• Alex (9/5): Comfort and Convenient - Breakfast was good. You only had to ask for something if it wasn't on the menu, and they would make it for you. Lots of options. A microwave in the room. The number of times we went out for dinner and returned with leftovers, and couldn't heat them up. It was a shame because they just went in the bin.

• Maychelle (10/5): - Our room has all the necessary items from slippers, to toiletres. Breakfast was surprisingly good for the price of the room with breakfast. We enjoyed our stay coz the place is very near the main road Dust on the floor.and the aircon leaking

• Krause (10/5): Amazing staff ! - The receptionist was so kind (I think his name was Thang) !! We talked a lot and he thought me many things about the Vietnamese culture which was so interesting !! The room was clean and very comfortable. I had a small issue with my A/C when I arrived and they immediately sent someone to give it a look (turned out I just didn’t know how to use it properly… 🤦🏼‍♀️). I expected this place to be a bit noisy at night due to its location, but I didn’t hear anything. They provide everything you need, even ear plugs and proper tooth brushes (not the ones you find in the airplanes), and free water everyday. The security guy was also very kind and careful. But what really made this place special to me, is that the staff made it possible for me to catch my flight : there was so much traffic jam that the taxi never came to the hotel, so the staff took two motorcycles to drive me and my luggage out of the traffic jam, and asked a taxi driver to bring me to the airport !! They made all they could to help me and that was so nice of them !! Nothing !
• Catherine (9/5): Nice, clean rooms in a nice area - The rooms were spacious and well kept. The doormen were lovely. The location is good you can walk to more central areas of HCM but it takes like 20/30 mins to some places so we did get taxis a lot but thats ok. The surrounding area is nice with good cafes and restaurants around and is less hectic than more central Ho Chi Minh. The breakfast was ok but the room it was in felt grubby. I thought the hotel should have been a 4 star hotel until I saw the breakfast room.
• Varga (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed here for 3 weeks and the staff were amazing and made us feel like family. A special thanks to the security Nguyen Ngoc Dien who was super helpful with great suggestions where to travel and shop. Also the reception staff Huỳnh Vãn Sú and friends were also amazing and even gave me some traditional medicine when I had an upset stomach from eating too much of the delicious Vietnamese food. The room and bathroom were very clean and kept that way for the duration of our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and had a great experience at this hotel. Highly recommend.
• Flinn (3/5): Very overpriced, bed dreadful, cold showers, very rude male manager. - Reception people especially the young women tried to be helpful. The domestic staff did a wonderful job cleaning the room and were very friendly. The security staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. Location was good. Breakfast chef was very sweet and l was given what was requested. Very average breakfast but cooked well. French bakery on the corner was amazing. Cold showers, old sunken bed, view of old tinned roofs from the window. Manager was rude and would not speak to me or apologise to me due to a huge domestic violence happening between a couple who awoke everyone in the hotel screaming and having punch ons for over 30 minutes at 0745 am one morning. I would have called the police but l didn't know how too. I asked to change rooms because of the awful bed, the cold showers and no view the manager said no. Very overpriced.
• Olga (9/5): Good hotel in the city center - The hotel has a central location, close to the main tourist attractions. It is quiet and peaceful inside, and the staff is friendly. The room had both a fan and an air conditioner, which were in good working order and cooled the room well. The breakfast is very minimalistic and repetitive, and the room is smaller in reality than it appears in the photos.

• Roberto (4/5): - We stayed 2 nights but our room was not cleaned. We complained about it and somebody came to clean it at 10pm, when we were already on bed. No clean towels either on the second day.

The breakfast was nice (although it had no vegetarian options), and the bathroom was very well equipped. Great stay overall. The staff barely spoke any English, and it was very difficult to get any information from them.

Needed to print documents that I had on USB thumb drive. Had no ability to do so, staff did try to help. Just didn’t have the equipment. Definitely not a deal breaker.
• Holly (9/5): Very nice hotel with friendly staff, would book again! :) - The property was clean and hotel room was lovely! Nice cold aircon which helped with the hot weather, this was cold right away. Tv with YouTube so you can watch English channels. The bath room was provided with nice full size shampoo and body wash and plenty of toiletries good for the travellers who don’t carry a lot. The staff were amazing and very polite and helpful. Only thing I would stay would to have prices on the mini bar and snacks. I had a coffee one morning and it wasn’t clear how much it was or that it wasn’t included in the complimentary items.
• Anthony (9/5): Great Stay Near District 1 - The hotel was actually really nice and the room was great. I think it was much better in person than in the photos, which already looked nice. The room was spacious and very cozy. More than enough space for 2 people, was comfortable and clean. The location was pretty good, 7/11 shop nearby and some cafes as well, not too far from the central area in District 1, 5 mins on a grab. Breakfast was a nice touch, simple but tasty and fresh. Overall, was a great stay and value for the price of the room. Everything was great, nothing to dislike.

• Mark L (8/5): Nice Hotel but service could improve - This is a very nice hotel in a good location in District 1. A bit difficult to find by the address. But a quiet location with secure parking for motorbike. I don't like to leave bad reviews or make negative comments however, I stayed a total of 6 nights and room was only cleaned once after i personally asked to have it done. Daily I would leave and hang the "make up room" sign and almost each day that was done I would return to see the sign had been turned over to the "do not disturb side" but nothing had been done to the room. One night made 2 phone calls to front desk asking for toilet paper and waitied 20 minutes. Staff was friendly although not the best service
• BIDEAU (2/5): tentative d'escroquerie - Cet hôtel n'existe pas et il s'appelle A25. Malgré les preuves de notre réservation et de son paiement ils ont cherché à nous faire payer une seconde fois les 2 nuits passées. Il a fallu faire appel à HOTELS.COM qui a du prendre contact avec le manager pour lui certifier que les chambres étaient payées. Nous avons dépensé du temps à téléphoner, bien sur de l'argent et de l'angoisse pour arriver à nos fins. Je n'ai jamais eu à faire à une telle mauvaise fois. C'était une tentative d'escroquerie et deux jours d'enfer.
• Roberto (2/5): Be careful, this hotel doesn't exist - When arrived at the hotel, reception told me not get my booking, so I need to find other hotel and spend more money for hotel and taxi too, time was also late, so hangry, I payed hotel 2 times with my credit card... reception told me many people came like me from all world and happend same to me. be careful not booked it.
• 六地蔵 (8/5): 乗り継ぎに便利。 - 市内中心部より離れているが、その分タクシー代が節約。清潔で朝食もドリンクが３本も。 夜着いて、次の日の便に乗り換えに良い。
