful and friendly. Our assistant Tik did everything to make us feel at home.

- helen880989 (10/5): Decent property with excellent service - Once arriving at the reception, we were immediately greeted by the front office staff and cleansed our hands with flower petals. Very special welcome indeed! We stayed 3 nights in total with a full house (as my Marriott Titanium status wasn’t useful at all and didn’t get any upgrade). The jungle view pool suite is nice enough for our resort holiday. The size is decent and has everything we needed - nice bathtub and a relaxing pool good for two people. Our butler, Pum, also very kindly arranged welcome amenities for us and arranged everything we need such as spa, restaurant reservations and car transfer. She also regularly checked in with us if we need anything. We really appreciated her excellent service throughout the stay. We tried all the restaurants onsite and liked the Pool Bar the most. We had a very authentic Carbonara! Kiree was the least favourite one - breakfast was okay with a good a-la-carte variety, but dinner was a bit overpriced. Hotel facilities were also pretty good. The beachfront pool is not very busy all the time. The beach is clean and has beautiful blue water. The gym is also good in size and not busy as well. Overall it was an excellent experience in the hotel and we’d love to come back at some point!

We were warmly greeted and expected. I’ve not felt so welcome anywhere else. Then we met Tik, our butler for our stay. She is a master in hospitality and made sure our needs were met before we even thought of anything. Tik made sure our room, reservations, laundry, everything was well appointed and taken care of. I hope she knows how much she added to our wonderful experience. The restaurants were exceptional and we were fortunate to catch a fire show and sea market during our stay. The room with the Infiniti pool was my sanctuary. —- so much so that I enjoyed it most days. This is an exceptional resort and I’m so happy to have experienced it.
- Paradise17456453702 (10/5): An amazing hotel and location - An amazing hotel in an amazing location. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had our own butler called Romi who was amazing. When we arrived one of the rooms was not ready (we arrived early) and he personally came and found us on the beach with the key when it was ready. My husbands prescription sunglasses broke just before we left our previous location and he helped us get those fixed, he also supplied us with treats that we found in our room after a day trip out. 2 of us eat gluten free and the restaurant had its own section at breakfast, one day they didn’t have bread so the chef made us our own pancakes as an apology. When arriving at the beach the staff would help you find loungers (and move them for you if required) so all 4 of us could sit together. They also delivered ice cold water to you a few times a day and you had a button to press if you wanted to order anything. We would 100% recommend this hotel and location and hope to return.

Romi was welcoming as if we were family and there is no task to small for him that he won't do to the highest level of service - we look forward to seeing him on our next visit. One of a number of friendly staff working there. All lovely, professional to the highest level, hard-working and great to talk to. Zidane was a new face on reception and again was someone who was a cut above, polite, dutiful, courteous and eager to help in any way he could. Again warm, helpful, engaging and making us feel like we'd arrived home after a long day. The breakfast was very good, with a sumptuous array of main dishes to choose from. - RockyMountain2 (10/5): Great Experience at Vana Belle - I had a wonderful experience at Vana Belle and would highly recommend the resort. I was so surprised by the beach. Soft white sand and crystal blue/green water. With the east facing orientation you could chose sun or shade throughout the day. I am a morning person and the sunrises were fantastic. Palm trees hanging over the beach chairs created such a pleasant atmosphere. Given the location closer to central Chaweng, I thought this area would feel very busy. In April, I found the beach active, but I was able to relax and read and enjoy the ocean. It never felt crowded. Vana Belle is not secluded like some resorts, but I would select Chaweng Noi beach any day. This quality of beach is not the same across the island. I can't speak to all beaches, but I also stayed at another resort on the west side and actively avoided the beach there. For this reason, I wish I had stayed longer at Vana Belle. I arrived late and the staff greeted me and got me to my room quickly (appreciated). I did not think I would get an upgrade as a Bonvoy Gold, but I was moved up to a sea view room. Nice welcome sweets/tropical fruit and a bottle of sparkling when I arrived at my room. My room was directly adjacent to the entry area. It’s hard to comment negatively on anything but there was noise from the buggies (beeping sensors) as they backed up into the buggy parking in the front. Really did not affect me though. I suspect literally any other room would not experience this. My butler Dao found the perfect balance of making sure I knew she was there if I needed anything but allowing me to connect as needed (perfect for me). Breakfast was included in my rate and very well done. Very nice buffet spread and a wide selection of ala carte options made to order. The breakfast staff were stars. I really enjoyed my time at Vana Belle and would highly recommend it.

