• Deborah (10/5): - I loved my stay at SSIP. Everything was perfect since the moment I arrived until the moment I left, thanks to the 3 very kind and welcoming ladies. The owner is really attentive to her guests needs and comfort. The room was great and spotless, I slept like a baby during these 4 nights! I also really enjoyed all the meaningful attentions that I received during my stay. I will come back for sure! Also, trust me and don’t skip on breakfast, it’s one of the best I had in my 7 months traveling.
• Yiwei (10/5): - SSIP 是一間復刻泰國老房子設計，並帶著皇室優雅風格的精品旅店，飯店整理的很美麗、一塵不染，老闆像朋友一樣關心你的旅程。住在這裡會有家的感覺，律實住宅區皇宮附近周遭環境步調也跟這間旅館一樣優雅、緩慢，跟市中心商業區的擁擠、吵雜完全不一樣。如果你想體驗在地慢生活，非常推薦住在這個我認為物超所值、獨一無二的精品旅館。步行可至泰銖5元上圖案「雲石寺」，由朱拉隆功國王主導建造，寺院主體以大理石為主，輔以許多歐洲元素如彩繪玻璃、牆壁、地磚等。很值得去看看。推薦一個私房美食景點，出旅館往右手邊直走約10分鐘左右，來到泰國教育部門口，早上到中午以前會有一整排賣各式早餐、午餐、小吃、手沖咖啡的攤販，每一攤都很有特色，也看起來很乾淨，走一圈大概就能把泰國受歡迎的街邊小吃都買齊了！（其中最推斑蘭葉豆漿，微甜，一包才20泰銖！）😋

Das Frühstück war immer ein Erlebnis- authentisch thailändisch und mit viel Liebe fürs Detail zubereitet. Das Hotel ist sehr klein, in einer eher ruhigen Ecke der Stadt gelegen aber mit der Nähe zum Fluss verkehrstechnisch sehr gut angebunden. Es war jeden Abend schön, zurück ins Hotel zu kommen und die Ruhe zu genießen.

• Muriel (4/5): Je déconseille totalement cet établissement, car niveau qualité - prix, extrêmement décevant. Aucune structure autre que - La chambre était très propre, spacieuse. Le prix est vraiment très élevé, par rapport aux prestations. Balcon mais difficile d accès, car il faut vraiment enjamber. Et sans aucun intérêt, car juste pour mettre les unités de la climatisation. Il n y a d ailleurs, ni table, ni chaises. Pas de piscine, et pas de vue agréable. Alors que j ai pu voir plusieurs hôtels, moitié moins cher, avec piscine, à proximité de l embarcadère, donc vue sur le fleuve. Avec restaurant en terrasse pour déjeuner et dîner. Et solarium en face du fleuve. Ce sont des amis avec qui je suis partie, mais qui sont rentrés plus tôt que moi, qui avaient fait ma réservation. Je ne savais donc pas, si je pouvais annuler ma réservation sans frais, car je n arrivais pas à communiquer avec l établissement. Mes mails me revenaient systématiquement. C est pour cette raison que j y suis allée!!! Car sinon, j aurais opté pour un autre hôtel. Par ailleurs, la réception est fermée à 18h, donc pas d accueil humain. Une photo pour vous expliquer comment pouvoir rentrer dans l hôtel !!! Et lorsque le lendemain, vous voyez la responsable de l hôtel, pour avoir une explication très simple pour une excursion, cela prend du temps !!! Car si vous ne maîtrisez pas l anglais, et si vous lui demandez d utiliser Google traduction, ainsi très rapide pour tout le monde, et bien non. Mme ne veut pas l utiliser, et continue à vous parler en Anglais, même si vous préciser que vous ne comprenez pas.
• Sandrine (10/5): Séjour idyllique - Hôtel de charme construit il y a 13 ans. Sa jeune propriétaire a su donner à son hôtel le charme d’un hôtel néoclassique colonial. Chambres vastes très confortables (nous avons bénéficié d’une grosse promo sur les suites). Accueil particulièrement chaleureux et délicat. Situé dans un quartier peu touristique mais très sûr, très calme et finalement assez central (Wat Pho et Palais Royal pas très loin). Street-food très agréable à deux pas le soir. Très bon petit restau traditionnel juste en face. Le fleuve est à deux pas, ce qui permet de circuler facilement en bateau-bus très efficace face au trafic à Bangkok. Rien !

