The restaurant breakfast buffet, swimming pools, Spa services, and rooftop bar were all amazing and the location next malls and restaurants was perfect. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much for welcoming our family and going out of your way to make us feel comfortable.
- TooshMan (10/5): Outstanding in all ways - Location is slap bang in the middle of Makati…easy access to Greenbelt and Landmark. The hotel itself is a peaceful haven, and even more so than their sister property in the same building. We were upgraded to a Suite and it was an exceptional room. Comfortable, spacious, lovely comfortable bed. The only misstep is the lack of multiple charging outlets, which is a necessity in this day and age. The outlet built into the nightstand is a bit difficult to access, especially if a converter plug is needed. We enjoyed an amazing breakfast at the Mireio restaurant. Staff were very helpful in getting us in and out quickly, as we had a flight to catch. Only disappointment was not being able to grab a drink at the Long Bar, as our daughter in not an adult…but they did try to accomodate us elsewhere. It was a short stay so we didn’t get to experience the hotel more, but would like to do so in the future. I recommend staying here and will do so if I am back in Manila.

We had a complimentary upgraded room. I appreciate Mark at the front desk who gave us a room at the Residences while waiting for our original room as my family was so tired from a flight. Our butler Uno who has been there way back gave his best service to us too. Raffles Makati never disappoints and trained their staff so well to provide an excellent customer service. Keep it up!

A 20 min taxi ride from the airport located close to several malls. Very clean, large room. Had booked using the Amex Fine Hotel program and the hotel accommodated my early check in request. Complimentary breakfast (small buffet but can order a variety of cooked options) was excellent at a Michelin starred restaurant. I also received complimentary high tea which was quite the experience. Buzzing atmosphere. Across the board, the staff was very kind and helpful. I used the fitness center and it was well equipped for my limited treadmill and gym needs. At the price range of the luxury properties in Makati, I thought this was excellent value for money. Given the opportunity, I will stay here again.

The hotel’s decor with high ceilings, wide trim and tall bookshelves speaks of refined elegance. The staff were superb. The greeters made you feel as if they were waiting for your arrival. The check-in process welcomes you with a refreshing drink. The rooms were impeccable and the staff very responsive. Siza and MJ left a brief note after each cleaning which I loved. Giam Salvatierra was excellent. The breakfast staff, Jamie, Joy, Angel, Ithiel, Jillian, Julia and Peter were superior. They remembered your drink selection immediately and could sense whether you wanted conversation or peaceful solitude. They were simply marvelous. They ensured your day started nicely. When you want to be pampered without the fussiness Raffles Makati is the hotel to choose.

The entire staff surrounding the front desk were professional and always asked if we needed anything. The real highlight was the staff at dining/breakfast. Words can’t describe how amazing they were. They provided excellent customer service and always remembered items that we ordered daily, such as the tea and coffee. We were given fresh mangoes daily, which we loved. I am a woman who lost all her hair due to alopecia, and often I feel insecure about it. However, this staff treated me like a queen. Jamie, Joy, Angel, Ithiel, Jillian, Julia, Peter and Glan. I can’t say enough about the royal service given and general kindness that this staff provided. Food was very good and I would recommend Raffles to everyone.