- Zornado2008 (10/5): Top notch facility with the highest level of service I’ve ever received at a luxury resort - Vana Belle and its staff have exceeded all my expectations during my stay and delivered an unparalleled experience for my first visit to Koh Samui. The resort has a fantastic location, meticulously maintained grounds and secluded location, but within a short 10 min ride you are right in the middle of the action. The staff kindly upgraded us to the premium ocean view suite for my birthday and accommodated my late check-in due to Songkran traffic. And the suite is absolutely breath taking. What stands out the most is the staff here, led by Wee, along with our butler C, and Jingpi, who went above and beyond to make sure every single need of ours were met. We had a small issue with the air conditioning on the first night, once it was raised, the staff immediately found us a floor fan, and worked around the clock to fix the AC. We were receiving hourly updates via WhatsApp and it was fixed within 24 hours. The staff also proactively arranged for amenities to compensate for the inconvenience the AC has caused, and the way they dealt with issue demonstrated their utmost level of professionalism and their care for the guests. Can’t recommend this resort enough for anyone who wants the best experience in Koi Samui
- 953eleanord (10/5): Unforgettable Honeymoon - My husband and I spent 4 days, 3 nights at Vana Belle for our Honeymoon in December 2025, and our stay truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. The property itself was beautiful and the beachfront location is hard to beat. We spent most of our time alternating between the beach and the main pool, we hardly used the pool in our suite simply because the beach access was so perfect. What really made our stay so exceptional was our butler, Frang. He was beyond incredible. Frang was warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. Frang added personal touches to our room throughout each day, always accompanied by a handwritten note. One moment that especially stood out was returning to our room to find two cocktails waiting for us - the exact drunks we have been enjoying on the beach throughout our stay. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. Frang anticipated our needs, made excellent recommendations for dinner and activities, handled all of our reservations, and arranged transportation. We didn't have to worry about a single thing and felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Throughout the property, service was consistently excellent and the overall atmosphere was a great balance between luxury and relaxation. Additional shoutouts to Apple and Mai for our relaxing facials and massages, Peter for a fantastic and fun Muay Thai boxing class, and Fluke, Max and Peter for their attentive and friendly service. Nothing felt too heavy handed or over the top. It was simply thoughtful and perfectly executed. We left feeling completely refreshed and are already planning our next trip. I've stayed at many properties and have never been as sad to leave as I was Vana Belle. I literally cried - a first for me! If you're considering staying here, we cannot recommend it enough.

At first, when we entered the room, we were quite surpriced because it's didn't look like the picture at all. We need time to adjust and honestly felt a bit disappointed, as price we paid was quite high compared to our expections . The room felt rather old but lucky it's was very clean. We decided to go out even though the room wasn't quite what we hope for, replace with very beautiful beach , stunning view and admostphere was inceedibly relaxing . We felt that we were really paying for the ambiance. By the secound day we unexpectedly fell in love with Vana belle Because of all one main reason was Natty. She has such a positive attitude and very easy to talk to. She took great care of us and paid attention to us everyday. Oneday, she surpriced us with snacks after we came back from the beach, along with a beautiful card writen in Hebrew. We love it so much, she made us feel truly warm and happy . She made us knew charming of the resort that don't need to be perfect but human and nature can healing our soul . We went luxury hotel in Bangkok everything perfect but can't feel like this place. Thank you Natty you are such a perfect hospitality . Also she reccomened restaurant and gave us great advice about Full moon Party. Including a restaurant with a million dollar view. Activities in hotel we love is Cocktail party. Have wonderful atmosphere and live music, which we really enjoyed. The staff are attentive and quick to address any issues. They went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. We were honestly blown away by the level of service provided. The resort itself is centrally located and convenient to get to. There are some great restaurants near by (our favourite was Phensiri - we went two days in a row). We want to give a special shout out to our butler Frang, who was amazing. He was extremely responsive and assisted us with all types of requests from making reservations for us, organizing transportation, making recommendations for food, etc. He left personalized notes and small gifts, which were a thoughtful touch. We cannot wait to one day return to Vana Belle and couldn’t recommend it more!

The dining area is really nice, they have great foods and the pool is massive. Next to the pool you have a nice view of the beach and a trial to get on the beach , next to the pool you have this bar that you can order many kinds of foods from and right next to the bar you have this restaurant which has a beautiful view of the beach. Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived, and we felt very welcome and well looked after throughout our stay. The hotel has a beautiful, calm, and luxurious atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing holiday. A special thank you goes to the staff, who were all incredibly friendly and attentive. We would especially like to mention our butler, C, who was truly wonderful. She was kind, thoughtful, and made our stay even more special with her warm and caring service. Overall, it was a really lovely experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxation and luxury.

