• Bożena (8/5): - The view over the harbor was spectacular, and the room itself was comfortable. The location was also very convenient for us, which made getting around easy. On the downside, the air conditioning was quite noisy, and even when we turned it off, the airflow remained loud. Breakfast was rather modest, with a limited selection. During all three mornings, the croissants were consistently dry. For a five-star hotel, I would have expected a better and more varied breakfast offering.

Bon quartier vivant à Wanchai , près de Causeway bay station et à 8 min à pied du Star Ferry pour Kowloon. Un peu long pour avoir 2 oeufs au plat alors qu’il n’y a que quelques personnes au petit dejeuner. Impossible d’arreter completement la clim qui reste tres bruyante à mon gout meme qu’ on on l’eteint.

• Marcon (6/5): Pas d'eau chaude... - Bon emplacement, chambres propres et spacieuses, lit confortable et chambre bien équipée, mais hôtel vieillissant. Je n'ai pas eu d'eau chaude. Pas de souci en été mais là c'était l'hiver et quand j'ai demandé à l'accueil, ils m'ont expliqué que j'aurais max 42 degrés pour l'eau chaude (on était loin du compte). Pour le prix de la chambre, se doucher à l'eau à peine tiède est problématique.

Petite vue sur la baie de HongKong des chambres. Salle de bain superbe. Le petit dejeuner pas top. Croissant rassis et pain des oeufs benedicte trop dur. Manque de varietes.....Accueil manque de chaleur.

Slightly away from the madness of central but excellent and easy transport links. It was my birthday and the staff kindly arranged a cake which was a nice touch. Liked everything but I noticed it was quite cold in the room even when I put the heating on it constantly stayed at 21.

Pulizia sommaria, solo design. Anche sollecitati, si sono sempre limitati a rimuovere la spazzatura e fare il minimo indispensabile. Ovunque peli, capelli, macchie, tracce di cibo che sì sarebbero potute rimuovere agevolmente.anche sollecitati, hanno perseverato; evidentemente il loro standard è quello. Colazione pessima, scarsa, in ambiente angusto e sporchissimo.

• Metabaron (8/5): Good Location for a short stay - It was our second stay in this Hotel. The Hotel is nicely located on HongKong Island just 5- 10 min to walk to star Ferry. The Breakfast is good, Coffee excellent. The Room is not very big, but this is ok regarding the location, but what is really a problem that there is quite no storage, wardrobe.

• Angeline (8/5): Nice place to stay. Would have to book a bigger room if more than 1 pax (but that means more $). - The decor was modern. Location was 10 mins walk away from Times Square. The New Moon Room is very small. Good for 1 pax only. For a modern looking hotel, the toilet is lacking a bidet and USB-C outlet. Lifts are also slow. Reception is on the 5th floor which make checking in/out troublesome.

• RPTJMT (10/5): Nice hotel in good location, with great staff. - The reception, concierge and housekeeping staff were very pleasant / welcoming. A special mention to Concierge Simon who helped "locate" our Uber on our departure. Spacious room with clean amenities, comfortable bed and great view. Breakfast was disappointing. We felt the nuts and cereal that we had were stale, however the hot offerings, which most people were having appeared OK. As breakfast was only A$1-extra per day in our 3 night stay, we didn't make a fuss and had breakfast elsewhere on our remaining days. The breakfast staff were very nice.

• Jose (9/5): Great Hotel in an Excellent location. - Excellent location and easy to get to everywhere you want to go to around Causeway Bay. Higher floor rooms have a great partial sea view. Well appointed rooms, I took the full moon which was really nice with a huge comfortable bed.. Breakfast offering is quite limited but reasonably good. I am not much of a breakfast eater so I am fine with a smaller spread.

All shopping mall restaurant and bars are at less than 10 minutes by walk. The room is very spacious for HK and the quality price ratio was good. Lobby and breakfast place are really simple but understable for the location

Shout out to Dennis for his excellent follow-up action after I highlighted to him that the shower water was not hot. The breakfast can be improved with more selections. Overall, comfortable and cozy stayed.

• Jose (9/5): Great Hotel in good location - Well kept hotel with lovely rooms in a great location. I enjoyed having the super king bed in the room category that I booked and the views were also great from a high floor. Wi-Fi was a little challenging as the rooms have individual units to connect too. Maybe a little maintenance needed as the battery packs go flat within minutes.

• Shalini (8/5): - The staff were amazing and very helpful. The water in the shower was not hot, warm at best and though they got maintenence in to "fix" it many times, nothing changed. Nothing worse than having a lukewarm shower in the HK heat. Same with the bathtub - water was not hot. Room is great and clean and the hotel is well located. The toilet from above was leaking into my toilet cubicle. I would find pools of blue water on the floor. It was fixed by maintenence and they sent me a bottle of wine as an apology. Overall, other than the lack of a hot shower, great staff and a decent hotel.

I did not try the restaurant neither the bar. Could be closer to the Metro to make easier our stay, nothing else. Also the hotel has all the info online, and I still prefer to read on paper about the best tips for our stay,

They arranged everything i wanted (prayersmat and koran) and also were helpfull to my 4 year old daughter and my wife. The location is also good with the subway nearby. They also provide you with a wifipocket device so you dont have to buy internet! The room also had surroundsound! Nothing

• Dora (8/5): Hotel with great style and nice location - The hotel was well managed. The rooms were nicely appointed and decor was bright and inviting. We stayed in a full moon partial view room which was quite large. The bathroom is almost the same size as the room with a bathtub. The bed was oversized which made the room space small. I think it may be two double beds put together. Only feedback is there was not enough drawer shelf space in the closets. Mostly hanging space. Only two shallow drawers and one long narrow shelf by the bar. A lot of wasted space. We tried to make reservations at the restaurant in the hotel but if was booked all 4 nights we stayed there. So, if you want to have dim sum or dinner, make a reservation ahead of time. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, location and style of the hotel.
• Dong Hyun (8/5): - The room was little small, did not provide full Marriott service. Although, location was not bad, it was in between subway stations, so had to walk 10 min to reach one.

Unique interior design with chinese vibes 4. Quite spacious (38m2) for HK, enough room for plenty luggage items 5. Harbour view of course 6. Clean and well equipped bathroom: bathtub and shower 7. Many windows and natural light 8. coffee machine 9. Very quite and good noice isolation, thick doors, we didn’t hear anything (except for aircon)