They surprised our son by singing “Happy Birthday” when we opened the door, and I was also delighted to receive a beautiful bouquet — such a thoughtful touch. We thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary high tea and cocktails, and breakfast at the French restaurant was another highlight, where the staff once again gathered to celebrate our son. Special thanks to our concierge, Trisha, who arranged our reservations and thoughtfully moved our evening cocktails from the Writer’s Bar to the Long Bar to match our dinner plans. She also organized a birthday surprise for my friend, which exceeded expectations and was executed perfectly. Our butler, JP, who made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived and welcoming us with refreshments. He ensured the room was perfectly set up, coordinated our turndown service with housekeeping, and handled every request promptly and professionally until the very end of our stay. The team at Mireio was equally impressive. Everyone was attentive and proactive, always ready with thoughtful recommendations. Whether refilling drinks or assisting with small requests such as condiments or rice preferences, their service never missed a beat. We truly appreciated the care and ease throughout our stay. Let me tell you, one of the best decisions ever! The moment we arrived we were impressed with the cleanliness, attentiveness from staff and beautiful furnishings and artwork. We originally reserved the Artist Suite but were pleasantly upgraded to the Legacy Suite (Room 1002- a spacious luxury corner suite with chic accommodations and beautiful city views) and assigned to our private Butler Marcel. He welcomed us with a refreshing specialty drink #Raffles Fizz-like lemonade but better and made with kalamansi. Yummy! We also were welcomed with a personalized card and a tray of sweet grapes and delicious desserts. Butler Marcel acquainted us to the spacious suite and carefully arranged our luggages. He was knowledgeable, professional and kind and pampered us throughout our entire stay. I really appreciate how he reserved our spas, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails. Another example of the impeccable care we recieved from Butler Marcel was when he brought my luggage down to get weighed to ensure it didn’t go over the 50 lb limit thus preventing me from extra charges. Butler Marcel also stayed behind after his shift ended to say his goodbyes and make sure we made it to our Grab ride to the airport. Wow…please accept our sincerest heartfelt gratitude. I’d also like to mention Princes as another staff who stood out. She was so sweet, calm and professional. She made sure our luggages and check out process went smoothly. Thank you Raffles!!! I first went to raffles a year ago, being assisted by Mark. When I came back for my second visit, he was the same one who assisted us for checking-in and checking-out, and his commendable service remains consistent and of high quality. First, upon my request weeks before our stay, they managed to give us 2 connecting suites and even upgraded one of the Artist Suites into a bigger room. As soon as we stepped into the lobby, they made sure we didn't have to worry about anything and just enjoy our stay. The front desk, concierge, our butlers, Uno and Princes, were really helpful in making our stay memorable. The butlers even ran our baths and give us a good complimentary wine and cake. The rooms are really spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully packed with amenities. Raffles will definitely be our first choice for another staycation.

What started as a practical decision quickly turned into the perfect mini getaway. A chance to rest, relax, and enjoy a few quiet hours together away from the noise of daily life. We had requested an early check-in since we had also scheduled spa time. There was a small hiccup initially, but the staff resolved it quickly and our suite ended up being ready well before the official check-in time. To our delight, we were upgraded to a Legacy Suite, which was absolutely beautiful. The space had an elegant yet understated simplicity that made it feel luxurious without being over the top. One charming feature was the cocktail cart in the suite. So perfect for unwinding after dinner. We were escorted by our butler, Uno, who made sure everything was perfect from the beginning to the end of our stay. It was the thoughtful little touches that truly stood out. This was actually the first hotel that offered me a body pillow—something I usually have to bring myself! The cookies, the bedtime tea, and the attentive service all added to the experience. The spa was wonderful. The mineral salt tub was incredibly soothing for my aching joints, and the massage left us feeling completely relaxed. Dinner at Mireio was another highlight of our stay. The food was excellent and the service was just as impressive. Special thanks to Lovely for taking such good care of us throughout the meal. We will definitely be back and next time we plan to stay longer so we can enjoy the pool and more of what Raffles Makati has to offer. The suite was very spacious and clean. The service was perfect, with our butlers JP and John taking care of all our needs. Everyone was very nice, polite and kind, and the breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel in Makati is well situated next to malls. The arts tour with the head butler was also very interesting! Highly recommended for a getaway!

Chose the Raffles Hotel because we wanted to have a special stay, it is after all our 35th wedding anniversary. The hotel and its staff ( Mark, Mara , Uno and Gail) made sure it was indeed a seamless and enjoyable stay. The afternoon tea was most enjoyable as we could relax and take our time. We didn’t get to enjoy the cocktails to the full because we had dinner plans however we did get to have one drink . Would definitely do this again , hopefully this year again. The highlight for us here was the restaurant where you have breakfast and dinner etc. The service was absolutely amazing every day without fail. We also really enjoyed our Sunday brunch at the hotel. One thing I found a little confusing given the high room rate is that if you book what they call a residence which is really a one bedroom suite you don’t have same inclusions such as butler service and some of the other things you have if you book a suite. The room was great and we really liked it and the cleaning etc was excellent. Thanks to the staff for a great stay. We would stay again.