We had a wonderful stay, the Manager was extremely helpful and we even got an upgrade on our room plus she went to great effort leaving us some confectionery for our anniversary. We came earlier and since the room was ready we could check in earlier with no extra cost. First of all, we absolutely loved the location. It made everything so easy and convenient for us. But what really makes this place special is the host. She went above and beyond in every possible way. She recommended amazing local spots that we would have never found on TripAdvisor,the kind of places that make a trip feel authentic and memorable. Our room was very comfortable, and most importantly, it was really, really clean. That’s something I value a lot, and this place definitely delivered. I also appreciated that the doors are locked at night, which made us feel safe and secure throughout our stay. Great location, spotless rooms, and a truly wonderful host who genuinely cares. Whenever we had a question or ran into even a small issue, she was always there to help. i can’t say enough good things about this place. It was a bit noisy at night as our room was facing the road, and the host immediately upgraded the room for us for no extra cost.

The managing director is extremely friendly and helpful demonstrating obvious concern for the welfare of her guests. The staff are all friendly and cheerful. The breakfast is a work of art in itself combining sweet and savoury in perfect harmony. We had no dislikes at all

They don't usually provide breakfast cereal, this wouldn't affect most people but when the management heard that I was disappointed about this (because my breakfasts are always traditionally cereal based) The manager went out to purchase the available breakfast cereal just for me. So happy with the attitude of these people. The location was not close enough the the temples we wanted to visit. The again, this is a big big city, how can anyone get that right?

• Ekaterina (9/5): - A wonderful small hotel with amazing staff. The rooms were very clean and cleaned every day, even though we left the room at different times. The girl at the reception was always ready to help with any request, booked excursions for us, and gave useful advice and recommendations. Breakfasts were Thai-style, very filling; everything was incredibly tasty and beautifully presented. The only downside is that if you are a coffee lover in the morning, there is no good coffee there. Technically, there is coffee, but it’s impossible to drink. Another minor drawback is the hotel’s location — without a taxi, it’s hard to get to the main attractions, as everything is quite far away. Overall, everything else was very comfortable.

The location is ideal: quiet yet perfectly positioned, close to the most interesting and authentic areas of Bangkok, making it easy to explore the city without being overwhelmed by the chaos. The hotel is set in a charming colonial-style building, full of character and beautifully maintained. The rooms are large, spacious, and very comfortable, tastefully furnished with great attention to detail. What truly makes this hotel special, though, is the staff. Everyone is incredibly kind, polite, and genuinely attentive, always making you feel welcome. A small but meaningful gesture says it all: on New Year’s Eve, they gifted us a face mask, a thoughtful surprise that perfectly reflects their level of care and hospitality. A boutique hotel with soul, comfort, and outstanding service. Highly recommended — and absolutely a place I’d love to return to.

The location is in a quieter part of town, but with easy access to ferry, bus, and car services.

The cleanliness was spotless in every corner of the hotel. Our room was quite spacious and had a balcony overlooking the courtyard/garden of the house next to the hotel. Ssip, our host, was extremely kind and helpful and very attentive to details. We warmly recommend this place. Our room was not very soundproof, and we could hear noise from the neighboring rooms
• Muriel (10/5): Peaceful place just near center and ferry stop - SSIP is very friendly, helpful and available by WhatsApp during the stay. The beds and the bedsheets very comfortable. Nice to have coffee and tea available any time in a common space. Maybe it is useful to communicate about the breakfast options before the stay. We would have liked to have breakfast the first day, but arriving late in the evening we were told this has to be ordered 24 hours in advance. Finally we went to the Pranakorn hotel which is 5 minutes walking and they have great breakfast options.

Auch wenn das Hotel nicht direkt im Zentrum liegt, kann mam wunderbar durch das Quartier spazieren und diverse wunderschöne Tempelanlagen entdecken.Zudem kann man mit dem Boot Richtung Zentrum fahren. Eine angenehme Art Bangkok zu geniesen Nichts zu kritisieren.

Great location, walking distance to Samsen & Khao San and very close to a pier for access to Grand Palace & Wat Arun etc. Room was spacious and comfortable, with a fridge and good aircon. Sheets were so nice! There was hot water, tea, coffee, biscuits available downstairs which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend! Nothing, one of my favourite places we've stayed!

The breakfast was incredible. Every day we tried new Thai dessert dishes all were nicely decorated. We could have water and tea any time. Spotless clean. Would stay there again. Close to many attractions. It takes 25-30 minutes by taxi to get to the big malls cos of traffic. But grab taxi is cheap so it wasn't an issue.

Dabei war auch eine Restaurantsempfehlung Steve direkt am Fluss, welche wirklich sehr gut war. Das thailändische Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Besonders gut hat mir dabei die Tapioka Nachspeise geschmeckt.

The host went above and beyond from the moment I arrived, and I was even offered a complimentary upgrade without asking. The hotel itself is truly unique, with a warm, charming atmosphere that stands out. My room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in. The location is perfect: a quiet, peaceful area yet still close to great restaurants and cafés. I highly recommend this place and would happily return on my next visit to Bangkok.

They recommended some lovely restaurants and sights in the nearby center, too. I had the breakfast on my last day - it was delicious and presented beautifully, I highly recommend the experience!