We didn’t get disappointed. - We liked the idea of an assistant which was very helpful for bookings like Tables at the restaurant and Spa. Other small requests have been handled as well. They had so many surprises for us celebrating our 30 years wedding anniversary. Lovely 😍😍

- GabrielleGu (10/5): Would definitely come back! - We had a lovely stay in Koh Samui. The resort was beautiful and peaceful, and the amenities are clean. A special thank you to our butler C, who was incredibly attentive and made everything so easy and comfortable for us.
- Karin (9/5): Eine traumhafte dschungelartige Oase an der Nordostküste - Das Hotel liegt an einem sehr schönen Sandstrand mit türkisem Meer. Die verschiedenen Restaurants bieten hervorragende Küche an und das Personal ist ausgesprochen zuvorkommend. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist extrem umfangreich und die Menükarte ist exquisit. Unsere Grand Pool Suite war sehr geräumig und hatte eine wunderbare Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick auf das Meer. Leider ist die Raumaufteilung in der Suite unglücklich gewählt. Das Badezimmer ist riesig und die Dusche sehr schmal. Auch die Garderobe samt Kleiderkasten ist winzig. Bei der Raumgestaltung hätte man sich mehr Gedanken machen können.
- DKYYZ74 (10/5): A beautiful property! - This property really is beautiful. From the luxurious lobby to the gorgeous oversized rooms with amazing ocean views. Breakfast was really nice with a very large menu and buffet offering. One of the things I loved the most was a stunning beach / oceanfront, next do a large pool, and a fantastic Thai restaurant. You could really sit back, relax, and enjoy your day without needing to move around too much - which on holiday was a big win. The restaurant in particular was great to have as part of the hotel, and offered some of the best Thai food I had on the island. And, not too expensive (considering luxury hotel). The hotel faces east, so you get sunrise and not sunset. Normally, not ideal, but this time I was up early for my outbound flight, so I was able to enjoy a magnificent sunrise. Although, given the choice, I’d still take sunset :). Overall, a beautiful property and I can’t wait to go back.

And Taiy is also the kindest person I’ve met, as well. 5 star service & experience! I cannot say enough amazing things!
- Explore42783534622 (10/5): Amazing - We have travel to Thailand many times, and this time is other experince, The hotel is very natural and private. The sea side restaurant is very relaxing. Normally we really value privacy because we came here to relax and don't want butlers. But Natty made us surprise, she extreamely professional, unlike the butlers we have encontered at other hotel. She know when we wanted privacy and when we need her. And continues to perform her duties very well even on days when we do not see her. She is very attentive. Always serving snack with thouthful card to show her care. She always greet us with beaitiful and sincere smile. She have amezing travel experinces and we can have fun talking about the same things. Also she even prepared a souvenir for us on the day we left. Thank you Natty for all . We hope to see you again. And thank you everyone in the hotel for being so kind and helpful . And " Green Curry at Panali " very delicious .
- giliMH (10/5): Great vacation in Vana Belle - We had the greatest experience in Vana Belle. The room was beautiful, the resort is not too big and not too small, gives you privacy along options for different activities. They offer the best beach is Samui with white sand and calm water. Breakfast is very reach as well at dinner options and all-day snacks and meals near the pool and beach. The room and the whole resort are very clean with high maintenance level. But above all- great service. Our personal assistance was Tik and she helped us with *everything* we needed, and made our experience in Samui amazing.
- 746mridult (10/5): 5 star Luxury at Samui - Vana Belle is a wonderful place to stay in Koh Samui. Beautifully built with spacious rooms and tons of greenery. The hospitality was top notch and a special mention of our personal butler “C” who was exceptional. She was our single point of contact for all our needs and was quick, warm and efficient.
- 吉本渋 (10/5): The best hotel in Koh Samui - I have stayed at the W and the Ritz-Carlton in Koh Samui, but this hotel truly exceeded my expectations and was even better than both of them. All the staff are exceptionally friendly, polite, and highly professional. Their hospitality made our stay truly memorable. I would especially like to mention Ms. Naomi, who was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly considerate and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent — even better than the breakfasts at the W and the Ritz-Carlton. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were warm, attentive, and very welcoming. In my opinion, the Ritz-Carlton Samui could learn a lot from the level of service provided at this hotel. I would highly recommend staying here. サムイ島で、Wとリッツカールトン、ついでここのラグジュアリーコレクションに泊まりましたが、ここがダントツでよかったです。ホテルは古いですが、部屋からの眺めも一番よかったです。（すべて、プライベートプール付きの海が見えるプランでした） とくにスタッフ教育が素晴らしい。リッツもwも、朝食会場のスタッフが雑でレベルが低く、残念だったのですが、ここのホテルは朝食、バギー、どのスタッフも素晴らしかったです。朝食会場ではGloryさんが素晴らしいスタッフさんでした。 とりわけ、チェックインから対応してくれた、ナオミさんは、日本語もできるスタッフんで、非常によくしてくれました。ナオミさん、ありがとう！