Booked my hotel expecting a nice relaxing low key stay, but was upgraded upon check in and surprised to discover that my suite came with a complimentary fully stocked bar and personal butler. Marcel greeted me with an expertly crafted Old-fashioned cocktail and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Service was impeccable and I appreciated the extra efforts made by him and the lovely ladies at the lobby lounge / artist’s bar to make me feel special and well taken care of. From the handwritten notes with my afternoon tea to the prompt communication by WhatsApp and did I mention the on-demand cocktails in my suite? — I felt quite pampered and spoiled and only regret not staying longer to take full advantage of this superb service. This was my first solo trip ever and despite my initial hesitations and anxiety about traveling solo and leaving my husband and toddler back at home, Raffles really set the bar and exceeded my expectations for what luxury solo travel could be like. I came back feeling refreshed and recharged, and look forward to going back next time and bringing my family and friends to enjoy Raffles with me.

We were upgraded to a Legacy Suite with a connecting room to an Artist's Suite so it was the perfect setup for our family. The butlers of Raffles Makati are always at their best so whenever we needed anything it was just a quick call or message on their Whatsapp account. Butler Isah was very helpful and even gave us a tour of our big room when we first arrived. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails are included in the room as usual so we had snacks and refreshments almost all day long.

Every staff member at Raffles Makati never says “no.” The staff at the Club Lounge also engaged my children in warm and delightful conversations, and in particular, I will always remember the kind smile of my assistant/butler Eva. Mark and Gail at the front desk consistently gave us more than we ever expected whenever we spoke with them. I initially thought of Raffles simply as a hotel with beautiful interior design, but after staying there, what truly stayed with me was the memory of the people. It takes a four-hour flight from our home to get there, but if time and opportunity allow, I would love to return to Raffles again—sitting at the Long Bar with a Singapore Sling in hand, reminiscing about our previous stay.

The staff (including our very own butler Marcel!) was very hospitable and kind, helping us in every request. Check-in and check-out was a very smooth process. We got upgraded to a very spacious room which had a view of the malls in Makati - nothing too spectacular but the spacious room was much appreciated as well as the simple old money decor. The hotel is central in Makati right next to Greenbelt - great for restaurant access and shopping.

The absolute highlight of our stay was the Legacy Suite. The suite felt like more of a high end private residence than a hotel room, featuring soaring ceilings elegant floor designs and floor to ceiling windows that bathed the space for natural light. The separate living area was perfect for lounging and the marble bathroom was sanctuary in itself. The Raffle's Butler Service is world class. From the seamless check in to the thoughtful touches throughout the day, the staff anticipates our needs before we even voice them. The vibes is decidedly sophisticated, quiet , luxurious and exclusive. Intercontinental breakfast at Merio ( Mechilen Guide Selected for 2026 was fabulous. WI-FI is fast and reliable. Pool was stunning especially so with the presence of those two lifeguards on duty. The Service: These is where Raffles Makati shines. Special shoutout to Gail, Mark, JP, Kent, Eva ,Sebastian and Peter (from Merio Restaurant). These were the only names i remembered but all of them were helpful and nice. - 910reggiem (10/5): Absolute perfection in every way. - We stayed at Raffles Makati on our way to the outer islands, stopping in Manila. This is a seriously beautiful hotel with immaculate service. It really is perfect in every way. Not just stunning surroundings, art, amenities, but loads of small thoughtful touches. We even had a cocktail trolley in our suite loaded with ingredients for a good shake up! Add to that beautiful linen and bedding, gorgeous bathroom etc etc and this hotel would be hard to beat. Oh, and INCREDIBLE eggs Benedict at breakfast … just saying!

