Sam fakt dodatkowej opłaty za parking nie jest problemem — wiele hoteli stosuje takie rozwiązanie i jest to zrozumiałe. Niestety tutaj zabrakło wyraźnej informacji w miejscu, gdzie byłaby łatwo zauważalna podczas rezerwacji, co pozostawiło niesmak. Dodatkowo w hotelu wyczuwalny był zapach dymu papierosowego zmieszany z intensywną chemią używaną do sprzątania. Na plus zdecydowanie śniadania — bardzo dobre i różnorodne. Strefa spa również na dobrym poziomie.

Przy małym obłożeniu, jakie miało miejsce podczas naszego pobytu powinien być chyba inny system przydzielania pokoi, tak żeby nie dawać sąsiednich bezpośrednio przez ścianę.

Woda w basenie rekreacyjnym miała tylko 25,6, część saun nie działała. Mały wybór jedzenia na śniadaniu. Złe rozplanowanie hotelu. Aby dotrzeć do pokoju trzeba jeździć kilka razy windami i przechodzić pietrami, totalny labirynt. Obsługa w recepcji niemiła spycha na klienta sprawy które sami mogli załatwić. Dobrze że zamówiłem tylko 1 noc z góry to mogłem zmienić hotel. Cena nie adekwatna do tego co oferuje hotel

Sauna parowa nieczynna. W saunarium jasno i głośno. Brak poprawnego saunowania, lateksowe kostiumy i mokrzy goście standardem. Trudno o wyciszenie i odpoczynek w takich warunkach. Zbyt intensywny zapach kadzideł w częściach wspólnych hotelu. Łóżka wąskie. Obiekt nierówny, niewykorzystujący potencjału.

- Elizabeth (8/5): Great and clean facility that is very close to the historic town. - Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety and items to choose from. The facility was clean and the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. There are a lot of amenities to choose from. The location is also a very short driving distance to the 'old town' center. Our room set up was somewhat an odd configuration in having two bulkheads that overhung on an angle in two corners of the room. We often bumped our heads or shoulders. Also, some of the wallpaper appeared to be scratched or damaged.

Jedna rzecz była niepraktyczna i dotyczyła drinka, który można było otrzymać w trakcie pobytu. Nie można było go zamienić na kawę lub inny sok. Szkoda, ponieważ nie wszyscy muszą prosić o alkoholowego drinka. To należałoby zrobić bardziej elastycznie.

- Chantale (7/5): Had a lovely time - would stay again - Good facilities compared to some of the other hotels in the area. Clean and breakfast was excellent. Rooms were big but a little basic. It was disappointing that we only got 1 pillow each and so was not particularly comfortable. Also the air-con didn’t seem to cool the room sufficiently as it was always quite warm at night

- Ilgvars (9/5): Very good! - Room, breakfast. It seems that the architect who has designed the hotel building is a little bit mad. It took me three attempts to find the way from my room to the breakfast place. In the first attempt I have asked receptionist the way to the breakfast room. The lady has explained me very politely which corridor and which stairs I should take. I was walking corridors, climbing stairs up and down and then, seeing reflection behind the doors, I opened them…. just to face the very same receptionist from another angle in the very same room. We were both slightly surprised. I Wonder how many people has got lost in those corridors and stairs! 😊)))))) And it is just a two floor building! Other than that – fine experience!

- Laurie (8/5): Primarily seems to be a wedding venue - Nice quiet countryside location. Lift was a long way from reception and need to drag suitcases up some stairs to get to it.
- Robert (6/5): Good facilities - dreadful beds - Great facilities - pool and gym are very good. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and despite the efforts of staff to add duvets as further padding the end result was poor nights sleep. The shower pressure was poor and the enclosure dated - reported to staff but it was not evident that any maintenance personnel attended.