The staff are very accommodating, service oriented, friendly, they make the customer feel comfortable and happy at all times. No request too big to fulfill! The 3 bedroom suite we occupied (2803) was so comfortable and met our needs. Very good value for the money. Housekeeping was excellent each day. No complaints. The buffet breakfast was so good (one request/suggestion: add local kakanin for balikbayan people who crave for them 😃). The selection is super and special requests are fulfilled. To sum it up , I would highly recommend Raffles for the 5 star experience in personnel, accommodation and food. You won’t regret it. I would like to mention special individuals by name but there are too many so I am generalizing this review because they all provided excellent service and support. Thank you raffles for this amazing opportunity to stay in your hotel with my entire family. December 2025 will be a memorable experience for us. Thanks for making it happen. #reynante10
- Coastal29427959771 (10/5): Excellent, attentive service. Amazing solo stay. - The place itself is well appointed and luxuriant without being egregiously opulent. Having limited number of rooms makes for an atmosphere that feels exclusive. So if you're one who avoids crowds and noise, this is a great option. Service was exceptional all the way. From the butlers, room attendants, to front desk staff, everyone was helpful and attentive without being intrusive. I especially appreciated the butlers like Marcel and John who responded to my requests promptly. They even went out of their way to find me a ice compress bag and ibuprofen late in the evening when I had a minor injury in the gym. They made sure I had a ready supply of ice in my suite to replenish the compress. The quick response was so helpful to avoid swelling and pain the days after. So helpful especially as I was on my own. Thanks so much for a great stay!
- Cruiser826920 (10/5): Best way to kick off our honeymoon - My husband and I just spent the first night of our honeymoon at Raffles Makati and had the most wonderful experience! Not only did we get upgraded to a suite that was beyond expectation, but the butler who came with the suite, Marcel, and another hotel staff member, Erwin, left us sweet treats, snacks, and wine to help us celebrate our time in Manila. They went above and beyond, hoping to anticipate every need we might have. Erwin found us information for a last minute city tour, and Marcel managed to book us massages in the fully booked spa. We will absolutely stay here again, and if you do and happen to be working with Marcel and Erwin, you are in for a treat!

- F86JJericl (10/5): Serenity in the midst of bustling Makati - Discreet elegance in the heart of the city. The Raffles is close to premium shopping and Manila airport. Comfortable beds and blackout curtains will ensure a restful stay. The Raffles also has a skybar with great views at night, cheers to Jamie and the crew in the Writer’s Lounge who recommended it and were also amazing -she even gave us a special commemorative gift for our last night of the trip. Breakfast options were great and an ornate holiday afternoon tea and great cocktail hour with Singapore Slings and house canapés were the cherry on top to cap off luxury chill vibes to our trip!
- jennifersI2400UF (10/5): Wonderful Luxury Experience in Makati - We had the most spectacular visit to Raffles as a first stop when we arrived in Manila on an early morning flight. We booked through a Chase Edit promotion which included many perks such as a suite upgrade and early/late checkout and $100 credit. Uno was assigned as our butler, he and the team greeted us warmly and helped us to settle in nicely. The corner suite was huge and very comfortable. They catered to our every need and the restaurant staff (Jason & Peter) arranged for special orders of bangus and matcha lattes. The gym, spa, & pool staff were also incredible and we loved the location, accessible to everything via basement tunnels to Landmark, Greenbelt, Glorietta and greater Makati. Breakfast buffet was very good, as were Afternoon Tea and Happy Hour. All included in your stay. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return.

- oswaldu2024 (10/5): Great stay at Raffles Makati - Raffles Makati is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in the Philippines. The rooms are spacious with large beds and great views. They have a complete bathtub set and a 24/7 butler service. Their exclusive tea events are a nice touch. The food is consistently good. I would recommend the Mango Tiramisu. Some things to improve may be the toilet (a more advanced version for flushing and heating) and the television which requires casting to use common apps.
- lil_msbeautiful (10/5): Exemplary customer service - 20/10 customer service. From the airport pick up in the Range Rover to the greeters at the entrance of the hotel to the check in staff. To the fantastic butler, JP, 5 stars. To the amazing staff who fully executed exemplary customer service. To the BMW X7 airport drop off and driver. The location is excellent, across the street from the high end stores. I can’t say enough about Raffles. Certainly impressed as a first time guest and looking forward to other amazing locations.
